• C (3/5): Prima lokatie, maar zeer slecht onderhouden appartement - De lokatie was super, midden in de stad. Restaurants dichtbij. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand Het onderhoud van het appartement was echt heel slecht. Afgebroken kraan, douche hing los aan de wand, vriezer volledig met ijs bedekt, rolgordijn dat met 1 schroef geblokkeerd was en niet omhoog kon. Geen fatsoenlijk materiaal om iets te eten te maken. Er was geen waterkoker. Meteen een what’s app bericht gestuurd om te vragen of deze misschien nog gebracht kon worden. Helaas nooit een reactie gehad. Stoelen op het balkon waren stuk. Het appartement komt echt niet overeen met de foto’s van Booking
• Jennifer Larissa (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, direkt beim Trevi-Brunnen, von da aus hat man den perfekten Start um alles zu erkunden. Die Übergabe hat problemlos und sehr zuverlässig funktioniert. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man sich wünscht und die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight.
• Ainara (6/5): Semana con familia - La ubicación sin duda es lo mejor, la cama de matrimonio cómoda, baño bien con lo necesario. Ascensor minúsculo, teníamos que plegar el carro del bebé y hacer varios viajes para subir. La limpieza muy justa, no había ni escoba para poder barrer. Menaje de cocina muy escaso, no había vasos, dos sartenes muy gastadas…el fuego de cocinar ,uno no funcionaba. El sofá cama terrible para dormir más de dos noches. De las luces del apartamento solo funcionaban un par, estábamos por la noche prácticamente a oscuras. Insonorización pésima, se oía todo. Lo recomendaría para ir en parejas y solo un par de días. Para familias sin duda, no.

• Sophie (5/5): Convenient location for site seeing, value for money is poor. - Perfect location if want to walk to the fountain, Spanish steps and other site seeing locations. The member of staff from the first moment was not welcoming, just rushed off through the busy street that we almost lost them to see where we were going (the booking.com address was wrong - staff member wasn't very understanding of this on the phone before we met them in person). Arrived to be told that the main bedroom light wasn't working so just had the one lamp in that room. The rainfall shower; there was more water pressure in the Trevi Fountain or just the handheld which isn't convenient when wanting a long shower after a day in 30 degree heat. The amenities in the property were lacking. Although this property is a self catered one, we would expect a full selection of cutlery, crockery and things such as maybe a cloth and tea towel to wash up with as for a few nights stay it does not make sense to buy these items ourselves. We made the decision that it was easy to constantly eat out or bring something back to the apartment given the amenities. The sofa bed was held together with masking tape, luckily the group member on this bed was petite as we did fear waking up in the morning to find the bed on the floor. Altogether needs a deep clean and maintenance jobs completing. Bit of modernisation or freshen up on the down season wouldn't go a miss also. Overall we were thankful that we booked this accommodation on a discounted offer, otherwise we would've been very unhappy.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Abends und morgens ist es von der Straße her recht laut, aber das stört nicht weiter.

The couch was covered with a throw blanket and was unacceptable to sit on once the blanket was removed. Stains and visible crud. I am not one to be picky but they need to put a little of their profits into some maintenance and a new couch. It just needs to be done.

• Alicia (8/5): Súper bien situado - Lo mejor, la ubicación. Literalmente al lado de la Fontana di Trevi y a tan sólo 7 minutos caminando del metro. Hay supermercado cerca, tiendas, bares... Muy bien. El apartamento correcto, no esperes grandes lujos, pero al final si vas a Roma, vas a estar fuera. Es cierto lo que dicen en los comentarios del olor del baño, (no olió todos los días tampoco) pero es que es un edificio viejo, es lo normal, tampoco agrede. Estaba limpio, el chico que nos trajo las llaves muy amable. Éramos 2 personas y utilizamos tanto la habitación como el sofá cama del salón, dormimos bien. Lo único que echamos en falta, fue menaje de cocina, al final terminamos usando unas pequeñas tazas y platos de porcelana que encontramos en el mueble del salón y tampoco hay cepillo o fregona. Aún así es más que suficiente y volveríamos a repetir! Faltaba menaje en la cocina y también cosas de limpieza: un cepillo, recogedor, fregona y cubo.

• Donna (8/5): Excellent location, however would be happy to stay a little further away for a good night sleep - Definitely location and the host was very prompt and helpful with communication. AND THERE IS A LIFT FOR YOUR LUGGAGE 🙏 So so noisy being so close to Trevi Fountain….. from people yelling, singing at all hours to what sounded like rubbish trucks dumping thousands of bottles all hours of the night. Also the plumbing in the bathroom made a terrible gurgling noise not only every time we flushed the toilet, but every time ANY apartment used their plumbing. We were exhausted by the end of a 4 night stay due to lack of sleep due constant noise outside and gurgling plumbing. I suppose the noise outside is to be expected being so close to the foundation. Plumbing really needs attention tho !!!!!

• emilie (7/5): Appartement très bien placé mais souci d'insonorisation et d'équipement. - Emplacement au coeur de Rome à quelques mètres de la fontaine de Trevi et appartement spacieux avec du charme. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. En revanche un gros souci d'insonorisation des fenêtres. La rue est très bruyante, il faudrait des fenêtres en double vitrage. Nous n'avons quasiment pas pu dormir à cause du bruit des fêtes et des camions poubelles. Les lits ne comportaient pas de housse de couette avec des couettes pas vraiment propres et le sol n'avait pas été lavé. Enfin l'équipement est très sommaire: cela ne coûterait pas grand chose d'acheter 4 mugs, 1 grille pain et de mettre des housses de couette.

• Anna Klára (7/5): Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, a terasz hangulatos volt, igazi olasz életérzés, de maga a szállás igénytelen volt. - Az elhelyezkedés remek, a terasz nagyon hangulatos volt! A konyha jól felszerelt volt, hűtővel, mosogatógéppel, evőeszközökkel, mikróval és kotyogós kávéfőzővel. Igénytelen volt a szállás. Koszos, több bútor el volt törve - teraszon levő 4 székből 3 darab törött volt, a konyhai csap is törött, illetve az ágy közepén volt egy lyuk. A második naptól a wi-fi nem működött, a személyzet nem segített helyreállítani.

• Marti (1/5): Totalmente sucio, pésimo e incómodo - Está muy bien situado Muy poca higiene, cosas rotas como sillas, armarios, la ducha, el grifo... - Nos encontramos boletos de los últimos inquilinos debajo de un cojin del sofa. - El congelador estaba lleno de hielo roto con una mancha de alguna bebida. - En la ducha se salia el agua por el suelo. - Nos recibió un pakistanes que casi no sabia hablar inglés. - Había un armario con pintura, piezas de hierro y de muebles. - Una de las luces no funcionaba. La verdad, no lo recomendaría a nadie.
• Angela (8/5): Great location - The location of the property is great. The space is also comfortable The lift wasn’t working which was a problem as we were up on the high levels. The internet also seemed to stop working from about 730pm onwards. While property was ok on cleanliness could have done with a deep clean and the bed linen provided had no covers - doona didn’t appear to have been washed (the one in the drawers as nothing provided ok the bed other than sheets). Overall the property was good but not great. Best part was the location.
• Juan José (8/5): - La ubicación era excelente para trasladarse caminando a todos lados si eres buen caminante (Todo a 20 minutos) , el apartamento estaba super limpio y es bastante agradable. Tiene cocina , comedor y un living room bien comodo. Tenia cafe para cafetera italiana, excelente detalle pero no azucar. Excelente la cama, muy comoda y con aire acondicionado. Detalles: no tenia shampoo de cortesia. Si vas por el fin de semana y quieres dormir probablemente no sea buena opción si tienes sueño ligero, tarde en la noche botan muchas botellas de vidrio y muy temprano por la mañana también. Lo demás que dicen de los mosquitos o que la ducha es muy pequeña creo que es exagerado, no vi ningún mosquito dentro del apartamento y pude ducharme sin problemas. Asegúrense que el termo se los dejen funcionando por que me bañe con agua helada un dia por apagarlo.

Det var 2 lägenheter i samma korridor. Man hörde väldigt tydligt när grannen kom och gick men ingenting om de var på rummet. Lite dåligt tryck i duschen.

• Dean (5/5): Could be so much better if they managed it. - Location is excellent, the balcony is lovely and the few supplies (salt, pepper etc) are welcome. This property could be so much better with better management. An agent looks after the booking, a separate person lets you in to the property ( he was late and had his phone off) and someone else (pretends to) cleans. Consequently no one is managing the property and problems (broken furniture, no dishwasher tablets, 2 irons but no kettle and dirty surfaces etc) remain unaddressed. It has all the hallmarks of someone wanting to make money without providing a complementary service.

• Gabriella (5/5): If what you looking is just location… then yes this is a good place to start. I would def look for another location to s - Location is the only positive thing about this property and the guy that helped us was very friendly and nice. As soon as we arrived, the property was not ready due to our early check-in, which I completely understood. A cleaning staff member came while my family and I went for a walk. However, upon returning, I was disappointed to find the space still not properly cleaned. The kitchen garbage smelled, dust was visible throughout, there was a dirty towel left on the bathroom floor, no shampoo or soap provided, and even leftover food under the couch. The couch/bed itself was dirty, and it was clear that the sheets had not been changed. To make matters worse, there were mosquitos throughout the space, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Additionally, there was no broom available for me to tidy up myself. While the property offers a spacious layout and has great potential to be a much nicer stay, it seems that attention to detail and upkeep are not prioritized. It feels as though the focus is solely on the location rather than on providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

• Keith (8/5): Excellent location and everything you would need for a stay in Rome -50 yards from the Trevi Fountai - Excellent location and everything you would need for a stay in Rome. 50 yards from the Trevi Fountain and right in the centre. Hosts were easily contactable and responsive and let us into the apartment much earlier than specified. Uddin met us and explained everything while handing the keys over. Quiet noisy outside due to being in close proximity to bars and restaurants but that was not a huge issue.
• Matt (8/5): Great location, fun terrace, sleeping arrangements a bit warm - Its location to Trevi Fountain, and all the amenities (restaurants, etc.) was great. The flat had a terrace which we could go out on to enjoy, eat a meal, etc. had a small kitchenette to cook with. The unit was not cleaned when we arrived and we had to wait for over an hour for someone to clean it. The AC unit was in the main area and didn’t cool the bedroom down adequately. They should provide a fan or something to move the cool air into the bedroom.
• Ramji (4/5): Great location but poor management. Worth the money but too poor in quality to stay. - Location was superb. We did not like the management. The room was not properly cleaned, amenities were not provided, laundry damaged the cloths during washing and drying, bed sheets were dirty, extra bedsheets and pillows were not available, all pillows were flat, the bedroom on the terrace was too close to the roof, I hit a couple of times on the ceiling when getting up for bathroom. Overall the management was poor and the unit was not hygeinic. We hardly spent 6 hours in the night in the unit.

• Bashayer (4/5): Disappointing - The positive thing is the excellent location. Less than a minute away from Trevi Fountain. The view from the balcony is good. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room is not very clean. No slippers, tissues, and trash bags. The room could use a deep clean. The sofa has stains, the dishes are dirty, and the headboard of the bed was not clean. The location is not clear and not accurate on Google Map. The person who is supposed to give us our keys was two hours late. We waited outside near Trevi Fountain and it was very crowded and hard to keep our luggage safe. The AC in the living room does not work. We asked for help but no one helped us. The address is not the same one on Booking.com. Make sure to contact the apartment staff to send you the actual location before you arrive.

Rooftop views allowed you to experience the sights & sounds of the busy streets below but soundproof when the windows were closed. We had a loft room/ apartment. Not ideal for taller people. Very small elevator available but we chose to climb the 106 steps to 4th floor. Be prepared. It’s a steep climb.

The worst service you could ask for, the front door locked when we tried to leave the apartment and we were stuck inside the apartment for almost two hours. Without any of the apartment owners being willing to help us - they sent me to talk to Booking and removed all responsibility from the matter .They even blamed us for why we had to close the door (which they brought us the key to..). Not to mention the fact that one of the employees blocked me on WhatsApp :) We had to beg them to call a locksmith, while we were stressed not to miss the car reservation we had set and continue our trip schedule.. I don't want to imagine what would have happened if this had been before a flight.. Just a shame P.S. There is a terrible smell of sewage coming from the sink.

The stay was excellent!!! Thank you very much! The apartment has everything you need for a few days' stay. Fast and friendly service. Bad smell of sewage in the bathroom and bedroom that made us gag, shower door was broken and very very cramped. Needs a good clean through. Lift is very small and the place is very noisy but that is to be expected with the prime location.

• Delligatti (5/5): Great location - Close to Trevi fountain and all the restaurants We never got sheets and pillowcases and pillows for the pullout couch. My son had to sleep on top of the blanket. I sent a message to the guy and he never brought them for the next day.
• Jenny (7/5): Good - Great location, bed was comfortable and it's a spacious apartment with everything we needed. Bonus there was a laundry machine.. water pressure isn't great in the shower, bathroom sink was blocked so we used the kitchen sink, lights in bedroom flickered then stopped working, 830am you will be woken to crashing bottles, just needs a few upgrades.
• Shae (8/5): Small unit inside but gorgeous outside - Location was incredible, we loved the unit as we don’t mind small places but if you’re tall it definitely would not suit. Cute terrace to relax on and very soundproof windows. Had a lift which was helpful. Staff were great. Missing basics like dishwasher tablets and kitchen sink plug which made cleaning up tricky as not much bench space.
