• George (7/5): Excelent stay in Malaga - Good location, close to the old townand Maria Zambrano train station. At a Luxury location you expect to find basic things, like liquid soap in the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in the existing containers that were empty. In the kitchen, although there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, there could have been at least 2 capsules for the first day, etc.
• Anthony (4/5): Never Again !!! - It was a place to have a sleep Very Boxy and small , and having Hot tub just feet away from your bed , was a none- Starter as released lots condensation / wet feeling in the Room . Most of the area had a tired feeling and definitely not Bespoke . Small windows with obstructive Bars on windows and blinds struggle to close / Windows stiff . Bucket next to Hot tub full of dirty smelly water . .

• ali (4/5): “Luxury-looking, but disappointing.” - Location is good very close to all touristic places. We had been working for months and were looking forward to finally relaxing, having fun, and unwinding on our vacation. Unfortunately, this place is definitely not suitable for that. The cleanliness was very poor. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a bad smell. Everything was dusty. When we tried to open the windows to get rid of the odor, an even worse smell came in. This is because the apartment is located at street level and on a corner, where unfortunately people—and even dogs—urinate against the wall, and the smell comes inside. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom at all. We also found someone else’s hair in our bed. The jacuzzi makes the place look luxurious, but honestly, it brings nothing but disappointment.

• Lena (4/5): - Die Lage war recht zentral, fußläufig war alles gut zu erreichen! Der Vermieter kümmerte sich darum, dass das Reinigungsteam nochmal sauber machen sollte, was immer noch nicht gut war aber ein wenig besser. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war gut! Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Besonders das Badezimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. In der Dusche stand noch schmutziges Wasser mit Seifenresten und der Abfluss lief kaum ab. Zudem waren deutliche Schmutz- und Schimmelspuren an den Rändern und Wänden sichtbar. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr unhygienisch. Außerdem hat es im Badezimmer teilweise stark nach Abfluss bzw. wie nach einem Dixi-Klo gerochen. Der vorhandene Whirlpool war ebenfalls nicht sauber – darin lagen noch Haare und zudem verliert der Whirlpool bereits Düsen, was einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck macht. Auch das Bett war problematisch: Das Bettgestell hat sich ständig verschoben und das Laken ist immer wieder abgegangen, sodass ein normaler Schlaf kaum möglich war. Zusätzlich gibt es unter der Tür zur Straße einen großen Schlitz. Dadurch hört man wirklich jedes Geräusch von draußen sehr laut, was den Lärmpegel in der Wohnung deutlich erhöht und den Schlaf zusätzlich stört. Insgesamt entspricht der Zustand der Wohnung leider nicht dem, was man von einer Ferienunterkunft erwartet. Unser Fazit lautet: Mehr Schein als Sein!!!!! Was mich noch mehr verärgert, dass im vorraus ja schon viele schlechte Bewertungen da waren und es den Besitzer scheinbar kein Stück juckt, Abzocke, verbringt euren wohlverdienten Urlaub woanders!!!!

• Marcos (1/5): OJO!!!!!Anuncio engañoso - La televisión El apartamento está a pie de calle, el anuncio dice a tiene vistas y las vistas son la gente q pasa a un metro de la cama que por cierto es incómoda no, es lo siguiente te hundes en ella,en la cocina encontramos una copa, una taza, dos vasos y una cuchara. El jacuzzi funciona mal y le faltan piezas está para tirar pero lo más gracioso es encontrar al lado de él una cubitera llena de agua retenida. En el baño el toallero está a punto de caerse, la ducha está rota y pierde agua por arriba y por abajo,los jaboneros de la pared están vacíos y el ventilador que hay encima de la puerta está lleno de polvo. La mesa que hay para desayunar baila como si fuera de goma o estuviera rota. Se nota que los dueños no pasan por ahí para nada, ahora mismo ese apartamento, que por cierto es muy pequeño y ruidoso, está dejado de la mano De Dios.

• Alicia (5/5): Vies en veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Het is niet goed onderhouden. - Het was op het eerste oog een mooie kamer op een top locatie. Het was erg vies! Er lag zelfs een dode kakkerlak naast het bed op de grond. Vlekken op het beddengoed en een verkalkte douchekop. Ook nog een douche die volledig overstroomde, een jacuzzi waar allemaal losse onderdelen aan zaten van de spuit koppen, het warm water dat op is na het vol laten lopen van de jacuzzi dus een warme douche erna kun je vergeten.
• Mika (8/5): Beautiful design and great location - Amazing location, friendly service and jacuzzi was relaxing. Great and compact idea with the room decoration and beautiful atmosphere. Room was not clean as supposed to be on that price. Tap was shaking and curtains were of the track. One day should be used to fix everything it would be like new again!There was said that cava and chocolate are waiting in the room. Only coffee and red wine was there when we arrived so had to go to the shop and get those.

• Benjamin (6/5): - De locatie was goed. Wel erg gehorig. Verkeerd maar ook geluid van buren. Wij hadden last van mieren in het appartement en het bed was te klein.
• Maja (6/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war wirklich gut, und der Jacuzzi war ein schönes Extra, das wir sehr genossen haben. Leider gab es aber einige Dinge, die unseren Aufenthalt weniger angenehm gemacht haben. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße – es war ziemlich laut, und man konnte von draußen direkt ins Zimmer sehen, was nicht besonders gemütlich war. Außerdem fehlten grundlegende Dinge: Es gab keine Handseife oder Duschgel (alles war leer), keine richtige Bettdecke oder etwas zum Zudecken, und in der Küche war kaum Geschirr vorhanden – nur eine Tasse und ein Glas, obwohl wir zu zweit waren. Für eine Unterkunft mit Küche hätten wir hier etwas mehr Ausstattung erwartet. Insgesamt also eine gute Lage, aber leider zu viele kleine Mängel, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben.

• Michelini (6/5): - Struttura molto carina, la vasca sicuramente è il punto di forza (almeno per me), e anche la posizione è buona, inoltre abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto, e la tv la puoi completamente ruotare potendola guardare anche dalla vasca. La cosa che ha penalizzato è che la doccia perde moltissima acqua, e si allaga completamente tutto il bagno ed esce anche oltre il bagno rendendo così quest’ultimo completamente inaccessibile, questo almeno per noi ha creato molto disagio. Inoltre piccole accortezza che si potrebbero migliorare come: per una sosta di 3 notti e 4 giorni abbiamo trovato nella struttura solo 2 capsule di caffè (eravamo in 2 persone), che ovviamente abbiamo terminato il primo giorno, e anche solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica. Inoltre si può dire anche che il rubinetto del lavandino in bagno a breve andrà staccandosi da quanto “tentenna” quando lo si tocca, ed anche l’appendi asciugamani in bagno tentenna parecchio.

• Jolita (8/5): Etwas klein, aber für zwei Leute ok. Gute Lage. - Viel zu wenig Handtücher und die Putzfrau muss die Fugen in der Dusche mal ordentlichen schrubben und den Schimmel rauskratzen. Ist schwierig aber es geht. Größeres Bett wäre besser.

• SIMRA (7/5): with a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this apartment could easily offer a much better experience giv - The apartment is in a great location with good access to local amenities, and it’s well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The layout is well designed, and I appreciated the early check-in as well as the helpful suggestions the owner shared, which added a nice personal touch. That said, this was my first time staying in an apartment rather than a hotel, and I wanted to give some constructive feedback. While the space has a lot of potential, the cleanliness could have been improved — the floors weren’t very clean on arrival, and there were quite a few ants and flies around the tabletops and in the shower area. Unfortunately, two cockroaches were also spotted on the final night, which was unsettling. The front door was also quite difficult to open. Despite turning the key the correct number of times, it often jammed, which became frustrating — especially when returning late at night. Combined with the insect issues, this made the space feel less secure and comfortable than expected. I do understand that apartments don’t have the same level of staffing and regular maintenance as hotels, and this one is on the ground floor, which may contribute to some of these issues.
• Cass (7/5): Lovely apartment, could be cleaner - The apartment has brilliant amenities, there was a hairdryer, tv with netflix, coffee machine, fridge, cooker, iron - everything you could need. The apartment is decorated stylishly and is comfortable. The location is excellent for the trainstation, a little further away from the centre, about a 20 minute walk, but has shops and bars close by - fine for our 2 night stay. We had no issues with noise from the street. Communication was great, and a bottle of cava waiting for us when we arrived was a lovely touch. The sheets on the bed were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not the best.

• Alethea (7/5): Good - Great location for us and what we needed. Lovely touch to leave some cava, chocolates and coffee on arrival. Communication was fab with Nico....everything was super clear. It was really easy to find and enter the apartment. Nice decor, (could do with a wee bit of attention in certain areas). The kitchen is good with coffee maker, fridge, kettle, hob etc. Everything you need. Bed is comfortable and linen is good quality. The hot tub is a nice addition too. Lots of hangers available. Short walk to the train station and the old town. Lighting was very well thought out too. It would be great to have more towels and bath mats provided as we used the hot tub and we only had 1 large towel each. The shower needs sealant and the toilet seat was a wee bit broken and needs some attention. Light comes in from the street under the front door (I'm very sensitive to light and forgot my eye mask so my fault). Shutters helped to keep the room dark at night though. I didn't see any instructions for the hot tub but managed to figure it out. Maybe I missed them.
• Robyn (10/5): BOOK IT! You won’t regret. Can’t wait to return! - This apartment is STUNNING! On the day, the owner was so attentive - sending multiple messages with clear instructions on how to access the property, and even let us check in early! The owner was so easily contactable, replying almost instantly! Now the room - WOW! It’s beautiful and looks very newly refurbished. The hot tub was AMAZING and they even provided champagne! The bed was SO comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. Towels provided. The room was so spacious, and the layout was perfect. Location was great, main area about a 20 minute walk away or a Bolt taxi was €5. Plenty shops for supplies nearby. We can’t wait to book again in the summer!

I really liked jacuzzi and contact with the host was really top notch. Pictures are very real. First of all there was a mold in the shower. When I took it started leaking. The noise is substantial.

We had some problems with appliances such as the kettle and coffee machine. However, the apartment was well kept and very comfortable. The kettle kept on tripping all the electrics which meant I could not make a tea or coffee.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Close to small supermarkets and very easy to reach from the airport. Bed was really comfortable. Friendly cleaning lady. The loud sounds from the street, the kitchen not really nice to use (small pans, quirky stove). Location was slightly too far from everything, but the walking was good for us. Two towels was not enough for a warm country (but you can wash these yourself). Trashbags & cooking oil not available & soap dispensers not filled.

It was very central and easy to walk to the center, old town, harbour and beach. Natalia, the manager, was very friendly and the service was excellent. There was quite noisy from the street outside.

Although the apartment is close to the street, we did not hear a thing and slept so well. The jacuzzi bath was really nice. Love the whole interior. We could do the Check-in/ entering the apartment by ourselves thanks to a door code. The apartment was really clean and looked exactly like in the pictures - truly beautiful. Everything looked quite new. The jacuzzy was definitely a highlight and easy to handle thanks to the short instruction video Natalia sent us. In general Natalia was really friendly and always available when needed, thanks for that again! We where really happy with our stay and are looking forward to come back! Best wishes, Silvan & Maria.
