• Giulia (10/5): Great value for money super close to central - Booked this for my family visiting and it was a success!! Amazing spaces, lots of appliances and comforts, very clean. Host was super responsive and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Absolutely recommended! The only thing having booked for 7 people was that there is one loo only so, not ideal but def manageable.

• CHARBEL HENRI (10/5): Vacanza con la famiglia - Bell’appartamento con tre stanze da letto e 2 bagni , cucina/salotto e un patio esterno! La casa risulta in buone condizioni come da foto con tutti i servizi descritti disponibili. L’host molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta in poco tempo! Struttura ben collegata con bus a 5 minuti a piedi, check in facile e molto pratico! Consigliatissimo Tutto perfetto

• Daniel (10/5): Great value for money - Location was great: very close to Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station. Size of the bedrooms was good for my family (me, my wife, infant daughter, 2 year old and 11 year old sons and mother in law). I felt I received good value for my money. WiFi actually worked properly. Bathroom and kitchen was well stocked. There was a washing machine and a good space to dry clothes. There was a proper ironing board with iron. The check in was easy with a lock box for self check in. Host was great to deal with and gave us some great tips for site seeing. I didn’t take any photos from inside the property but I’ve attached a couple of photos of the nearby attractions that were a short walk away. I only had two very minor complaints: 1: The bath towels are small (but there’s lots of them). 2: It would have been nice to have a couple of desk or standing fans as it got a little warm at night (nothing compared to the heat we get back home in Australia though). I imagine for the overwhelming majority of the year they wouldn’t be needed though.

• Nur Syarafina (8/5): The house is clean, near to the bus stop, peaceful environment and very near to the car rental if you want to rent one - It is a cozy and homie airbnb and as for muslims there’s a convenient store nearby the house if you want to get halal meat. The host is also easy to reach and very helpful The wall is not sound proofing that you can hear everyone talk outside
• Ali (10/5): Strongly recommend this place for family holiday in london - -The host was available all the time ( i didn't need him ) responding promptly by phone . -The flat was very clean and fully equipped . Everything we wanted was there . -Very fully equipped kitchen. -There is plenty of space for family - i liked the little cozy garden, BBQ facility - Battersea park is close by ,very nice park with a lot of activities to enjoy. -Latechmere play area for children is just 2 minutes walk. - i liked the Halal shops around (Ma jorelle shope ,Al madina ) and other few others . - definitely i will come back and book more days -nothing to report

• James (3/5): Good location Dirty apartment - Decent location. Enough rooms Was not clean at all. Dirty kitchen sink. Dirty sponges. Dirty bathrooms. Hair all over the worktop. Old food in cupboards and fridge. Black mould in both bathrooms. Toilet filthy. The whole place needs a good scrub and a few bottles of bleach. Felt as though someone had moved out half an hour before we got there and you were living with their stuff Used toiletries under the kitchen sink No hot water for two mornings so had to have cold showers or do without.

• Nazlı (2/5): This was the worst experience we had with booking.com. - The commute to the city centre was easy with bus. Check-in experience was good, we were able to leave our luggages a few hours before check-in. - There was only one toilet in the place. In the description it says 2 bathrooms however this is misleading since it was not clear that there is only one toilet. For a place with 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet is not acceptable. - The door of the bathroom with toilet was not properly closed. One of us stayed locked inside the toilet for a while and we could not open the door. We needed to try with some screwdriver to be able to open the door. After then we did not fully close the door and put a chair at the door to avoid someone to enter the toilet when it is in use. - One of the beds was broken such as you can feel the springs of the bed when you lay down. It was not possible to sleep on that bed. - The establishment was not well-maintained, as there was a noticeable amount of dust under the beds and in the bathrooms. - The lock of the main entrance was very difficult to open with the key. We needed to try it several times every time we open the door. - When we shared these complaints with the landlord, he did not accept. And even though we invited him to the place several times to show our complaints, he said he would send a staff to the place however no one came. When I called him, he did not answer the phone. - We were planning to stay as 2 families in the place. However since the toilet door is not closed and one of the beds can't be used, one family needed to make another booking. -This was the worst experience we had with booking.com till today.

• Shukfonglisa (9/5): Superb - The staff is very helpful and their response is very quickly. They let me to drop off our luggage before the check-in time. The house is very clean and comfortable. The location is a little bit far from the central city. However, there is only take 5 minutes walk to the bus stop.
• Mindaugas (4/5): Disappointing - The owner of the property keep coming to the house at 11pm at night to collect his post and ringing us that time at night. Then he would sit around in a living room for 30min like it is normal knowing we have booking this property for time being and need some privacy after long day of work. This is not acceptable
