• Vern Hardie (9/5): - So easy to get to Dromana, 20 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Great rooms and open living area. Will definitely stay again. The place would look great with a bit of work on the garden outside.
• Gaylene (3/5): - The bed linen The unfinished look, the unfinished renovation, the unkempt front and back yard, the broken chairs,the lopsided lamps in the middle and rear bedroom, the flyscreen door that is not the right size for the backdoor,the lack of glassware and chipped glasses.... The window dressings in the middle and rear bedroom, unable to be closed or dropped down to window size and not in line with government legislation as the cords were twisted and too long, unsafe for children. The blinds in the front bedroom and living area have not been installed correctly as the cords are not fasten with required clasps, again unsafe for children. All council bins are overflowing. And the outside picture on bookings.com of the property don't depict the actual outside of the property.
• Mikayla (5/5): average - location was great transition to get the door code and pass details over the phone-booking.com fault. wasnt very clean grass in the backyard... not mowed or looked after. back door only locked with a tiny latch coffee machine didnt work pillows in the rooms need different size options for comfort more toilet paper to be provided and little soaps or shampoos
• Natasha & Ewan (4/5): Very disappointing & not up to standard - They requested $300 deposit, photo & video of photo id & credit card then a FaceTime call where they took a screen shot of you before they would release the check in details, despite the fact that accom was already paid in full. I then had to contact them 2wks after our stay to get our bond paid back. No running hot water in the kitchen, no cleaning products to wash dishes/wipe benches etc, no hand towel or bath mat in bathroom. Last guests dirty linen left in the laundry & when host was informed we were told it would be collected after we checked out & no replacement of the missing linen & cleaning supplies was provided for our stay.

• Ong (9/5): - Comfortable house and in a very good location. Its too dark & spotlight is not working

• Shaun (5/5): Average. - Communication difficult due to a multi-property company managing the stay. Not personable at all. It should not take 2 weeks to have your bond returned after the stay. I believe Booking.com, should have a maximum policy of 5 days, unless there are issues relating to the stay, and lack of communication provided by the property owner. Even though I kept messaging and provided my contact name, they were very system standard responses, and not read my message properly. The house is clean and tidy, but definately in need of a reno to today's standard.

• Bill (1/5): The accomodation is an old house poorly renovated. - Long and drawn out process to get keys.

• Lina (6/5): T’was pleasant but could’ve gone better. - Location was close to tourist attractions like Peninsula hot springs and enchanted maze gardens. The two rooms didn’t have aircon or fan - during our stay it was 35 degrees and the air conditioning in the lounge couldn’t cope up to get the other rooms to cool down. Have ask them to provide us an electric fan but it fall on deaf ears. - Also not enough kitchen utensils to use and the kettle was broken.
