Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist gegenüber eines belebten Viertels, wo man viel Auswahl an Restaurants und kleinen Läden hat. Ein Bus fährt vor dem Hotel direkt bis ins Zentrum. Late checkout war gegen Aufpreis möglich. MRT fußläufig, aber durch aktuelle Baustelle weniger erreichbar (ins besondere mit Kindern/Kinderwagen).

• Christopher (7/5): Good stay, but 50/50 on whether I would stay again - The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, with a decent range of options and fresh ingredients. The gym was nice and the pool area was nice. The location was ideal, quite close to Suntec City Mall, which we frequently visited. The hotel is also opposite Haji lane which was good to meet with friends on a couple evenings out. I wasn't happy with the staff stating that I was not allowed to bring breakfast from the restaurant to my room for my wife and toddler. They were tired from our travels so weren't able to attend in person. The staff member allowed us in the end, but their initial refusal made little sense to me. Also there needs to be more sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool, as the shaded beds get occupied quite quickly.

I requested a quiet room but what I was given was overlooking a construction site, so quite noisy during the day as a result. I had a room with a balcony but this was a bit pointless given it was not pleasant to sit out listening to drilling. Also the breakfast on the Sunday morning was like a zoo- noisy, overcrowded - wanted to eat and get out of there quickly.

Went swimming once and we found two screws on the pool floor after stepping on them by accident but we reported it to the bar staff immediately.

• Virginian09 (9/5): Prima Hotel für Entdeckung der Attraktionen des Landes. - Zentrale Lage zwischen 2 nahen Metrostationen und toller Swimmingpool im 4. Stock. Der Preis pro Übernachtung könnte günstiger sein. Spätes Check Out um 18 Uhr bei Heimflug um Mitternacht ist prima, allerdings mit Aufpreis von ca. 100 €.
• Markku (9/5): Korkean hinnan arvoinen hotelli. - Taitava, palveluvalmis ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, siisti hotelli, hyvä uima-allasalue (vaikka allas olikin pienempi kuin v. 2019). Korkeamman tason club-tilan erikoisaamiainen ja illan juomatarjoilu siellä olivat mainiot ja ehdottomasti lisähinnan arvoiset. Ruuhkainen, meluisa ja huonosti organisoitu aamiaistila. Mutta sen ruoka oli hyvää.
• Markku (9/5): Hintansa arvoinen. - Varmaa laatua. Siisti. Ammattitaitoinen, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä allasalue. Club-huoneiden lisäedut (mm. erillinen ravintola) olivat mainiot. Yleisen ravintolan ruuhkainen aamiainen. (Tätä ongelmaa ei ollut club-ravintolssa.)

• Jane (8/5): - Rooms were large and clean and easy access to the airport. Pool area was great. Too much noise from the outside corridor as no door jamb buffer.

• Sean (7/5): Nice hotel in great location, but felt overcharged for early check in - Lovely rooftop pool and gym facilities. Location was great and very close to a bus stop and convenience store. Not close to an MRT station, which was fine unless it was raining! We arrived at the hotel early in the morning so we needed to check in early. A room was available but the price of checking in early varied depending on who we spoke to, which was confusing because we expected a set price. We were happy to pay for early check in, but it felt like the staff tried to take advantage of us being tired and jet lagged. The soundproofing of the room wasn’t the best and we were woken up one morning by other guests talking in the corridor.
