Panie sprzątające naprawdę miłe i pomocne bardziej niż z recepcji Zepsuta klimatyzacja w całym hotelu (25 stopni w pokoju ) , SPA nie działające tylko basen . Obsługa na recepcji mało pomocna . Wyszedłem z hotelu dzień wcześniej choć miałem zapłacone ze śniadaniem . Zapytałem na recepcji czy mogę prosić o jakiś zastępczy prowiant ponieważ wymeldowuję się dzień wcześniej i nie będę na śniadaniu . Recepcja skierowała mnie do kuchni abym tam załatwiał sprawę . Jak na hotel 5 gwiazdek to mało go przypomina .

- Inovatic ICT d.o.o. (7/5): Double Tree Shanghai - Svidjela mi se lokacija i čistoča. Nije mi se svidio pokušaj prevare. Najprije su nam dali sobu koja gleda na ružno dvorište. Nakon žalbe, jer smo rezervirali i platili sobu s pogledom na grad, smo dobili sobu kakvu smo i platili. Ta je stvarno imala lijep pogled. Cijena doručka od 21 euro po osobi mi se također nije svidjela tako da smo doručkovali van hotela.

- James (10/5): Perfect for a one night stop over in between flights - Great location for one night stop over in Shanghai, close to Maglev station which is just 8 mins train ride from the airport. Great view of the city from 38th floor, comfortable room with lovely bathroom, a Lawson just done the street for snacks and drinks if needed, cafe onsite. Nothing.

- Florence (9/5): Double Tree by Hilton hotel is Excellent 👍 - Everything about the hotel are excellent. The rooms are well clean and clear. The breakfast are superb with different choices. The staffs have a good customer service and very helpful. The location is very good for shopping and do other stuff. Although everything are good, but there's always room for improvement. There are too much mirrors in the bathroom.

- Cindy (9/5): Overall, hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was great large variety of food. - The property is clean and easy to get to attractions from this location. Beds are a bit hard,and for a large hotel chain the staff does not really speak that much English.

It was my friends birthday and the hotel bought up a cake and a lovely display on a tray for her. We paid to upgrade our room with a sofa, but didn’t have one. Also a couple of the sockets didn’t work in our room and the shower leaked. However we didn’t let that bother us to much.

- K.boudraf (9/5): Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable, un personnel réactif et des installations de qualité. Nous reco - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec la machine de change disponible sur place, mais cela a été pris en charge très rapidement par la réception, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, offrant tout le nécessaire pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. Les équipements comme la piscine et le sauna ajoutent vraiment un plus au séjour. L’hôtel est bien situé, accessible en métro, même si nous avons utilisé principalement le taxi. Le quartier est animé, Le seul point d’amélioration concerne le petit-déjeuner, que nous avons trouvé pas assez varié pour les voyageurs occidentaux. Nous n’avons pas l’habitude de prendre des plats “réels” au petit matin, donc quelques options supplémentaires de style continental seraient appréciées.

- Mohammad (10/5): Best place to book in Shanghai - Everything was good there from staff and services and the location was good because is near of everything you need but I’m little sad because we forgot our pictures there in room and it’s was like memories for us but it’s fine, see you soon and thank you for everything. Nothing.

La colazione buonissima è una vasta scelta di prodotti da mangiare veramente per tutti i gusti ! Nel complesso un ottimo posto ! L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che l'interno di ogni camera era un pochino vecchiotto rimasto negli anni 90 con la moquette e i mobili un pochino antiquati!
