• nesreen (10/5): love my stay would come back again - everything in our stay we loved, location, size , pool, safety, decoration , cleanses and the staff very nice they are polite and respond to any call or concern immediately. Mr. Abdellah so dedicated to his job any time you call he responds also the rest of the staff very polite and nice team. the internet very weak and disconnected most the time. the stove gave us hard time because of the gas connection but the staff fixed it but it took time. make sure to inspect the apartment during the check in count everything , any tiny thing like stain , off light pulp, tiny toilet crack , make sure to let the staff know and send them picture on whats-up because they will charge you at the check out for anything the find from 2000LE deposit you pay at the check in.
• Laisve (8/5): Overall great stay - This was our second stay at Marvel City Apartments, and once again, it did not disappoint. We really appreciate the location — it’s conveniently close to restaurants and a soft play area, making it ideal for families with young children. The compound is calm, safe, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Communication with the hosts has always been smooth and easy, and they are responsive to any needs. The air conditioners also work very well, which is a huge bonus during the hotter days. We would definitely recommend Marvel City Apartments to other families. The bed in the master bedroom is very squeaky and is noisy on each turn at night - not ideal for sensitive sleepers. On the arrival 2000 EGP deposit is collected. However, at checkout, the property took a long time to inspect the unit. Initially, they wanted to deduct 800 EGP from our deposit for face paint stains on pillowcases (we were travelling with 3 small kids and stayed in the apartment for 8 days therefore). After my mother showed that the stains were washable, they agreed to settle on a 200 EGP deduction. We feel even this charge was unreasonable considering normal wear and tear after kids. Future guests should be aware of the strict deposit policy and allow extra time for inspection at checkout.

• Laisve (10/5): Exceptional stay - highly recommended - We had a great stay at Marvel City apartment as a family of 5. Property is in the secure compound within 2 mins walk to two malls - The Spot Mall and The Midtown mall. Kids loved Hippo Hideout indoor play area and ice cream at Dolato Gelateria. Supermarket is also few mins away from apartment. Swimming pool in the compound that is clean and nice temperature. Mosque is also within the compound. Apartment is clean and exactly as in the pictures. Spacious rooms. Easy to collect the key and representative was always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and would stay again. Thank you. Nothing at all.
• Tasnim (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this place. - Beautiful spacious apartment. Close to malls, banks, restaurants. It's in a compound with 24/7 security. Zeyad from the operations team helped us with check-in/out and other details. There's a washing machine which is helpful, dryer not present but with the sunny weather you don't need one. The rooms are very pretty, and the large space makes it great for a big group. Some little things. I wish there was detergent to use for the laundry, would make things more convenient. The wifi singal is weak in the farthest bedroom, and would cut off sometimes.
• Saleh (10/5): Exceptional - I like the apartment as completely in term of cleanness, good furnished, comfortable, kitchen was completely equipped, staff were so friendly and location is fantastic and value is fair. I will return to this apartment every time I visit Cairo. Thank you Mahmood you had been very helpful and gentle with us.
