- Hannah (9/5): Beautiful flat in fantastic location close to Primrose Hill park and short walk to tube to get into central London. Kate - Beautiful, cosy and comfortable flat in a great location in walking distance to Primrose Hill. Host was very accommodating, responsive and friendly. The flat has everything you need and plenty of space. Highly recommend staying here No complaints - minor feedback is you could have a local ‘welcome guide’ for any visitors/tourists (wasn’t necessary for us as we lived in the area) and provide enough toilet paper for the duration of the stay.

Dwie osobne sypialnie, duży pokój dzienny z kuchnią i łazienka z wanną/prysznicem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Byliśmy w 5 osób (2 dorosłych i 3 dzieci) i było nam naprawdę wygodnie w apartamencie.

We will come again - I did like the environment in the house, everything was perfect and the owner was really helpful to check in. I thought the house was at the first floor. But it was at the ground floor. It was so easy for my family to put all our many suitcases into the house Nothing
- Holger (10/5): Toller Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung. - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alt-ehrwürdigen Haus im Erdgeschoss in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Stadtteil Camden. Es handelt sich um eine mittlere bis wohlhabende Gegend. Die Vermieterin Kate war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt.
Zur U-Bahn (Jubilee Line, Station Swiss Cottage) sind es keine zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort erreicht man alles wesentlich (Buckingham Palace, Westminster etc. innerhalb einer viertel Stunde). Für mich eine absolute Top-Lage.
Zu Fuß kommt man innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Primrose Hill. Von dort hat man einen gigantischen Blick auf die Skyline von London. Dort sind dann auch eine Reihe Pubs, entweder zum Essen oder einfach zum Verweilen. Supermärkte für den notwendigen Einkauf sind um die Ecke.
Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich würde in jedem Fall wieder dorthin kommen.
- Andrea (7/5): Host gentile e location fantastica. Per un "TOP-QUALITY FLAT" servono migliorament. Ci torneremo cmq - La posizione era fantastica e la zona perfetta. La vicinanza alla stazione della metropolitana, il parco di Primrose Hill, Lime, etc. La casa è bella ed è in una zona tranquilla. Il palazzo è curato e in zona residenziale e comodo da raggiungere. Dalle finestre si vede il verde e sembra di avere una casa in un parco.
Host molto gentile ed è stata cortese nel offrirci lo spazio per i bagagli oltre orario di check-out In generale, la pulizia deve essere migliorata.
Il Bagno: l'acqua della doccia esce a fatica a causa del calcare sul soffione. Le piastrelle del bagno hanno sporco da umidità. La regolazione della temperatura è troppo sensibile. passa da caldo bollente a freddo.
Le tende del salotto erano rotte e si chiudevano a fatica. difficile dormire la mattina con la luce che entra.

- Pierre-Yves (10/5): L'appartement le mieux placé pour aller direct à Londres et pouvoir revenir rapidement de Wembley - Kate est une hôte charmante qui a su répondre positivement à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons pu accéder à l'appartement 1h plus tôt que prévu et y rester quelques heures de plus à la fin de notre séjour.
Ce bien est particulièrement bien placé, proche de la jubilee line (station Swiss Cottage) pour aller directement au centre de Londres ou bien à Wembley Stadium, de la ligne C31 pour aller à Candem Market, ainsi que d'un magasin d'alimentation général.

- Felice (7/5): Cosy unit in good location. - Enjoyed our week in London. Cosy unit in good location near mini mart, train, buses and good coffee at Core in Leisure Centre. Easy walk to Primrose Hill and surrounding areas. Easy access up a few stairs into unit block and it was always nice to come back to a warm unit! Good to note there’s no microwave and limited cooking pans. Shower has low pressure and is sensitive to adjust but once sorted was ok.

- Chi (8/5): Overall a good stay at a good location. - The house was situated in a good location. Kate, as the host was very responsive in replying to queries asap even though she was travelling overseas. The place is at a quiet location but within he city fringe. Some items were dated but they are still functional. The kettle probably needs changing as there are a lot of lime deposits. The heating system was intermittent and not fully functional. Good thing there was the backup heater & the host really tried her best to resolve the problem during the New Year Eve season.

- Sebastian (10/5): Very cozy and nice apartment in great location. - It is a very nice and cozy apartment, with everything you need during even a long stay with the family. The place has two comfortable bedrooms and an extra place to sleep in the living room. The neighborhood is very calm and safe. Close to the flat is the school as well as a grocery shop and bus stop. Minor issues like shower without headphone, lack of a microwave in the kitchen, and creaking floor. I hope the neighbors below will forgive us ;) Sometimes it was hard to set the proper water temperature under the shower (it was either cold or hot but then the water stream was low) but if somebody prefers a bathtub then the issue doesn't matter

Location:
Only 400m from tube, just around a corner from the city noise you enter a quiet street and find an English-style building (stone white and red brick) hiding an 80sq m flat. You dont worry about stairs since it's at perfect hightened 0 level.
Flat:
Pictures in the ad actualy represent the reality. Living room with a couch and additional pull out chair, table more than big enough for 4 and an electric piano under the window.
There are 2 normal sized bedrooms (each for 2), bathroom and kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances and little things a family with children could need. Imagine it and it's probably there. If it's not, the incredibly kind owner is ready to help.
Neighbourhood:
Kind neighbours, colourful, quiet and safe neighbourhood, no unpleasant surprises there either. A few minutes walk gets you to Primrose hill for a walk, run, view of the city. Small grocery store is 200m away.
For a family, 2nd zone of London is far enough from center to give you intimacy and close enough to get anywhere in no time.
All in all:
We've been in newer, bigger and smaller flats, but none of them had this charm - after long days of discovering the city, you come here and it feels like a home.
