Guest Reviews
- George (1/5): - Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The host only replied to messages when it had to do with payments, showing no real interest in our stay. The room looked cheaply and poorly maintained — the taps were supported with paper, the nightstands were about to fall apart, and the wardrobe was locked. There was also a closed door inside the room, and behind it there seemed to be some kind of machine constantly making noise.
The room was very damp, had almost no natural light (only a small window in the bathroom), and the air conditioner didn’t work — it only made a very loud noise that made it impossible to sleep.
It may look nice and charming in the photos, but in reality it’s not worth it — staying here was pure discomfort and a total disappointment.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, even though the price was low — the quality of the stay was really poor.

- Brian (8/5): Great location. - Location on a quiet street close to the Vatican but it's in a hilly area.
Clean, good bathroom and comfortable bed.
Good aircon. Nowhere to hang clothes.
Rail in bathroom too high to dry towels on.
Taps for sinks not secured.
- Henceforth (5/5): Passable - Location was great. A few minutes to San Pietro station and close to the Vatican. Area felt safe to walk around in even late at night. Bed was comfy. Complimentary coffee for morning espresso was a nice touch. I arrived at the hotel and was surprised to see that it had not been cleaned since the last guests left. I thought confirming with them several times my time of arrival would ensure that it was cleaned before my check in. After sending pictures, hotel management sent someone to clean up the place, which meant i had to leave first. The place also always smelled damp because of a lack of proper ventilation. Couldn't open door for fresh air to circulate as it leads right away to the sidewalk and the street.
- Argyro (9/5): A lovely stay in Rome - - The fast check in/out process.
- The aesthetic of the studio was great (matching the pictures).
- The location was very calm and felt very safe and beautiful.
- The easy access to transportation towards the center and the airport Fiumicino. - The closet that was in the studio was locked, I assume it is used to stock beddings and other necessary things for housekeeping, but it would have been nice to be able to use it.
- The mini fridge available was left a little dirty that I had to clean before using (it wasn't something crazy but still not a nice view).
- There is one window in the bathroom that is not covered with blinds or shading and you get the feeling that someone could be watching from across the building (perhaps it is already double checked that outside the apartment it's not possible for someone to see you, but when you can see across, you get a certain feeling of discomfort).
- Renata (6/5): Not great not terrible - The location is great, just a 10 minute walk from the Vatican and less than 1 hour to all major sites. Bed and pillows were really comfy. Everything was clean and the host was helpful. The apartment is damp and smells of mold. There are no windows so it's difficult to air it out - hence the smell. The wardrobe was locked so we had to live out of our suitcases for a week.
- Blokhina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bernardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gaulica (8/5): Very good - Pillows Floor of the shower looked moldy.
No handsoap.
No carpet
- Letizia (9/5): Superb -
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Anaida (10/5): Amazing place, with everything you want in one apartment, close to all the big monuments - Amazing place! Everything was better than I imagined. The atmosphere in the room was very intimate and the bed very comfortable. The small kitchen offers everything you want and the bathroom is huge! The place is located 15 mins away by foot from the Basilica San Pietro of Vatican and less than 10 minutes away from any transportation mean, like the train, or bus. I will definitely return here
- Otilia (8/5): A good place for single or couple that do not like tourist noise - The house was very clean and located in a very quiet residential area. The train station in the proximity was very convenient to move to my meeting place, and also to reach the airport. The kitchen had all the basic things, including tea and coffee. The studio is on the ground floor, without real windows. The entrance door iron protection is a bit difficult to open/close.
- Amelie (9/5): Lovely place close to the Vatican - Place is really charming - very close to the Vatican. Check out could be later around 11 am instead of 10 am which is a little early . Felt a little in rush
- Charles (10/5): Had an amazing comfortable time. - We were able to conveniently check in and out. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is nice as well. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a bit while you're there, the room had the biggest TV we've seen in Italy. It is a very easy walk to Roma S. Pietro train station, and is well situated by a eurospin for groceries. Perfect base to explore rome. To get back from eurospin you need to go up a lot of stairs, not the properties fault but fair warning.
- Tarık (10/5): Exceptional - In one word ‘perfect’
- Jian (9/5): Very nice and clean studio close to the Vatican City - The studio is very spacious and artistic. Bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. Tea kettle and the coffee machines were a plus. There is a bar close by serving good food and drinks. Bus 34 stop is right around the corner, and bus 34 runs every 30 minutes from 7am to 9pm. I could see Vatican City from the street, and it was a beautiful view. The entire studio is on the ground floor and close to the street. It might be tricky to use the AC. I failed to turn it on. But the owner turned on the heater, so I slept good and sound.
