The kitchen was well quipped and had everything we needed. It felt cosy and the location close to the city center made it easy to discover Nassau. We had a wonderful time :)

Sitting on the balcony having morning coffee and afternoon wine was so relaxing. The neighborhood is very pretty, safe and convenient. Everything about the apartment was perfect - the size, the amenities, the comfort, the location, the property manager, etc. We definitely plan to return!

The apartment was clean and functional, and we slept well in the comfortable beds. The free wifi in the apartment was appreciated and very good. There was a constant supply of hot water. The host was excellent - really friendly, helpful and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again.

The area was very noisy with loud Indian music until 11pm. The photos uploaded were taken after the cleaner left.
- Amber (8/5): Very good - Location to Junkanoo Beach was great. Literally a 2 minute walk. We had a bad experience with our Airbnb & needed somewhere to stay on our Thanksgiving trip. The host was very communicative, helpful & understanding. She gave us many recommendations for restaurants, excursions, the local stores & grocery stores. It was a definite relief after speaking with her & getting settled into the apartment. We had a 5 day stay with 4 people. The elevators didn’t work, it would have been nice to know we were on the 3rd floor before booking. A few bottles of water would have been nice to get us started upon arrival. There weren’t enough towels & wash cloths for 4 people. We kindly asked for more & the host had more delivered. The pull out couch is more of a futon couch, so it’s very small. We had 2 teenagers sleep on it & they were very cramped & uncomfortable but we made it work!

- Paola (9/5): CLEAN SAFE DELICIOUS APT IN BAY STREET NASSAU... - I was looking for a location on Bay Street for a last minute travel in Nassau and I found this delicious spot that fit all my expectations! Easy to access, with a private parking spot, security control the area, walking distance from everything you need in Bay street! The Apt is simple but clean and with all the amenities you need! mostly sad that I will be not able to rent it again while travelling with my service dog , because they do not accept neither service dog in the building :( this is the only negative details for me

The apartment was super clean, well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. The apartment is in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and public transportation. It made exploring the city so convenient. I’ll definitely be back.

It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. Restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket and sightseeing spots are all within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very clean and well stocked. We loved our stay here and would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring the Bahamas.

The apartment is in the heart of downtown, close to all the major attractions and public transportation. It made exploring the city so convenient for us. - Kemba (3/5): HORROR IN DOWNTOWN - The location was good Upon arrival the pool was dirty and had dilapidated chairs around it. The host lied about the apartment being on the second floor. I asked about the steps as I had aged persons with me. It was on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs. The stairs had roaches, was poorly lit, smelt musky and there was rat poison in every corner. There was debris and garbage in several corners. When we arrived outside our apartment, there was a plant pot with garbage in it (refer to pictures) All mirrors and glass doors seemed to be wiped with a dirty cloth. The kitchen faucet was shaking so badly we thought it would have fallen out. (Host sent someone to fix it) Entering the bathroom, someone left their underwear and t-shirt. The host said her cleaning lady did not see that. She said sorry and told me to throw it away. She later sent someone to pick it up and to pick up the garbage in the plant pot. Inside the drawer next to one of the beds had remains of something. The a/c unit was dirty. The bathroom tiles looks dirty but it was stained. The bathroom drain was clogged with hair and dirt. Had to clean it ourselves so the water would not fill up while bathing. The toilet backed up and overflowed!! The host said sorry it can happen to anyone. It was 9:17pm, she said it was too late for anyone to fix it so we would have to wait until tomorrow. She said we can use the public toilet in another building. RIDICULOUS!!!! I told the host, Diana, that she should refund us at this point. She offered us a 1 bedroom the next day which I told her would not work for us (we rented a two bedroom). She then messaged to remind me of the check out time at 10am. Before booking she told me we can check out at 12. I had to send her a screenshot of that. I asked about being refunded again. She offered me an extra hour to check out and told me she usually charges $150. I did not want or need an extra 1 hour. No compensation or rebate for this horrible experience!!

- David (10/5): Cute place! - The proximity to the ocean, downtown, and all major tourist attractions was wonderful. There are lots or terrific places to eat nearby. Our hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful with information on where to go and how to get there.
