- Aristides (4/5): Dececionante - Não foi servido nem existia qualquer pequeno almoço ao contrario do que estava anunciado na vossa página.
Muito mau
- Therese (10/5): Position position position - Roomy, clean position position
- alison (5/5): - The host informed us the property was not available when we arrived due to an issue with electrics. He told us he had an alternative which we agreed to as an error in a booking meant we were trying to find something last minute. The alternative was reasonable although I’m not sure it is normally rented out on Booking. Com. Nor am I sure it was value for money. Very tired looking
- Avni (10/5): We have the best time ever - Everything was perfect
- Dejan (6/5): Great value - Perfect location, would recommend if this is your priority. Could be a bit cleaner.
- Mariam (9/5): Superb -
- Cheryl (8/5): Location awesome for restaurants, public transport, sight seeing. - Location was phenomenal. Owner was fantastic, very responsive and very accommodating for luggage and check in timing. Only issue was poor air conditioning during a very hot weather timing.
- Derek (7/5): Good - Location is great! Right in the heart of the buzz! Access on ground without a lot of stairs to navigate!! The shower and bathroom was very tight. Half the electrical plugs did not work. Air Conditioning poor and needs a service or replacement!!
- Julie (9/5): Very Central, very clean and bed very comfortable, stairs are steep - Central location, breakfast was basic and would have been good to have some juice and bread. A tea towel would have been useful to dry up and a spare towel in the kitchen area to dry hands Stairs were step and both bathrooms were down the stairs, this is not mentioned in the details and was an issue for me
- Sobitha (7/5): Nice location, but noisy. And could have had a better host experience. - Place was as expected and as described. Great location. We had to call the host to come and let us in, which he took a while to do. The previous guests hadn't yet checked out and were still in the property when we arrived! But it was clean and decent in general.
Once we checked out, we left the keys and tourist tax cash in the requested place and sent multiple messages to the host to let them know, but there was zero communication back from the host or even any acknowlegement of our check out, which was a little unsettling.
Air conditioner was not plugged in and did not work, even after messaging host, but in the end, we did not require it, so it's okay.
Last negative is that while the location is great, the front room with sofa bed was very noisy thoughout the night till 1am or so with nightlife and again from 6am with delivery trucks etc.
- Jordon (3/5): Poor -
- Pedro (1/5): Bad - The location No hot water at the showers and no air condition also the number of dead do not marched with the link
- Briana (6/5): Location was good, but unfortunately had no hot water for our stay. - The location was awesome and it was quirky. The beds were very uncomfortable, and we ended up with no hot water. We booked for 5 people and no linen was provided for the sofa bed. Whilst they came and brought us linen we hadn’t realised until late at night.
- Jason (6/5): Great location, but air conditioning did not work making the stay very uncomfortable. - The host met us early to drop off luggage - this was excellent, but it was hard to reach the host. The air conditioning was not working and it was extremely hot in the rooms, very uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep as needed to keep windows open and the streets were noisy until 2am.
- Schaedig (8/5): Enjoyed the stay in the fantastic city. - The location of the property was excellent! Walkable to many of the city’s highlights. Perfect smaller street with shopping, gelato and restaurant options. Check-in was smooth and even was accompanied by a bottle of wine. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies, coffee, fruit and snacks. Bathrooms were tough for us. July in Rome requires more than one per day and the two showers in the apartment are fairly rustic but overall manageable.
- Carlos (5/5): Central, bedrooms and kitchen are good, Bathrooms need deep cleaning and or remodeling. - Location was very central to many landmark sites, certainly within walking distance. The bedroom was good and the kitchen was well appointed. The host was communicative and responsive. The bathrooms are in need of renovation or at least a good scrubbing, particularly the showers. Many older apartments in Europe are small, and this is certainly the case here. There are 2 bathrooms, adjacent to each other on the first level. The bathroom on the left was slightly larger, but the wall inside shower stall has an unfinished structural concrete column which is completely moldy due to exposure to the shower’s constant moisture. The black mold spreads to adjacent areas finished with mini tiles. This causes the bathroom to smell musky. This may be solved by bleaching scrubbing the area and re-finishing the column. The sink also was not running correctly and had to use a knife to enable water flow.
The other bathroom is even smaller and it is difficult to shower while keep in it dry. In both cases it was difficult to avoid touching the shower curtains in either bathroom, with our body’s while showering. For reference, I am 5’6 - 180lbs.
The second bed is in the kitchen, this was fine as we did not use the kitchen as such.
Overall, the experience with this apartment would be greatly enhance if the two bathrooms were remodeled and combined.
- Mauricio (5/5): Never again - Location and the ample space AC wasn’t working the first night and it was warm, on the 3 rd day the hot water heater didn’t work. The caretaker was quick to respond somewhat. There is no washer and dryer as it has been removed and replaced with a fridge. The caretaker did get our laundry done. The bathrooms are very small and downstairs, water gets everywhere when showering.
- Charles (8/5): Very good - A ride from the airport and fruit for breakfast were both provided. The rental company paid for a ride from the airport to the apartment, which was very nice. However, the transportation company was given the wrong address. We had to split our group in two and have people wait at both addresses while contacting the rental company through the app to let them know to meet us with the keys. It was only a few minutes until someone arrived with the keys, so no major problem.
- Cristina (9/5): we were able to go to all the attractions just by walking which was our preference. - location the shower
- S.k46 (7/5): Good for a couple of night stay to feel the historic atmosphere of Rome , but not longer. - Location is very good and close to the city center and everything is close by. Coffee machine and small fridge in the room is good. Bathroom is too small and curtain cannot prevent the water from pouring over the floor. The bedroom and bathroom are in different levels with narrow stairs between ; not very convenient.
- Taner (9/5): You can go everywhere by walking. - Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, all amenities are available in the apartment.Staff were helpful in all matters. Only the bathroom is a bit small and useless.
- Ludivine (8/5): Very good - very well located, at a walking distance from all the sites
- Gustavo (8/5): Very good - Exceptional location and comfortable bedrooms
- Samaneh (10/5): that was amazing - The location was amazing . it was just 10 min walk to all of attraction places. it was so clean and the host is so friendly. Definitely recommend to everyone
- Rafael (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect palace, best área tô stay in rome
