Maria Catharina Christiana (9/5): Prima verblijf voor stedentrip. - Net appartement met een keuken. Moderne uitstraling. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Tip voor de accommodatie is ook handdoeken neer te leggen om af te wassen/drogen. Er is wel een vaatwasser maar geen vaatwastabletten. Wij hebben niet gekookt maar uiteraard wel een paar glazen gebruikt. Die ga je normaal gezien niet in de vaatwasser zetten. Geen buitenruimte aan het appartement. Jammer. Het is een drukke omgeving wat dag en nacht doorgaat. Er is goede isolatie dus je hoort het wel maar niet storend.

Maxim (10/5): - Великолепные апартаменты в центре Истекляля! Нам предоставили бесплатный апгрейд - самый верхний номер выходящий на две стороны. Под нами с пятого этажа текла суетливая, главная пешеходная улица этого мегаполиса. Можно бесконечно стоять и наблюдать за жизнью этой бессмертной улицы! Это можно сравнить с балконом на московском Арбате или на Бурбон стрит в Новом Орлеане. Внутри максимальный комфорт, к примеру: не просто стиральная машина, но и сушилка. Очень комфортная кровать, великолепный выбор подушек. На кухне есть все необходимое, плюс расходные материалы в виде кофейных капсул, пакетиков чая и растворимого кофе. Персонал заслуживает отдельного упоминания - ребята наверное закончили высшую академию гостеприимства: владеют множеством языков, предупреждают каждое желание, как будто мысли читают. В мгновение ока вызвали нам такси в аэропорт, донесли всю нашу кучу багажа, загрузили в такси и убедились в нашей безопасной поездке в аэропорт. Когда снова будем в Стамбуле, обязательно снова остановимся там.

Leonita (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach großartig! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – besonders -
Sandra (10/5): Tolle Location, sehr empfehlenswert. - Großartige Location und ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden. Ich hatte ein Studio mit Balkon, und dieser war direkt an der berühmten Istiklal Caddesi gelegen. Gäste, die ab 22 Uhr absolute Ruhe wünschen, sollten sich ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen. Aber ich fand es einfach nur grandios. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht man dutzende Restaurants, Supermärkte, hochwertige Geschäfte und die Metro. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet, das Badezimmer neuwertig und alles sehr sauber. Es gab außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum (Schränke + Kleiderkammer). Täglich bekam ich kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und etwas Kaffee. Der Zugang zu den oberen Etagen ist nur mit Zimmerkarte möglich und die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt, Dadurch habe ich mich auch in dieser belebten Umgebung stets sicher gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im House Keeping machen alle einen super Job und haben maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass ich einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte. Vielen Dank dafür! Man sollte die Beschreibung auf Booking.com anpassen. Beispielsweise gibt es laut Beschreibung einen Fitness-Raum, der aber (nicht mehr) vorhanden ist. In der Küchenzeile gab es zwar ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Aber es gab keinen Kochtopf und keine Pfanne, so dass die Herdplatte nicht genutzt werden konnte. Außerdem gab es keine Hotel-Slipper, was normalerweise in Hotels dieser Kategorie Standard ist. Ich möchte aber betonen, dass das Kleinigkeiten sind und meine Freude an diesem Urlaub nicht gemindert haben.

Jia (6/5): Nice location but old facilities - The location is very close to metro and bunch of bus. Really center of Istanbul. It’s easy to go to anywhere. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was well decorated with a taste. The sound proof was quite poor. The facilities are a bit old. 6th floor is not accessible with elevators. The staff had to help us carrying the luggage up and down. The toilet constantly smell like drain and the waterproofing of the shower was very poor. It’s also a bit a pity that we had two terraces with our room but both views are very blocked.

The location on İstiklal Caddesi is amazing; the streets are incredibly lively until midnight and beyond, which we loved. Despite the constant buzz outside, the soundproofing in our unit was excellent, and we weren't disturbed at all. Why We Highly Recommend It: - Ferhat (Reception): Exceptionally professional and helpful. He gave us perfect local advice on where to go and how to get there. - Gurkan (Doorman): Always smiling and extremely helpful. He consistently assisted delivery drivers to ensure our orders reached our door. - The Team: You can feel their genuine care. They are smart, efficient, and "think fast". Conversations are straight to the point yet always polite. If you want to be in the heart of the action while still getting a quiet night's sleep, this is the place. Nothing

Zakia (1/5): Worst stay ever! Water was dirty for 4 days, struggled to stay. - Location was good, local to many shops. Staying in this hotel was very difficult as there wasn’t clean water for 4 days. Water is a basic necessity and required for everyday use. From the moment we entered our two apartment rooms there was a strong stench in one of the rooms. We noticed that the water from the bathroom sink,shower and kitchen tap was yellow/brown🤢We was given a 20 litre drum of water to use between the 4 of us for 4 days. We had to buy water bottles from the local shop throughout the 4 days. We struggled to have a shower (had to use bottled water that we bought from the shops). The team at sentire hotel did apologise for the inconvenience however they were unable to provide a adequate solution and denied our request to give extra water despite knowing that we only had one 20 litre drum to use to have a shower, drink water, make food, use the toilet and brush our teeth’s for 4 of us, which did not suffice at all. We paid £800 for 4 days and didn’t even have the basic necessity of clean water. The least you expect for a 5 star hotel is clean water and a non smelling room.

mohammed (9/5): خياري الاول بتقسيم - الغرفه كانك بفندق خمس نجوم واحده من أكبر الغرفه اللي جربتها بإسطنبول إذا ما كانت الأكبر عل الإطلاق مريحه ومرتبه بشكل خيالي بالاضافه إلى احتوائها على جميع المستلزمات من الملعقه إلى المكاواة ممكن تسكن فيه يوم او سنه عدم وجود لوبي وفطور ونادي رياضي

Muhammad (7/5): - Location was perfect. Highly recommended. Since it's on Istiklal Street, very noisy. If you are kind of person who goes to bed by even 12am it's loud till 4am. They don't offer toiletries which is a very negative thing l.

Aysha (10/5): - I stayed here for 2 weeks with my son last month - the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, with a great kitchen, washing machine and dryer! The shower was amazing, and the beds were super comfy. Two huge flat screen TVs.. and a great terrace. What more could you ask for! We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were always very helpful and kind. Thank you Sentire Hotel for making our stay very enjoyable :) I recommend 100%
roaa (10/5): رائعة - سكنت في نوفمبر صراحة شقق فندقية راقية وحلوة وآمنة ونظيفة جدا جدا اخذت ستوديو ،، المطبخ متكامل ماشاء الله وكمان في غسالة ملابس ومجفف حراري .. كانت الثلاجة خربانة وبمجرد بلغناهم طلبوا مننا ننتقل استوديو آخر وكمان عملوا لنا ترقية. مدير الفندق إنسان راقي مررة ومتعاون وبشوش وموجود اغلب الوقت في الفندق يحسسك بالأمان اعطانا هدايا واحنا خارجين. والاستقبال كمان مررة متعاونين وبشوشين وخدومين طلبنا منهم سيارة واحنا رايحين للمطار وتعاونوا معانا مررة أنا كنت خايفة من المنطقة بس صراحة انصح فيها وانصح في الفندق بقوة.. اللي يسكن فيه المبنى على طلعة بسيطة موجود لوحة صغيرة له عند الباب وبوابته حديد سوداء تحته محلات تجارية والفندق الدور الرابع والخامس ،، أنا وصلت عند المبنى وماعرفت وين ادخل بس سالت وعرفت. راح يكون لي رجعة ثانية وثالثة ورابعة باذن الله فيه حبيته مررة وحبيت المنطقة 😍 لا يوجد

Обов'язково повернусь. - Зручне розташування неподалік від метро і в пішій доступності до Софійського собора і ще декількох головних пам'яток міста. Мені сподобалось все, але ви маєте розуміти, що таке Істікляль, де розташований готель - ця вулиця ніколи не спить - музика, галас, голоси веселих компаній - здається о 4 ранку люди лише починають розходитись. Будьте готові) Не вистачало включеного сніданку

Staff are very friendly and helpful especially the man who works on reception at night and the cleaners. Location is perfect. We couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore and will be back next month. Olena (9/5): Perfect place! - Such a nice apartment with a great view from the balcony overlooking Istiklal Street. The kitchen is well equipped, and the place is cozy with enough space for two people for at least a week. Good Wi-Fi and very helpful staff. It’s located right in the heart of Istanbul—only a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. You can easily reach all destinations by tram, funicular (Tünel), or metro. The sea is about a 20-minute walk (around 1.5 miles) downhill, so be careful if you’re traveling with kids or have knee issues. You can also get around using the public water shuttle, which costs about the same as the metro when using the Istanbul transport card—less than $1 one way. You can use Uber also. Old city 25-30 min by public transport (tunel +tram) It’s not a big issue, just two small things: the dryer doesn’t work properly, so make sure you have enough time to let your clothes dry naturally if you plan to do laundry during your stay. Also, since the apartment is on a central pedestrian street, it can get quite crowded and noisy, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to sound.

Julian Ribot (10/5): REcomendable al 100 por 100. Orden , limpieza , instalaciones perfectas. - La atencion recibida y que te hicieran las camas y cambiaran las toallas. Todos fueron super amables. Desde la persona que nos recibio a pie de coche en la calle de abajo pasando por los recepcionistas y las camareras de piso. La suite perfecta .

Tatiana (9/5): Сделайте что-нибудь с водой в душевой, чтобы она сливалась в канализацию. - Расположение, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Уборка была ежедневная. Забронировали номер с видом на двор, но по приезду нам сделали бесплатно апгрейд и сменили номер с видом на Истикляль. Спасибо ❤️🫶 Вода в душе не утекала совсем. И дело не в канализации, а в том, что слив по всей видимости был сконструирован не верно и вся вода просто стояла до утра в душевой. Это крайне неприятно.
Quintus (7/5): Good stay, I would have been great even exceptional if I had my balcony and could sleep festfull - Great, verry professional and very friendly staff, the gentleman that assist me with my luggage was outstanding friendly and very helpful and reception gentleman also very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. 3 Things: According to my confirmation I had a suite with a balcony, but there was no balcony ): There is a smoke detector in the bedroom that flicker a very strong light - kept me awake all night The entrance hall of the apartment a big part of the skirting board was missing
