• Lara Therese (10/5): The staff were very accommodating. They even helped me from online check-in until the end of our stay. They answers call - Great location. 10 mins walk or 2 stops of Tram. The house is big and can fit 6 people. They even gave us drinks We had a small problem about the water heater for 30mins

До всех достопримечательностей близко. На окнах ставни и тёмные шторы, для сна удобно. Кровать в спальне понравилась, одеяла мягкие. Кухня небольшая, но удобная. Ванные комнаты тоже полностью нас устроили (биде - это всегда хорошо) Лифт действительно очень гремит прямо над головой, когда ложишься спать, хотя после 23:00 на нём уже почти не ездят. Одному из нас грохот лифта и зудение вентиляции оказались настолько невыносимы, что пришлось уйти спать на первый этаж. Диван на первом этаже уставший, все пружинки чувствуются, а ещё под диваном всякий мусор. К слову о лифте: до него нужно ещё подняться, а сам лифт небольшой. Если чемоданов много или коляска, как у нас, то будут трудности.

• Moriani (8/5): Generally, the place is nice and comfortable. The location is very strategic and it's definite a good place for tour - Very clean and spacious. The airconditioner in the living room was not functioning properly, so it was hot
• Monalyn (10/5): - Very spacious and they provide things in the kitchen like salt, sugar, oil, and dishwashing liquid and sponge. Amenities are complete. Feels like home with a nice view of the city from the balcony.
• Fayda (9/5): Superb - Nice big apartment. Bedroom on top floor. Two sofa beds in living room. Liked the aircon. Not too far from town. leak in the bathroom sink became a safety concern with getting up at night to use the washroom. It's a little pricey
• James (5/5): It met our needs, but could use a bit more charm like the original photos showed. - This apartment was very spacious and in a good location. The shower stalls are smaller than the picture shows. The water is on a pump system, so we had some issues getting water one day. They were quick to fix this issue.
• Klara (3/5): It does not match the expected - Nothing. Collecting the property keys was easy. Better Facilities, there was no Hairdryer, there were no chairs on the Terrace. The elevator could be heard from the corridor, it was very noisy because the end of the elevator is on the last floor where the bedroom is also located. The Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep.
• Fabian (8/5): Very good - It is spacious, clean, has a very nice balcony and the staff was exceptional. The elevator makes loud noises inside the apartment. For parking you have to add an extra 30€ per night, which is normal in Florence but might be a surprise.
• Alexandru (9/5): Nice apartment, great location - Very good location. Clean and confortable apartament, suitable for families with 2 children. Thanks to Mamo, thebrenting company, for their suport during the stay, the interaction with them is very good. In the upstairs bedroom, you can hear the elevator quite loud.
• Tavira (10/5): Great stay over all. Recommend it!! - Big apartment, great AC and washing machine available to use. Beds were not very comfortable.
