• Radoslav (8/5): - Na prvom mestu - lokacija. U samom centru grada; ispred je stajalište mnogih linija gradskog prevoza između kojih je i linija 100 koja ide ka aerodromu. Stan je blizu Plave džamije, zatvorenog marketa (Indoor Market), Dečijeg parka i Trga Republike – glavnog gradskog trga. Iako ste u centru, zgrada je ušuškana i nema buke. Sa Arturom smo se lako dogovorili oko prijave i odjave, a bio je ljubazan i da snimi video kako da dođemo do zgrade (iako je prilično lako naći adresu). Internet super radi, na tv-u možete koristiti jutjub ili gledati kanale lokalnih televizija. U stanu se nalaze i šporet, frižider sa zamrzivačem, fen i pegla. Stan je zaista veooomaaa prostran, ali kreveti nisu najudobniji. To će možda nekome predstavljati problem. Malo nas je nervirala posteljina koja se jako elektrisala, ali u isto vreme nam je bilo i simpatično. Zamerka je što je wc šolja odvojena od kupatila, pa kad idete u wc morate ići u prostoriju pored (u kojoj su kada i lavabo) da perete ruke. Nisu velike zamerke, ali čisto da znate. Smeštaj svakako vredi za plaćeni novac, ali bi uz malo renoviranja bio još bolji.

• Sumit (8/5): Yeravan tour - apartment is located at the heart of the city with most of the facilities and tourist attractions like Republic square, Vernissage market etc at walkable distance. Not much concern . There is only 1 AC in the living room. The 2 bedrooms does not have AC. the time we visited Yeravan the weather was too hot, so it was bit uncomfortable.
• Ariel (8/5): Big apartment, close to the city center. Difficult to check in - Big apartment, comfortable. With main room, kitchen, two bedrooms and balcony. Located close to the city center (but not in the city center) Some parts of the apartment had been renovated, but the whole building is quite old. Reactive owner. It has loft to the 5th floor. It was really hard to find! We got into another building, because there is no house number . It would be helpful to include some instructions with pictures. The access to the apartment (stairs) is quite old and rusty

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию: чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отличное местоположение — рядом кафе, магазины, достопримечательности, можно легко передвигаться пешком. Особенно хочется отметить хозяина: очень вежливый, внимательный и всегда на связи. Помог с заселением. Было приятно общаться. Отдельный плюс — тишина в квартире, несмотря на центральное расположение. Рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто ищет комфортное жильё в Ереване на короткий срок. Все понравилось

• Asdghig (10/5): One of the things I appreciated most was that the house looked exactly like the pictures. What you see is exactly what y - I had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is perfect—peaceful, safe, and conveniently close to everything I needed. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Mr. Arthur, the host, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. He was kind, attentive, and always available if I had any questions or needed assistance. • Sharma (10/5): fantastic - I had an amazing stay at this fantastic apartment from 13th to 18th December. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—utensils, TV, sofa, comfortable beds, a dining table, and all top-range appliances. The spacious 2-bedroom layout with a large hall was perfect for my stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. A special mention to the owner, Mr. Arthur—he is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. An extra highlight of the stay was his offer of a city tour in his Mercedes AMG, which made the trip even more memorable! I can't wait to return and meet Mr. Arthur again. Highly recommended! 🎅🏼 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I like everything.
