• Linda (9/5): Brilliant location in a great city - Brilliant location for the centre, the marina and a short walk to the castle and beach. Lovely cafe directly below the apartment where we went for breakfast each day. An extractor fan in the bathrooms would be good as they smelled a little damp after 4 days. We also found that if we turned the air con on, the apartment smelled really bad, so we turned it off.

La decoración es tal cual aparece en las fotos, fue como estar en nuestra propia casa, además está cerca del puerto deportivo y de la playa de Postiguet, ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad de Alicante. Por decir algo, las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas.

• Wilma (9/5): Heerlijk ruim appartement in gave buurt - Prachtig ruim appartement in leuke buurt. Niets ontbrak om heerlijke feestdagen als familie te vieren. Met krappe parkeerplek onder het appartement. We hebben genoten! Alles prima voor elkaar!
• Metzger (9/5): - Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Tolle ruhige Gegend. Super zentral. Gegenüber ein nettes Café im Park. Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Kontakt zur betreuenden Gesellschaft war angenehm und es wurde unverzüglich reagiert und Fragen beantwortet. Gerne wieder. Es war alles gut.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Eliminerei gli oggetti decorativi che trattengono polvere come cuscini, tappeti a pelo lungo.

• Christopher (9/5): A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. - This was an excellent apartment with great facilities. It was also very clean and spacious for our group. The power tripped off when too many appliances were being used at the same time, but it was an easy fix.
• Yulia (10/5): Perfect find! - Perfect apartment, we were absolutely lucky to find this gem. There were six of us staying and everyone was impressed by it. There was a great support from the host, we received all the instructions for the check-in and check-out and we were supported any time we had questions. The host was also cooperative when we asked for an earlier check-in. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, with all necessary kitchenware, well located: with a supermarket and a cafe just next door. City center as well as the beach are within 15 min walk. Do not hesitate, if you see this option available! We enjoyed our stay! A minor thing to consider- if all six take a shower in a row, the last one might be taking a refreshing one :) But it did not bother us much and happened only once in three days.
• Kirsten (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic apartment, really felt like a home away from home. Comfy beds, super spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked to cook. Highly recommend, the included parking was very useful too. No problems. Parking is a small and tricky spot to get into, so something to be mindful of if you have a larger vehicle. Lighting at the front door was out, so it was a bit hard to unlock the door at night.

Located in the centre of Alicante within walking distance of all attractions. Beautiful interior, overlooking a sociable square. The tasteful interior is beautiful. • Simona (10/5): Comfortable, spacious, will-equipped and good located flat for big family or goup. - Nice, clean and spacious flat almost in the heart of Alicante. Everything can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Station is near, cafes, shops right beside the corner. Flat is well equipped, there is much more than you"ll use. Bedrooms comfortable, quite as windows are in the inner side of the building. Staff answering quickly. Recommend to choose! P.S. we missed info about the 300€ deposit so at first it was a little shock but don't be scared. Everything is legal :) I we for it back. There were a few things we didn't like but that didn't change the opinion that it's a great flat for vacation. Firstly, electricity swings. But after the staff explained how to fix it by ourselves later on all was good. My advice - if you"ll be cooking or using more devices at a time just switch off the air conditioning. Second thing and maybe advice to the staff. There are rules that you have to leave flat without having any unwashed dishes and etc. as our flight was early in the morning it was really not comfortable for us after the breakfast to waste our time on cleaning everything. But rules are rules and we wanted our deposit back so we did it :)

Quiet building with a park in front of apartment. 12 minute walking distance to train station. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Wish balcony could have been larger and neighbours did not smoke on their balconies, however, neither issue would stop us from booking again.

• Guadagnuolo (9/5): Beautiful days in Alicante! - The apartment is beautiful and very large and is complete with all appliances. it is located a few meters from the Explanada and about 900 meters from Postiguet beach. Fantastic! The electrical system needs to be improved, it is probably calibrated for medium-low consumption.
• Dejan (9/5): Superb - We liked everything, except the electricity instability. Location, equipment and the place were amazing. Apartment is situated at walking distance to all important things in Alicante ( old town, Santa Barbara and Playa la Postiguet). We would certainly reccomend this place to every family ( 3 bedrooms). Kitchen is equiped with everything you need ( even more). From our point of view definitely the place to visit again. The only thing we did not like is stability of electric power within apartment. Despite our host said that this was happening for the first time, we would like to point out that electric power could not hold more than two appliances at the same time. When Air conditioning and dishwasher on, electricity went out and you should put It on manually at fuse box...I hope host will take care of that and make facility perfect for all future guests. Otherwise than that everything is GREAT AND WOULD RECCOMEND IT TO EVERYBODY.
