• Elena (8/5): - Просторная чистая квартира. Очень удобное расположение, на берегу океана в небольшом курортном городке. Магазины в шаговой доступности. Красивый вид с балкона и окон. Квартира на 5 этаже Тепло. Своя парковка в подвале дома. Удобное заселение по коду. Есть посудомойка. Много полотенец. Сильно исцарапанные тефлоновым сковородки. Кастрюли тоже из тефлона. Нам пришлось ехать в икею за новыми кастрюлями. После использования стиральной машины появился странный запах на кухне. Плесень на резиновом коврике в ванной. Теплая вода из бойлера, хватает чтоб помыться одному человеку, или двум, но очень быстро. Душевая стойка частично сломана.
• Jacek (9/5): - The building entrance application was for one time use. Nobody told me that the building key is with garage pilot. I got info about building key last day only. I was a bit problem for me to access building by doors . Access via garage was ok in general apartment is very good

• Pilar (7/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue la atención y la plaza de garaje. El estado de la casa, puertas , baño, camas.. necesita alguna que otra reforma para que los huéspedes se sientan un poco más cómodos.

• Omraade (9/5): Good experience with NivariaHost and the town of Candelaria - The host checked in on us the day after our arrival and helped us find an item we needed to buy locally, as well as recommend restaurants. The apartment is dated, but kept clean and well stocked. It was a great option for a 3- generation family’s trip. The keypad on the apartment door lock is fussy, and you need to figure out the right way to press the keys for it to take the code.

• Arlene (9/5): Great location - The location was great. It was easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The door lock to get into the unit was a bit sticky and difficult to open until we got used to it.
• Ameera (8/5): Big space with a great view in a small town - Great sea view to wake up to, master bedroom is lovely, large space, lots of appliances in the kitchen, lots of sleeping spaces and storage, fans available, hosts organized and responsive Hard to find because the address is in a different spot on Google Maps, the host gave us the wrong code in the message but the right code was in the video so it all worked out but it was a bit confusing. The bathroom could've been cleaner... I would suggest maybe labeling the soap and providing some suggestions of things to do in the area. I think the view was amazing and the town was cute but it was far from the main tourist attractions of Tenerife so I would've liked to be provided with more information on the area.

• Trevor (7/5): Good base for exploring the area, could be a bit more comfortable for sitting indoors. - Good location, comfortable beds, well equipped, sensible price. Only one soft furnishing - a two seater settee, some blinds and shutters needed some repairs, no instructions for any equipment, or local information. No aircon, although not a problem in November!
• Milica (10/5): Exceptional - The property is spacious and at the front line, just a few meters from the nearest beach and natural pool. The property has washing machine and evertyting else that a family might need for a comfortable stay. The fact that it has a garage parking place is really great!
