• Florentina-Adriana (10/5): - Locația, spațiu, aproape de metrou, supermarket vis a vis de apartament si faptul ca proprietarul ne-a oferit ocazia sa facem check inul mai devreme. Ar fi fost necesar in baie un suport pentru prosoape si haine si poate niste papuci de casa. Puțin zgomot noaptea de la vecini, dar asta nu e vina proprietarului. Acestea au fost niste minusuri, dar asta nu a afectat foarte mult sejurul.

• Fortuna - Brand (10/5): Nápolyi vakáció - A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, a metrótól kb. két perc távolságra. Az utca túloldalán bevásárlási lehetőség. A metróvonal érinti a főbb látványosságokat, minden gyorsan elérhető. A lakás tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, ide bármikor szívesen visszajövünk.🙂

• András (10/5): - Tökéletes elhelyezkedés. Nápoly nyugisabb részén van, így az egész napos őrület után felüdülés “hazatérni”. A ház aljában rögtön bolt, trafik, minden, ami kell. A metró 2 perc sétán belül, amivel bármelyik fontosabb városrészre eljutni.

• Valeria (4/5): Soggiorno difficile - Ottima posizione tra Vomero e centro storico, con metro vicina. Host disponibile. Garage a pagamento sotto casa, molto comodo, con garagista gentilissimo. Assenza di un vero riscaldamento: solo uno split in cucina, molto rumoroso e pieno di polvere, che non riscalda camera e bagno. Nei giorni freddi il disagio è stato notevole. Nessuna coperta aggiuntiva: solo una trapuntina a una piazza; la trapunta matrimoniale era rovinata, usurata e con buchi da bruciatura. La casa presentava molta polvere diffusa (impianti e superfici); essendo asmatica e allergica, questo mi ha causato malessere. Mancavano tazze grandi per la colazione e una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. Finestre con spifferi, in particolare quella della cucina, rotta e bloccata. Due abat-jour e una lampada senza lampadine o con lampadine non funzionanti. Pareti sporche, biancheria di colore scuro. Materasso senza coprimaterasso: il lenzuolo si spostava facilmente durante la notte.

Отличный район , метро в д - Тихий , спокойный район , близко к метро и супермаркету Пожелание - добавить на кухню соль, перец и средство для мытья посуды. при проживании более 3 дней это было бы очень удобно , так как в супермаркете найти специи в маленьких упаковках очень сложно

В близост до апартамента има малък супермаркет Апартаментът е добър, но има нужда от някои допълнения, които биха направили престоя по-хубав. В кухнята няма нож, веро и гъба за миене на чиниите. Всички закачалки за кърпи в банята бяха счупени. В едната от спалните подът миришеше на мръсни обувки. Понеже момчето, което почиства, беше все още в апартамента в деня на настаняване, не видяхме да има моп за миене на подовете. На прозореца в кухнята беше оставена чаша пълна с фасове от предишни наематели. Изключително неприятно за непушачи.

• Breno (9/5): Great place in Naples. - The place is complete refurbished and pretty much the same of pictures. Fabio, the host, is always available to mitigate any doubt or concerns. I'd like to highlight the larga bath and it shower, a great duche for this warm italian summer. Besides, I've parked my car right on Parking at the bottom of the building and the owner, Mr. Gennaro is really helpful and organized. The apartment is close to metro station (Linea 1), just few steps away. Only the four floors to get the apartment. Perhaps, can be tough for seniors visitors. And the building has no elevator.

• Manjunandan Sushant (8/5): Overall the stay was good but would have been better if the listed facilities were there and better. - I liked the location as there was a parking lot and a small supermarket down the road which was quite useful.It was comfortable and cosy. The parking lot owner and property owner Genarro and Fabio were really helpful and kind. The AC was very loud which was quite disturbing and there was no kettle. The main room didn’t have an AC so the room was quite warm.

• Celine (8/5): Ideal for a few days in Naples - Appartement situated just near a metro station, comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids, in a residential area (with a supermarket at 100 m). Communication and arrival / departure informations were very good. The bed was comfortable and the wifi efficient. Good place to stay a few days in Naples. I should not hesitate to come again :-) ( and the tv of the neighbour was not an issue) A renewing of the sheets + sone small repair (towel rack , painting, ....) can be done to maintain the quality of the apartment

• Georgios (10/5): We had a great stay and Fabio was a really good host! - The property is located right next to the metro station Salvator Rosa so it’s great if you’re intending to use public transport and visit other areas of the city. The area also seemed pretty safe. Next to the house there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and close by there is a 24hr place with vending machines. The property itself was very good value for money. Just keep in mind that the location doesn’t have much things to do so you have to go to other areas of Naples to explore (but this is easily solved with the metro that’s next door).

He provided good information, made it easy to check in and check out We also had parking arranged with the garage next door. Gerrano from the garage was also very friendly and helpful, although we have a bit of language barrier we managed it well🙂. Fabio and Gerrano, thanks for making our stay Napoli so easy. • Radek (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is just three station from the city center by metro. We spent two nights at the apartment. The apartment looks better than the building (this is usual in Neapol that the public premises are not clean and tidy), however the apartment itself was not really tidy either. I found two empty bottles just next to the bed and the dish was not washed at all I think. Two bedrooms are quite ok, but the kitchen and especially bathroom need urgently renovation. what was also very disturbing was the noise from the next apartment. The walls must be from paper because you could hear every word. Unfortunately, the neighbours were watching TV until 1am. It was so horribly loud that even with earplugs it was impossible to sleep.

The subway entrance is just 3-minute walk away. Really nothing
