Et surtout Abdullah qui était très l’écoute et nous a aidés à chaque fois que nous l’avons sollicité. Un service comme celui-là, on ne le trouve pas souvent ! Merci encore! • Cromarty (9/5): Great place for long or short term stay. - This apartment was very roomy, comfortable, well presented and clean. It was great having a pool (and gym). It was directly across the road from a large shopping mall which included a great selection of dining options and a place to buy food if you want to cook your own. It had everything a traveler might need including a full sized fridge, kitchen and laundry facilities.

I'm pleased with our short stay in Kuala Lumpur, and we are so glad we booked Quill Residence twin towers by SPG. It's a great place to stay. It's linked to the massive shopping mall, which is equipped with everything we need, including cafes and a supermarket, which is very convenient. Also, its back entrance is just in front of the modern Tuanku Monorail Station, which is a big plus for going where we need to go without booking any taxis. We especially want to thank the host for his exceptional support during our check-in and check-out time, which was in the early morning at 4:30 a.m., outside their standard check-in and check-out times. Also, his very efficient responsiveness during our stay is much appreciated. So again, we need to thank Quill Residence by SPG for giving us a great stay in Kuala Lumpur during our visit to Malaysia. Thank you, Quill Residence. We will definitely book you again for our next tour of Malaysia. Need to improve the Second bathroom hot water System.

A laggy digital lock can really slow things down, especially when you're trying to access your room quickly. If the condition of the lock isn’t great, it might need some maintenance You need a pet control (Low Risk)

We were only given one key, even though we were very firm requesting two. This is a very important point because you can only only get to the room using the keg through security doors and the lift.

• Abul (10/5): Better then everything. - Simply one of the best and nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! Every member of staff Managers, bar staff front desk, room cleaners, restaurant were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazingly , location was stunningly beautiful. If you are thinking about or have an opportunity to stay at this hotel. If you are visiting with family, there is no better place to stay. Everything is brand new and perfect. The biggest advantage is that I save a lot on car parking and room apartment such a huge space inside. I would strongly recommend to stay this place.
