• Wazaak (8/5): Great location and comfortable - Good location close to the China Garden and Red Lion. Safe parking for car. Tea and coffee and fridge freezer with cooking facilities are very clean. On leaving we advised the time the day before and he turned up promptly. Enjoyed our stay.. Not clear as to how to enter, by accident I arrived where I thought was correct and the gate to parking was open ( a scooter was leaving) I entered but did not know if it was the right place. On contacting the owner he turned up in 15 mins and showed us to the apartment but did not speak any English.

• Angel (2/5): No repetiría y no recomendaría el alojamiento - No destaco nada. El check in lo realice tarde puesto que estaba disfrutando del parque Terra Mitica, le fui informando en todo momento a la anfitriona que llegaría tarde, ella me indico que no había ningún problema. De camino al alojamiento me llamo de malos modos diciendo que llevaba dos horas esperándome, al llegar al alojamiento me lo volvió a recriminar. Alojamiento no recomendado para familias con niños, puesto que es un edificio destinado a alquiler de pisos para el turismos nocturno (fiestas, bollones, ruido a altas horas de la noche, .....). La ubicación actual en booking indica que el alojamiento se encuentra en primera linea de playa y el anuncio incluye fotografías de primera linea de playa, lo que puede producir confusión de la real ubicación donde se encuentra el alojamiento (mas de 10 minutos de la playa). La anfitriona facilita que estaciones en el parking del alojamiento pero no facilita que se pueda entrar y salir cuando uno desee, si estacionas en el parking no puedes sacar el coche hasta que abandones el alojamiento (no considero que el alojamiento disponga de parking gratuito, si el inquilino no puede disponer del mismo de manera libre mientras disfruta de su estancia). La limpieza del alojamiento es pésima.
