• Arlene (6/5): Good but could have been better. - The location is perfect, we had stayed in the complex last year, in a different apartment so know the area well. Nice extras with the water and wine in the fridge, for arriving and plenty of washing tabs, and cleaning products. We were advised after we arrived at the property and after bringing our suitcases up the 3 flight of stairs that the elevator was being worked on by the owner, and was expected to take just a few days to fix. Sadly that was not the case and no one was on sight until the day before we were due to come home, so 9 days later. We booked the apartment on the basis of it having a lift !! We also had issues with the keypad to the gate system going down twice. This was very worrying as we had no key to access the complex and therefore had to ask a neighbour to let us out and put a stone at the gate to ensure we got back in. The owner was trying to get us a key but we didnt get one. The iron is not great and concerning as there is open wires in the cable, so be careful. The shower curtain was very annoying and dirty, you had to be so careful not to soak the bathroom floor, due to the style of the shower, which I could have enjoyed better with a shower door. Disappointed that the stairs from the garden to the apartments never gets cleaned and by the end of our stay was very dirty. The staff do look after the grounds very well - just not so good when you are sunbathing and the leaf blower is on near you. I feel after staying in the same complex it is now tired with a number of broken tiles on the stairs.

Highly recommended! - We had booked the apartment for 9 days, we were pleasantly surprised how spacious and clean the accommodation was. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very well functioning air conditioning. The garden is very well maintained and the pool sufficiently large and deep. We would book this accommodation again at any time and also recommend to friends. -

• Carol (10/5): Great apartment! - Their location was great. It's a 5 minute walk to bars , restaurants, and supermarkets The apartment has all the things you need. It's was lovely having 2 shower rooms and toilets , no fighting for the bathroom in the morning! The keyless entry to the apartment is great. it saves worrying about losing a key. There are beach towels there, saves a space in your case. Beds were comfortable, view was lovely, beautiful pool and stunning well-kept grounds. Loads of sunbeds and plenty of shade if needed under the trees. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Bed pillows could be a bit firmer. Toilet downstairs for pool use was always running out of toilet paper, so we took our own down in the end. A house manual would be helpful , as we had trouble working out how to open windows in the bathroom, or maybe I'm just thick, lol.
