Robert (9/5): A lovely experience in a comfortable apartment - We had a lovely stay in this nice apartment. Location is unbeatable. 100 metres to the historic centre, 5 minutes walk to the Plaza Mayor. Supermarkets and restaurants about 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment is tastefully renovated, quiet and comfortable. Double glazed windows and air conditioning for summer is a plus. The shared upstairs terrace is another bonus! Nice kitchen too. It contains a microwave oven with grill. A couple of tips: It does not have a separate oven, which we misunderstood in the description. There are no basics such as salt, pepper, sugar or oil but, to be fair, they are not mentioned in the description. We asked for a drying cloth for the dishes, and an extra wine glass as the earlier guests had broken one. The owner, through his excellent assistant, Rachel, provided both. The communication was excellent and we thank Kubik for their service. The owner was the most helpful, generous and caring person you could meet. Thank you! There were some minor issues regarding the cleaning of the property but they were dealt with immediately.
