• MARCO (4/5): Beware of it!! They tell "private and exclusive pool" but it's not. Honeymoon ruined! - Ho riservato un appartamento deluxe come regalo per il viaggio dei miei migliori amici. Ho speso parecchio ma doveva essere un sogno per loro. Dalla descrizione diceva "piscina privata ed esclusiva" e le foto della piscina erano insieme a quelle della camera il che faceva pensare che fossero nella stessa casa o comunque a disposizione esclusiva. Nella realtà la piscina si trova due piani sotto e non è per niente esclusiva e privata: è utilizzabile da tutti! Al massimo si può prenotare un paio d'ore ma, tra l'altro, all'ora della prenotazione c'erano dentro altre persone. Intimità zero. Romanticismo zero. Tranquillità zero. Inoltre di notte c'è stato molto rumore e, non essendoci una reception lì, ognuno fa come gli pare. Non avrei mai pagato questo prezzo per un servizio così scadente... e ho fatto una figuraccia tremenda coi miei amici!!

Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden diese Idylle erneut genießen. Alles war einfach perfekt. Das Apartment, die Gastgeber, die Lage – einfach alles war perfekt.

• Jessica (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt für eine kurze Auszeit - Sehr zentral gelegen, man kann direkt von der Unterkunft aus loswandern, gute Ausstattung zum Kochen, gemütlicher Balkon, sehr kuscheliges Schlafzimmer Es war staubig und der Teppich im Wohnzimmer hat gerochen, der Pool ist schon etwas älter
• Sophie (7/5): Cosy and relaxing - Very cosy, nice living space and two separate bedrooms. Clean and well organised. Nice property in a quiet location. The sauna and swimming pool were a nice extra and the owner was lovely on the phone especially when there was an issue with the key. It would have been useful to have received more info on what was in the property and what is / is not provided. For example there wasn’t hand soap in the toilet sink and it is helpful to know what appliances are there eg coffee machine and the type of coffee it makes. The property isn’t quite as luxurious as marketed but it is nice.

• Michael (10/5): Private retreat in one of the most beautiful Alpine settings - We had an amazing long weekend at Das Kitz. The location is beautiful, slightly up on a hill with impressive views of the surrounding mountains. Once you enter the chalet you feel like in your private retreat with a great indoor pool (paradise for our kids!), well-equipped/comfortable/clean apartments and plenty of common spaces where you can enjoy peaceful time together in this alpine scenery. The host was very friendly and easy to work with - welcoming us with a few little gifts for our stay. Das Kitz Jochberg is overall the perfect place to spend a few days with friends and/or family. Plenty of space to have privacy but also to spend time together - right next to plenty of outdoor activities (skiing, hiking, swimming, biking etc) and many great restaurants. We hope to return soon! Nothing.

• Joe (9/5): Superb - As an American traveler, We didn't have working cell service or email access when on the road (other than wifi hotspots). The host contacted us, day of, to set up a key drop off via email/text but we couldn't see these messages so this lead to some confusion. Maybe reaching out a week in advance would have avoided any confusion. That said, they worked with us to quickly correct our issues and we had a great stay.

• Shawn (5/5): Do your homework before Booking - beautiful location…. house and DELUXE apartments are amazing (we stayed in apartment Chloe which is considered a ‘superior’ apartment) Renters beware….The pictures on Booking.com are deceiving; make sure you stay only in the deluxe. those are the photos you see are of the Deluxe apartments-(1 picture is of the living area of Superior apartment Chloe yet that isn’t clear) our bedroom & apartment were like being in a camper- bed took up the entire room( you could only enter and exit the bed from the end) our bathroom was the same- camper size and the plumbing had a sewage smell the entire time :( & your balcony is shared with the other superior apartment & not private & looks nothing like the photos:( ***we then had 200 euro added for cleaning & our 2 Chihuahua sized dogs!!?!? sharing the living area of Chloe so you all can identify the 1 & only picture posted!! Sorry, didn’t take one of bedroom or bath
