• Jean-Michel (6/5): Pratique pour un court séjour quand on ne cherche pas le luxe. - Appartement très bien placé en plein coeur du quartier coréen et tout proche de Shinjuku à pied. Installation et mobilier vieillissants (canapé très abîmé), douche avec points de rouille et pas très propre. Intéressant pour connaître le Japon des années 80 mais ne correspond plus aux standards actuels à Tokyo. Prix élevé par rapport aux prestations par rapport au marché.
• Efrain eugenio (1/5): Stressful night - Location is ok Photos look great, but reality is different. Firstly, the place wasn't fully isolated, and we could even hear the neighbour snoring. Secondly, we were told to wash the towel I used. I've never been asked to do that at any other place I've booked, so I chose not to wash it because I believe a caring host should have spare towels for the next guest. Thirdly, it was past midnight when someone randomly buzzed and knocked on the door, which scared us, and we couldn't get any sleep after that. We ended up leaving the place very early and in a rush. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

• MARIA (4/5): - Η τοποθεσία Ο οικοδεσπότης δεν απαντούσε κ όταν φτάσαμε ούτε λειτουργούσαν τα τηλέφωνα επικοινωνίας. Υπήρχαν σκάλες σε ένα πολύ παλιό κτίριο για να φτάσεις στο δωμάτιο το μπάνιο ήταν βρώμικο καθώς και το πάτωμα υπήρχε χρησιμοποιημένο σφουγγάρι με βρωμιές. Υπήρχε δυσοσμία παντού. Το ρεύμα ήταν ανεπαρκές και δεν μπορούσαμε να φορτίσουμε δύο κινητά τηλέφωνα ούτε να στεγνώσουμε τα μαλλιά μας με το πιστολάκι.

El barrio de noche, esta lleno de prostitucion, aunque es seguro. No es cómodo para ir con maletas, escaleras incomodas. Las peores camas que he dormido nunca, sin duda.

• Sally (7/5): Comfortable and quiet. - Property is quite quiet and in a quiet area. Quite spacious and plenty of bedding to use. Two 'western' beds with the rest being mattresses on the floor but quite comfortable. Easy to access. Shower room is rather small and needs a shower holder on the wall. The kitchen needs updating as equipment is old and some is falling apart. In a Korean rather Japanese district and about a 10 minute walk to the station.
• Marine (9/5): - The hotel is very nicely situated, only a few minutes away from Shin-Okubo station and not far from Shinjuku. The facilities were nice, with a little kitchenette and a washing machine. The room even had a small balcony where you can hang your clothes. It was comfortable and clean.

• MAYUMI (3/5): もう２度と利用しない - チェックイン前に荷物が置けた事 アメニティの補充がされてないし、布団が施設紹介の写メと全然違いマットレスのみにシーツをかけるだけだった。 コーヒーカップの中の黄ばみも気になりました。 流しの排水口もどぶ臭かった。

• Melody (7/5): Appartement grand mais à rafraîchir ! - L’appartement est assez grand et le fait d’avoir une chambre séparée est vraiment agréable. Le métro pas loin et des petits restos/conbinis sont appréciables. La douche est vraiment horrible, toute petite et vraiment sale. La parois qui sépare l’entrée du salon est cassé ce qui est vraiment dommage car le froid passe dans le salon. L’état général de l’appartement mériterais vraiment un rafraîchissement totale, les futons ont des traces suspectes dessus. L’emplacement est situé entre Shinjuku et le quartier coréens, il faut donc passer par des endroits style bars/clubs/hotels style love hôtel pour allez à shinjuku donc pas super sympa le soir avec les femmes qui attendent dehors et les gens à moitié ivre. Il faut éviter ces endroits là ! En bref si vous n’êtes pas regardant du tout sur la propreté et que vous n’êtes pas dans l’appartement de la journée ça ira..!

• lancaster (3/5): Disappointing and mediocre. - Check in and check out was easy and the location was very convenient. It was very different than what we were expected based off of the listing photos. The property was pretty dingy, the soap was obviously watered down a lot, no hand towels in the bathroom, weird stains on the wall, trash can was not cleaned, and the walls and windows were very thin. In the end, it felt overpriced for our experience.

No hay ascensor, es la segunda habitación en la que me quedé del alojamiento y si bien era un tanto mejor, se sentía más limpia creo que el precio podría ser aún más bajo para lo que ofrecen.

• Pablo (3/5): Decepcionante, es barato pero podría ser aún más barato. - El precio es relativamente bajo comparado a otros alojamientos El baño es extremadamente pequeño, la habitación completa está cubierta por alfombra lo que hace difícil saber si está realmente limpio o no el lugar, al llegar la habitación estaba extremadamente olorosa a cigarros (pero entregaron rapidamente un purificador de aire), habían colillas de cigarros debajo del sillón al llegar al alojamiento, el aire acondicionado tenía hongos. Es molesto que se nota demasiado que no han invertido ningun peso en mejorar las instalaciones ya que a pesar de ser barato con lo que cuesta una alojamiento por una semana facilmente se podrían hacer cambios para mejorar el lugar.

• Dylan-Miguel (9/5): If you don't mind being around other people, the best bang-for-buck possible! - The property was very clean and quite spacious. Regular towel service was wonderful and the design of the hotel was very modern. Even though you're sharing with other people, the floor is pretty much always quiet as everyone is respectful of the group space. And since it's a capsule hotel, most people are only there late at night when it's time to sleep so it's easy to crash for the night. I don't see a reason to pay for the larger capsules either--the small bunk-style ones were roomy and quiet! The only complaint I have is that the door alarms beep really loudly if you leave a door open, which is very annoying if you're going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. It wakes everyone up! If there was a silent mode for the door at night or something, that would be great! Also, the chairs at the common table were very uncomfortable, but I'm nit-picking.

He did not even take a moment to pause when my brother-in-law arrived to drop me off at the B&B, and he made a comment stating that no one else is permitted to stay except for the individual who has made the booking. This behavior is rather peculiar. It would be more appropriate to take some time to assess the situation before forming a judgment.

It was not a hotel but more an air b&b - the advertisement said it was a hotel. Very difficult to find at night time. It was too small for 4 adults The advertisement should be more precise. 3 flights of stairs to the upper floors.

The easiest check-in and check-out, and the size of the apartment was also great. It also has all the basic supplies that one could need. Definitely recommended and would stay again.

• Thom (10/5): Exceptional - In a very central location but on a quiet road so not noisy. It's a typical apartment size for Japan, we fit 4 in fine, it's advertised as up to 6 but that might be a tight squeeze. Third floor but it's an apartment not a hotel so can't complain. We were putting the key back into the code box before we went out but at one point it jammed so I called them and they fixed it straight away. Honestly I was worried it wouldn't be good after reading some of the reviews but it exceeded my expectations and at a great price. There was no body wash.

• Nicole (6/5): Okay for a short stay - The bedroom was roomy, with enough floor space to lay out our suitcase. It had a small table and two chairs, and a small desk to pop our things on. The apartment was on the third floor and required two people to lift each suitcase to the third floor, one at a time. There was also no tea, coffee, or hand soap in the bathroom provided.
• Karen (9/5): Handy accommodation in good position. Comfy, clean and well set up for visitors. - Comfy accommodation as described. Great water pressure and hot shower. Well set up for visitors. An easy walk to Shinjuka. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. Would book again. Met needs for our four family members. Quite a lot of stairs to go up with heavy bags but not too bad and we managed well. Nothing that I can think of.

• Robin (3/5): Unfortunately Tokyo has better to offer - Location and staff. After complaining about the mould in the bathroom it was quickly resolved. But half the bed cushions weren't pillows, but cushions and I didn't want to use them because they probably aren't washed as regularly Mould in the bathroom and the water being shut off 20 minutes before a very early checkout time.
