This apartment stands out as one of the most unique and beautifully styled places I've encountered in recent years. The interior design is both eclectic and inviting, showcasing a perfect mix of modern aesthetics and old Shanghai flair. Overall, this apartment is a gem in Shanghai, offering not only comfort but also a memorable experience. • Xian Jun (4/5): - 地点不错. 房屋的卫生条件没有达到出租的标准。木地板上放着拼凑的地毯， 感觉很低标准。橱柜里的托盘上发现一个死蟑螂。智能马桶在夏天依然是加热状态，想关掉发现遥控器的电池早就流汤了。。。。。。很失望的一次体验。
• Ekaterina (9/5): Уютные апартаменты в историческом районе - Апартаменты на втором этаже действительного исторического старого дома внутри французской концессии. Апартаменты были уютными и хорошо оснащенными. В ванной комнате было все хорошо и чисто, горячая вода, унитаз с гигиеническим душем. Оборудована кухня, но мы ей не пользовались. Много источников света, которые создают дополнительный уют. Нам оставили несколько комплектов чистых и пушистых полотенец. Невероятная мансарда! Я включала красивую лампу и читала там книги по вечерам. Хозяйка Эми была очень любезна, всегда на связи и отвечала на все вопросы, помогала с любой мелочью. Местоположение идеальное. Очень красивый район, много зелени, рядом парк, несколько станций метро, много хороших торговых центров и кафе. Для меня спальный матрас был слишком мягким и пружинистым, но это дело вкуса и персонального комфорта, моему мужу было нормально. Нет занавесок в окне на мансарде, если вы любите поспать подольше, берите с собой маску. Дом находится в тихом районе, но если у вас чувствительный сон - лучше захватить беруши, с ними я высыпалась хорошо.

Yanba was so friendly and helpful, she helped me to receive the parcel and was available all the time and ready to help. Clean, cozy, inspiring apartment with the history that you can feel with all your heart.

• Sergei (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at Amy’s apartment in the heart of the Shanghai French Concession. The place is gorgeous—full of character and heritage charm—and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just off Huaihai Street, with easy access to the Bund and other key areas. The apartment was fully equipped and super comfortable, especially the bed. The air conditioning kept the flat warm during the chilly days I experienced in Shanghai. Amy was a wonderful host—super responsive and helpful throughout. She made my stay an absolute breeze. It seems she manages several apartments, all with the same stylish and welcoming vibe. Thank you, Amy, for a great stay. Highly recommend this apartment!
• Fokkema (10/5): Shanghai authentic adventure - We were amazed by the exceptional authentic experience, live like the locals do in probably the most beautiful neighborhoods of Shanghai close to the buzzing city center with its beautiful trees and old colonial houses. The host was very friendly and helped us with all our questions and supported us with tips and tricks in exceptionally good English. You have to get past the typical old style Chinese entry of the apartments where you really feel like a local and behind the apartment door you get into a modern spacious apartment with a lot of character. I highly recommend this apartment to adventurous people that are able to think outside the box and favour an authentic adventure in Shanghai.
