Guest Reviews
- Olga (9/5): Superb - It was clean, warm, and very quiet. We felt safe and comfortable. The shower was unfunctional, and it's quite far from the city centre.
- Mohamud (4/5): Badly maintained & badly managed. - The area. The space. The modern furniture. The place was not well maintained. It was clean enough. The bathroom grout was stained dirty, the tiles cracked & mismatched, the sink cracked, the toilet seats ill fitting, silicone sealant smeared around the shower. As soon as we took a walk in shower the downstairs neighbour was banging on the door - it was flowing straight into his property - some problems with the waste pipes. It was an ongoing problem as evidenced from the hole & brown stained broken ceiling plaster in his property. It took days for the property management company to come out & they eventually said they would not repair it during our stay (obviously nor at any time) but they also had the bad manners to tell us we weren't inconvenienced because we could use the fixed over bath shower on the upper floor - not the stress or facilities we paid for! That shower had also leaked as evidenced by brown water marks on the ceilings & damaged flooring underneath the damaged ceiling. We didn't have enough towels for the week stay,. The beds didn't have a mattress cover & the sheets weren't really big enough to stay on. We were left with an old pan scrub sponge, no clean dishcloth. There were a couple of coat hangers each & the wardrobes were so short dresses could not be hung in them anyway. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms for dressing in the morning. We only had 5 cups for a potential 8 person house & no serving dishes /mixing dishes to facilitate cooking a meal, let alone a coffee perculator. . Everything was very basic & we managed.
- Euridice (10/5): Exceptional - Very confortable and clean.
So close to Dulwich shops and transport links, Amazing!!!
Samdel was very accommodating with our emergency late check out. Top 5 stars
- Erica (8/5): A pleasant stay. - We had a nice stay at this house. It was clean and the location was nice. It was 1 minute walk to the corner store and bus stop. One of the rooms didnt have curtains/blinders, so it was bright in the morning which made it hard to sleep. It would be nice to know that the house was over a corner store and the entrance was in an alley, which was abit creepy if you walked there in the dark by yourself.
