• Kerstin (8/5): Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. - Sehr gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Check in um 16.00 Uhr zu spät. Log in nur über Nachricht / Key und Daten möglich. Ständige Kontrolle über Handy.

• Anna (9/5): Empfehlenswert: kleines, klimatisiertes Apartment für 2-3 Nächte ohne Frühstück. - Lage, Ausstattung (Klima, TV, Bad) und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Gastgeberin hat auch Zusatzwünsche erfüllt indem sie netterweise Teller, Besteck und Spülmittel bereitgestellt hat. Es gab einen zugeordneten Parkplatz für das Apartment. Sehr angenehm. Leider hat die Gastgeberin die Frage nach Ausstattung bezüglich z.B. Spülmittel nicht beantwortet und auf "Beschreibung" verwiesen, in der keine Infos dazu zu finden waren. Da wir nicht wussten, was wir erwarten können, aben wir umgeplant und letztendlich auch nichts davon genutzt, was (extra für uns?!) bereitgestellt wurde. Bessere Beschreibung/Kommunikation für die Planung wäre gut. Auf den Fotos wird ein anderer Parkplatz angezeigt, als wir vor Ort (durch Zufall) gefunden haben. Verwirrend.
• Gerd (9/5): Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Super Lage quasi direkt am Bahnhof. Schönes kleines, pikobello sauberes Appartement mit sehr bequemem Bett und guter Ausstattung. Gibt nix zu mäkeln.

• Alexander (9/5): Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen - Wir haben bei der Ankunft das Eigner Ehepaar getroffen, das uns sehr freundlich behilflich bei der Anmeldung und Schlüsselübergabe war. Mit dem Türcode und Schlüssel für's Appt. hat alles problemlos geklappt. Das Appartment hat einen sehr hohen Ausbaustandard und ist recht gross und hübsch eingerichtet. Genau wie auf den Photos, nur noch schöner. Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine, Teekocher und grosser Kühlschrank reichen prima fürs Frühstück und ev. eine kleine Zwischenverpflegung. Das Bett war gross und sehr bequem und wir fanden die Bettwäsche wirklich sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist perfekt, 6-8 min zu Fuss zum Zentrum, direkt neben dem Bahnhof aber keine Sorge, wir haben im Zimmer weder die Züge noch Ansagen gehört. Sehr ruhige Lage aber zentral. Das Appt. 8 mit Balkon ist im 3. Stock und es gibt keinen Lift. Aber die Dame des Hauses hat uns sogar angeboten, beim Auszug mitzuhelfen, unsere Sachen runterzutragen. Wirklich sehr sehr nett!

• Stefanie (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr gross, also fast eine Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Fahrräder konnten wir in den Hausflur stellen. Alles ist vorhanden, Fön, Glätteisen, Kaffeemaschine.

Und die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon ist Gastfreundlich! Check in und Check out Zeiten Gastfreundlich!!Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin die nicht besonders zuvorkommend war.
• Vincent (9/5): A great place to stay In Friedrichshaven. - The little balcony was sweet. We liked the tea and coffee facilities and the fridge was very welcome. Super-clean, large, and with a comfortable bed. Very close to the lake and restaurants - felt newly renovated. It was on the 3rd floor, and no lift, so not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.
• Jasmina (9/5): - Smeštaj je na par minuta od železničke i autobuske stanice. Čist, lepo uređen. Menjani su nam peškiri, odnošeno đubre, iako smo bili u apartmanu. Proveravano je da li imamo dovoljno kafe i čaja. 🙂 Pri odjavljivanju, prtljag smo mogli da ostavimo u prizemlju zgrade. Šteta što u predsoblju gde se nalazi frižider, aparat za kafu, ketler za vodu i mikrotalasna, ne postoji - sudopera i jedna ringla, Iako se vlasnik potrudio da ima i par tanjira, pribor za jelo, ubrusi, krpa za sudove...

• Melissa (9/5): Ich komme wieder👍 - Super Lage! Sehr sauber! Ich komme definitiv wieder. Ich war schon 3Mal in Friedrichshafen, es ist einfach schön. Dieses Appartement ist ideal für ein gemütliches Wochenende. Alles in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen : Rewe, Bäcker, Ufer Promenade und die Fußgängerzone 😀 Perfekt! Die Treppenstufen, 3.Stock! Echt heftig😅 jedoch gut für die Fitness. Kein Aufzug, nichts für ältere oder körperlich eingeschränkte Personen.

Even if is near the train station , we didn’t heard anything. We had coffee machine, hair drier , a really good bed and all the man need for a pleasant stay. 10 stars I would rate the location! 🤩 We loved everything!
• Christine (9/5): This was a nice apartment but not the most accessible. - It was large and in an easy to find location with a supermarket and the station close by. It had a lovely balcony, kettle and fridge. We were sent the wrong access code, it took a while to find someone with the right code, we had to bring our bikes inside and leave them downstairs. Our room was up a lot of stairs. The air conditioning was too noisy to leave on at night.

• Maksym (10/5): Overall, I am very satisfied, as I was able to rest and sleep after the train and move on. - I liked that it was very quiet, despite the construction nearby and the railroad. Apparently a very good double-glazed window. I liked that there was a german Bible in the room, although I could not read it. My feet were freezing because I didn't think to bring slippers. I might suggest adding this recommendation to the room description. Also I missed the microwave to heat up my sandwiches.
• Velgys (10/5): This is a super apartment. - Very clean, 3 minutes walk from the train station. Everything is nearby, supermarkets and cafes. The promenade is across the street. Very cozy balcony. Good air conditioning. Cozy bathroom with shower. And a very very soft big bed. Can't think of a better place. There is no microwave, but not everyone needs one. This is more of a wish than a remark.
