Host was very helpful when we had questions on arrival. Curtains didn’t close over properly to block out the light in addition to frosted doors.

- Dewald (7/5): Great overall. Cleanliness can be better. - Spacious layout and in the center of Newcastle. Close to beaces too. Good communication by the owner and it was nice to have parking for the car, albeit tight. Useful washing and drying facilities. The carpet in the main bedroom was soaking wet in one of the corners. Not sure if there was a leak through the roof or walls from all of the rain but it wasn’t nice. The cleanliness wasn’t the best as some dishes were dirty.

The main entrance doors to the building weren't working properly, (which wasn't the hosts fault) a number of times we couldn't exit the building and had to go through the carpark and out the other door to the street.

Bathrooms ok clean The underside of the toilet seat has discoloured around the rim. The cleaner needs to use a bit of elbow crease with Ajax to help with that. As an apartment that is not new a deep spring clean maybe needed.

- Liz (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, very quiet, comfortable beds. The balcony has no shade at all no umbrella so you could only sit out there early morning or after about 5 oclock. Also the wooden table on balcony needs replacing it’s crooked on top and you can’t sit a glass on it without it topling over. Not a huge cost to replace and a definite improvement.

- Selina (9/5): Thank you so much for taking us on such short notice. It was an intensely stressful time. - That it was a comfortable place to relax after spending all day in the hospital. That Luke always answered my calls and texts. The carpark was tiny, I live in the bush and drive a big ute and there was no way I was fitting in there. The 2nd set of keys, only the fob worked. The keys didn't open the front door.

- Marie (7/5): It was OK for a couple of days - Location was good Didn't like the internal glass bedroom doors, light from living room & other bedroom made it difficult to sleep . No lock on bedroom doors. TV remote did not work, had sticky tape & band aid rapped around it, couldn't use TV. Door to balcony was locked. None of the keys supplied would open it. Kitchen could be more user friendly
