Ahmad (4/5): Disappointing - I asked for a late check out and the host agreed , i left the apartment for a break fast when I returned to the apartment to take my luggage, the card key didn’t work , it has automatically stopped working at 11 the host didn’t tell me unfortunately and he was very far from me, I had to wait 2,1/2 hours for him to send someone to open the door for me , I missed the train and I stayed outside in the street waiting for him. It was a very bad day , the host is responsible for what happened.

Kevin (10/5): I highly recommend it. - A brand new place with top-quality furniture and appliances. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. 3 min walk to the Engelberg centre where you can get everything you need. If you walk to the apartment from the Engelberg centre, the path is quite a steep hill with no pedestrian sidewalk. It could be a bit challenging for less-abled people.
Mohamed (10/5): Service, quality, luxury, professional - I give 100 out of 10 - We were met on arrival at the property by Askar, who was very friendly and professional. We had a dedicated parking space, and the property exceeded our expectations. It was very big. Bathrooms in every room. Laundry space. Kitchen with all equipment. And a sauna inside also. We have never experienced such high quality or luxury accommodation in Europe as this. Something we are accustomed to in the Middle and Far East. The service level and the property and location were superb. We appreciated the daily cleaning and they had great attention to detail refilling coffee and water and so on. Thank you team for this experience. Everything was perfect. We will come again.

It is very luxury with amazing furniture and equipment, the attention to detail is very appreciated, having sauna in the bathroom is something we do not see everyday, location is very convenient at the centre, the view from the terrace can not be described, you need to see for yourself, staff is very professional and friendly. What we didn't like is that we couldn't stay longer, but we surely coming back to spend more time in that amazing apartments.
