• Claudia (9/5): Ottimo hotel - La location è davvero elegante, in stile moderno ma non freddo. Il personale è gentilissimo. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la spa, e per il problema ci hanno scritto un biglietto di scuse a mano, offrendoci due drink omaggio, biscotti e cioccolata. Abbiamo ordinato due caffè in camera e ci hanno portato anche dei minicornetti omaggio. Ci è piaciuto tutto. Piccoli appunti: la spa è piccolina, anche se si gode di una bella vista di milano. La metro è vicina ma non vicinissima: poco meno di un km.

• Bożena (10/5): Bardzo polecam pobyt w hotelu. - Hotel jest dobrze zlokalizowany. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy. Nawet pieszo można dotrzeć do najważniejszych miejsc. Hotel jest czysty, a personel bardzo miły. Śniadania również bardzo dobre. Polecam! Brakuje jedynie stolika w pokoju.

Passando per il Parco Sempione. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Colazione ottima e molto varia con prodotti di qualità. Camera spaziosa, pulita.

Bathtub plug was broken and wasn’t fixed during our 6 day stay. Trams run all night (of course less frequently) if worth attention if you’re sensitive to noise.

First impressions on arrival were excellent — the reception was welcoming and friendly, and the bar area had a really nice atmosphere. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was superb. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, and there was a great choice of food. The location is also very convenient, with a tram stop just 2 minutes away and a metro station about a 6-minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes, offering a good variety of options. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others.

The hotel is very, very far from the best areas and neighborhoods in the city, and far from where the truly interesting cultural and tourist experiences actually happen. It is even worse when it comes to restaurants and cafés: the area surrounding the hotel has no quality dining options, no good bakeries, and no good cafés. It feels literally isolated from everything. The design of the rooms is horrible and does not reflect the photographs used to promote the property. The photos shown on Booking do not correspond to the actual hotel at all. In reality, the rooms are very old, unattractive, and poorly maintained. The mattress is of very poor quality, and the pillows are terribly uncomfortable, old, worn out, and damaged. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is used to good quality, comfort, and a pleasant environment, even in their own home.

• Pauline (6/5): Hôtel convenable mais rapport qualité prix un peu chère car niveau 3 étoiles - La salle de bain est spacieuse et les lieux à visiter sont situés à moins d'une heure de marche ce qui nous convenait très bien pour ce balader. Notre chambre d'hôtel donnait sur la cour intérieure et nous étions juste au dessus d'une salle ou d'un restaurant de l'hôtel. Malgré les fenêtres fermés cela était très très bruyant au moment d'aller dormir (environ 23h00-00h00). La chambre est peu spacieuse en comparaison de la salle de bain et l'on sent que dans la globalité de la chambre tout est vieillissant ( papier pain bullé/décollé, trace sur les murs, bois abimé, joints noirci dans la salle de bain...Une rénovation et un ménage un peu plus approfondie ferait du bien.

De plus, le petit déjeuner était très bon je trouve ça aberrant de devoir payer le spa au vue du prix de la nuit et de ne pas l'avoir en accès illimité. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles je trouve ça limite. De même, la localisation n'est pas terrible heureusement que nous avions loué une voiture.

• Lucy (4/5): Nice design hotel, could be better for the money. - Design and style of room. Nice staff. The floor in my room was dirty when I arrived. The bathroom quality was low and there was mould in the bath, it was blocked too. The gym was very small. Everything was an inflated extra: breakfast, parking. Hotels of the same price have better service.
