Guest Reviews
- Shane (1/5): Overpriced and a dump - I didn’t like that it’s more like an air bnb than a hotel
The description makes it sound comfortable and wonderful
I don’t like that the Handel on the bedroom door doesn’t even work
I don’t like the process for returning the refund $500 is a ridiculous amount for a deposit
This property is way overpriced and I think they take advantage of people coming to events at Olympic park and put the price through the roof
In a master bedroom with no tv is a joke
My accommodation for 2 nights was $1570 and the amenities are pathetic Kmart towels and and bedwear
I have travelled all over Australia and have never been as disappointed in the property when it was most expensive I have stay in Brisbanes best accommodation on Valentine’s Day for less than this for 2 nights
On another note I ran into a resident that lives there and I asked what he pays for rent and his reply was $580 for a week, so paying 3 times that for 2 nights in what I consider a dump is a joke
Although Eric let me check in early with short notice
He is very bad at communicating I forgot to pay the deposit a few nights before check in and tried to reach him to ask how this could have been resolved I couldn’t reach him till check out day witch is not very good service.
I don’t usually give reviews but when I get piss poor product for big money I feel like this property needs to be reviewed by booking.com and don’t allowed people to become victim of having no choice but to pay this ridiculous money for a three bedroom town house
- Christy-lee (10/5): Exceptional - Well decorated I didn’t like that all rooms weren’t air conditioned. It says air coned in the facilities. I think it should state only the lounge room. A little bit of a hiccup with the key safe box but got it sorted.
