• Giulia (10/5): Ottima soluzione: centrale, pulita e accogliente - La gentilezza e la velocità di risposta della proprietaria, con cui siamo state in contatto sia prima che durante il soggiorno, dandoci informazioni e consigli; La pulizia dell'appartamento, notevole; la grandezza dell'appartamento, molto accogliente; la posizione, molto comoda per noi perché vicina al luogo del congresso e vicina al centro; la comodità del self check in, seppur credo si perda un po il lato umano è comunque molto comodo; la presenza di due bagni; la colazione e il cioccolatino di benvenuto :) Piccole cose da poter migliorare, volendo, sono: il fatto che la mattina dopo un certo orario (non prestissimo) il traffico delle auto un po' si sente dalle finestre delle camere; la presenza di una porta con scritto "privato" all'interno della casa, probabilmente usata come deposito. Ripeto sono solo piccole cose rispetto a tutto il resto che per noi è stato molto positivo!
• Héctor (9/5): Excelente - Con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Parking de pago cerca fuera de la zona Ztl y diferentes trattorias para comer. 20 minutos andando al Duomo o parada de bus C2 a 5 minutos.

• Suzanne (10/5): Amazing and will definitely recommend to friends and family. - Location was superb. Apartment fully equipped with extra little touches. Wished we were staying longer! No air conditioning in the lounge area. A fan was provided but was ineffective. However air conditioning was provided in the bedrooms which was very welcomed.

• Manuela (10/5): Exceptional - Barbara is an amazing host. The apartment has everything you need, she pays a lot of attention to the details. The apartment is really confortable. It has some stairs to get to the apartment, but if you don’t have problems climbing them, you will be fine.

• Anik (9/5): Great stay - Spacious. 3 big bedrooms. Auto entry/exit feature. Sitting area. Kitchen is separate. 2 washrooms. 1 bathroom was smaller than expected but not a deal breaker. Can hear outside street maintenance work during the weekdays. No drying machine.

The apartment was very clean and host prepare a wide spread of snacks and breakfast (with coffee and milk). Only 1 night stay. Should have stayed longer with such a nice apartment.
