• cristina (7/5): Hotel bonito,pero.... - Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, muy amables todos y atentos a complacer al huesped.Las habitaciones muy lindas a la vista y buenos colchones. Una pena la falta de mantenimiento, deberían cambiar los monocomandos de los lavatorios,y solucionar pérdidas de agua en las duchas...Se nos apago el aire y la caja fuerte no funcionaba,pero las chicas amablemente nos cambiaron a otra habitación . Otro detalle a tener en cuenta, el ruido de la calle! Hasta las 12 de la noche podes bailar dentro de la habitación con la música de los vecinos😆

• Denissa (7/5): Hotel básico ofrecido como lujoso. - El hotel es sencillo, ubicado frente a restaurantes y la salida de las embarcaciones. La atención de sus colaboradores es muy amable. Se ofrece como un hotel que ofrece lujo y no es así, es bastante básico. La puerta de nuestro baño no cerraba y nos cambiaron a otra habitación donde la puerta se atoraba y al encender el aire acondicionado desprendía mal olor. El hotel está lleno de fotografías del dueño y su familia, lo cual es un poco perturbador. El precio es elevado para lo que ofrece y es una zona muy ruidosa.

En el momento q estuve había una excursión y se escuchaba demasiado ruido en los pasillos. Pero es entendible es algo que se les sale de las manos a los de administración. La habitación no contaba con ventana y se sentía muy encerrada la habitación. La única ventana que había era una que estaba en el baño.
• Pantera Cabrera (3/5): Sadly Disappointed - Location, near the beach I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at thi property. The condition of the room and the level of service did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Upon arrival, the bathroom was unclean. The towels were dirty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. When using the shower, water leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. The sink was broken, and the faucet was rusty and visibly dirty. The air-conditioning unit was not functioning. Additionally, the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper provided was of very poor quality. Furthermore, at approximately 3:00 AM we were unexpectedly required to relocate to a different room. Given that we had arrived late at night following a long flight, this was particularly disruptive. No staff members offered assistance with moving our luggage, which contributed to an already exhausting experience. The breakfast service area was also in poor condition. The floor was wet, there was visible mold on the ceiling, and the tables and placemats were dirty. No staff members were present to assist guests or oversee the area. Guests were left to serve themselves utensils, cups, and napkins. Front desk staff were rarely available. On the occasions when they were present, they were not friendly or helpful. When a member of my family raised concerns about the conditions we experienced, we were told that we should not do reservations through Booking.com in the future. This response was unprofessional and gave the impression that guests who book through third-party platforms are not entitled to the same standard of service or respect. In any case needed, I have recorded videos of everything I have mentioned. I have been a returning guest at this property for years when it operated as Bayahibe Hotel, prior to the change in ownership to Soficu. My previous experiences were positive, which makes this recent stay especially disappointing.

The house keeping was great! Great pool area we also loved the rooftop restaurant and all the discounts at soficu restaurant chains in the area included with our stay! Loved my experience! We will be back! ❤️

• Solange (3/5): - We had a bad experience at this hotel and I would not recommend it. When we first arrived, the room they gave us had a bathroom door that would not close. We reported it and they sent someone to fix it, but the problem was never actually fixed. On top of that, there was a leak coming from the ceiling from the room above. We had to complain again because the situation was very uncomfortable. Eventually they changed our room, but the whole experience was stressful and disappointing. This is not something guests should have to deal with during their stay. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Avoid it if you want a peaceful stay.

• MartiCom (1/5): Da evitare, inaffidabili - Stanze pulite Siamo arrivati e l''hotel era in overbooking. Non ci hanno avvisati prima del disservizio, non ci hanno detto la motivazione e ci hanno spostato alle 22:30 in un altro loro hotel fuori dal paese, dichiarando invece che era molto vicino, motivo per cui avevamo accettato. Ci hanno dato più camere di quelle prenotate, è vero, ma mancavano sia le chiavi che l'acqua calda. Il proprietario/gestore il giorno dopo è stato molto maleducato, non si è mai scusato e, anzi, ha dichiarato che aveva lui speso molto di più per spostarci (nell'altro posto c'eravamo solo noi e altre persone nella stessa situazione perché, a vedersi, doveva essere chiuso). Ha aggiunto che dovevamo chiedere come fare per l'acqua calda (qualcuno ci ha provato ma non ha trovato reception), che non si aspettavano che volessimo uscire e che quindi le chiavi non ci sarebbero servite e che se volevamo andare in paese dovevamo chiedere e ci avrebbero trovato una navetta gratuita (questo detto la mattina dopo, la sera stessa si sono ben guardati dall'avvisarci di questa possibilità). La colazione abbiamo dovuto farla nell'hotel effettivamente prenotato perché nell'altro non c'era niente. Situazione inqualificabile e vergognosa con 13 persone che avevano pagato anticipatamente il 50% della prenotazione e che alle 23 di sera in alta stagione non avrebbero trovato altra soluzione.

Al igual el parqueo muy pequeño y lo llamaban a uno en la habitación para correr el vehiculo, parqueo para solo aproximadamente 5 autos y muy pequeño e incomodo

Ale když má být snídaně od 8.00 a ještě před 9.00 není připraveno vůbec nic, dvanáct lidí čeká alespoň na kávu a když jí dostane tak si nemá na co sednout protože jsou k dispozici čtyři židle tak to mi přišlo už moc přes čáru. První den nám to přišlo úsměvné, ale později už natolik otravné že jsme raději snídani vynechávali. Personál je sice milý, ale absolutně bez jakéhokoliv smyslu pro pracovní morálku, pořádek a dochvilnost.

• David (6/5): It was satisfactory for a one night stay before departing on a cruise from La Romania the next day. - Fantastic location, nice pool, better finishes, breakfast included No clean towels upon check in, had to wait until 6pm for clean towels, water pressure was low or zero for most of the afternoon and early evening. Location is close to beach but prone to loud street music well into the night.

Breakfast- not enough food prepared and had to wait, had to ask for coffee to be made, juice to be brought, no drinking water. • Morantes (1/5): Malo- Pésimo - Nada Ese hotel todo mal, no lo recomiendo la habitacion sucia, el baño muy antiguos y en mal estado, poco iluminación, nunca tuvimos agua caliente y colocamos los reclamos y nunca lo solucionaron, no había edredon. Nos toca la primera habitación y nunca pudimos descansar siempre había gente en la recepción quejándose del mal servicio la primera noche no había ni recepcionista solo un vigilante y para completar el mal servicio no te garantiza estacionamiento, el espacio que tenia según como estacionamiento estaba lleno de escombros un día salimos en el auto a cenar y cuando regresamos no teníamos estacionamiento y nos dijeron que estacionarios en la calle porque no había estacionamiento. Así que les recomiendo ni se les ocurra reservar en ese hotel para nosotros fue muy decepcionante

• Susumu (10/5): No.1 hotel in Bayahibe! - Rich breakfast, clean room, kind receptionist and security staff, and nice location. They served hot water during only evening and night. The layout of the bathroom is not effective.
• Andrea Lain (7/5): - La struttura ha una buona posizione e anche qualche posto auto. All'arrivo ci ha sorpreso positivamente perché sembrava pure meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo realmente. Camere grandi con terrazze generose. Buona la colazione mangiata, non saprei dire il caffè...mai visto nel disagio del personale che non sapeva preparare nuovo caffè e...anche avere dell'acqua non è stato semplice. Il personale impreparato e non disponibile, se non sai sorridere alla reception, almeno quando ti chiedo del caffè a colazione...ma va bene come appoggio per una notte. Warning: non c'è ascensore e abbiamo saputo che le camere al piano 1 non hanno acqua calda.
• eva (4/5): - The location is really good in relation to the beach and the town center. The staff were truly unprofessional and unwelcoming. Whenever we asked a question, we felt like we were bothering them. The cleaning was very poorly done; despite numerous requests, we never received clean towels. One evening, the shower and tap had no water. One morning, breakfast arrived 30 minutes late because they had forgotten to prepare it. My father tried to hang his clothes on the drying rack, but it was covered in dust because it was so dirty.
• BORIS (10/5): Estancia en Soficu Hotel - Cercanía a la playa y atención del personal Que pague un transporte privado para que me llevaran al terminal de cruceros y me montaron en un bus con 10 personas más así que les recomiendo solicitar transporte en los alrededores que es más barato y sabes en qué auto te van a transportar

• Ziqi (6/5): it was ok - The staffs are nice but rarely speak English. It’s close to the port and the room is clean. it’s not sound proof, so you can hear everything.

• Mónica (10/5): - El staff, son súper atentos y amables, te resuelven cualquier cosa al instantes y con una sonrisa. Muchas gracias Ámbar y Yonnelis. Es un hotel familiar y se nota ese afecto.
• Mariza Brito (10/5): Volvería a hospedarme - La verdad que es un buen hotel, en realidad supero las expectativas. Lamento no haberme quedado más tiempo. Si realizas el tour de las islas.. es la mejor opción. Nada que comentar
