Building and floors smelt lovely and fresh. Host met us on time and was great. Although the mattress was comfortable enough, it does dip a little in the middle. No tea towel provided - probably an oversight

• Brad (8/5): Great short stay, with easy access and super outlook. - The apartment had a wonderful outlook of the CBD. Central to all facilities. Spacious and comfortable. The mattress has seen better days.

• Johanna (7/5): Great place....needs attention - Convenient location. Nice view. Quiet.Parking included.High 30th floor. Staff member who greeted us, Tony, was personable and helpful. Balcony ( although it was not wide enough to place a seat on it .....more of a Juliet balcony... but nevertheless a welcome outdoor space) A bit of a complicated process to pick up keys: waited 30 mins for staff to turn up.The apartment was not altogether clean: dust on some furniture and fingerprints, greasy toaster and fume filter above stove. Light above stove not functioning. Broken cover plates on electricity switches.Air conditioning controls broken so apartment was cold at night and this was winter. Small fin heater provided for our 3rd (last) night) TV channels not working.....needed re- tuning by staff. A view does not compensate for these drawbacks and they are details that are fixable and thus avoidable.

• Stu (9/5): Views and convenience - wow! - This is an apartment in a residential building with well stocked supplies, so you can literally make yourself at home. The breathtaking views take you north east over the river and city. Nearby access to an IGA and takeaway eateries, as well as easy walks to the city and venues like Rod Laver arena, make it extremely handy. The A/C is confusing to use.

• Neale (9/5): Exciting, Comfortable and so close to everything! - Location, View and the fact everything you needed was there from coffee/tea sugar detergent etc and free parking as well. To park down the road at DFO it cost us $42 for under 3 hours parking so that just shows how valuable the free parking is. The check in was done with no hassle at 2.30am (after hours fee applies) and reception is actually open 24hours so you feel safe no matter when you enter or exit! We will definately try to book the same room next time we visit Melbourne! I suppose if I had to pick something it is the 9 floor drive up and down for our car park but once you realize the scarcity of good parking in Sydney it suddenly doesn't even matter.

And the IGA and fast food stores below were a big help Not that I didn’t like per se, but after a long day out, driving up and down 9 floors of parking became a bit arduous

• Linda (10/5): A week in Melbourne - The hosts were absolutely amazing! They accommodated our late arrival when our flight was delayed and luggage lost, guided us over the phone to retune the TV in the apartment, and made a special delivery when we decided we needed access to the car park for visitors ❤️ There was nothing we didn't like about our stay

• Sergei (10/5): Exceptional - High floor (30) with a balcony and a great view to CBD and the railways station. Perfect to trainspotting. The apartment faces East, which results in gorgeous sunrises in the morning. Yet, it is easy to to blind the bedroom if someone is fighting jetlag. And the workplace is big for two laptops. Highly recommended!

Everything at your fingertips tips iga 7/11 kfc mcdonalds subways restaurants along the river right outside your apartment. Crown only walking distance There was a problem in the bedroom with the light flickering when you try to turn the switch on apart from this nothing

• Nikki (8/5): very pleasant and the agent Tony from exclusive Stays who handled our bookings was extremely helpful and accommodating. - great location for us as we know our way around and enjoy walking into the city and hopping onto the trams in the free ride zones. initially had an issue with the hot water system. that being there was no pressure and very little heat, but upon contacting agent, it was seen to straight away. as was a tv remote issue:).
