- ZEF (4/5): Way overpriced for what we got, do not recommend. - Location Apart from the bedsheets and towels being clean, everything else was extremely dirty, to the point of being unhygienic. The floors were so filthy that we had to wear our shoes in the house otherwise we ended up with black feet. Kitchen and bathrooms were from the 1970’s, possibly older. But they did have wifi.
- Harangue (7/5): It's not Hilton, but well worth the asking price - Location is amazing. Located on a quiet street, and only a couple of minutes walk to the main street and beach. Heating was very good, made it very comfortable on a cold night. The place could've been cleaner, especially showers. The whole place is very dated. But I don't think this warrants the 1 star reviews that some people left.

- Brett (2/5): Beds ok but really disappointed overall for the price we paid - The place wasn’t clean . It was 38 degrees and no fans no air con. The tv was stuck on some stupid thing and couldn’t change it . No clothes line. The stove in the kitchen was disgustingly dirty

- Aman (10/5): Good for family holiday. - Location was great close to beach, shops and restaurants. We only stayed for 1 night on the way to port fairy. We were allowed to check in early so made most of our day in Apollo bay.
- Keith (3/5): Don't stay - The bed was comfortable and the location was good. We don't normally give such negative reports but did find this property very disappointing. The overall impression when entering the property is it is old and tatty. Whilst there has been some redecoration and new flooring installed in some rooms overall the flooring was old and very dirty, generally it was not clean and some mould in the bathrooms and aroundthe windows. The cooker was very old and the ovens flithy. The crockery and cutlery all needed washing before being used. Overall it was not as advertised. We would not recommend any one staying.
