• Gillian (8/5): Unbelievable location, beautiful and spacious house - Great house, great location, plenty of space. Fenced garden for kids A bit scant on essentials. Not enough toilet paper or dish washing tablets to get through stay. Gas bottle for bbq also empty and recycling full on arrival.

• Dominique (5/5): Broken Washing Machine and Poorly Maintained Facilities - staff was quick to respond and helpful. the staff was able to located our laundry sheets which was taken by the maintenance. the replacement machine was quickly arranged as well. on top of this, kitchen tools and equipment were well equipped. there's soya sauce, some rice, sugar etc. A large toaster is good and working. the washing machine has broken when we arrive. it should have been checked before we checked in. there were no laundry detergent provided. when the maintenance replaced the machine, our laundry sheets were taken. this cause us to have totally no way to wash for the first 2 nights. this caused us to have problem washing on the third night due to no laundry dryers and a very limited laundry rack for 7 people worth of laundry. there was only 1 air conditioning in the entire house. maybe a split system would be good as the temperature of the house was not balanced. the ceiling fan of one of the rooms wasnt working. would suggest a full pre check of all equipments and facilities would be great before the check ins. it is not fully mobility access house as there is step in the front door. there are no proper handrails or grab poles installed as well.

• Speirs (3/5): Nice location but the BBQs been broken and not cleaned for months. - Location beautiful. Halfway between beach and town. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We stayed here 2 weeks before a left a review saying the BBQ still hadn't been repaired OR cleaned since the previous months review. Here we are again and the BBQ IS STILL NOT REPAIRED OR CLEANED. This property is obviously very poorly managed or the owner just doesn't care. We wont be back
• Anonymous (3/5): More care and thought to what is provided considering the cost of the accommodation is needed. - Location was since The property was unfortunately not entirely clean with dead flies around the place. The sheets in one room did not appear to be clean with black smudges on them. There was no soap provided apart from a small bar in the bathroom that had to be shared between the sink and the shower. There wasn’t even hand soap in the kitchen. Additionally only one tea towel was provided which meant it was shared between drying hands and dishes. The property advertises a washing machine however there is no washing powder provided which wasn’t mentioned. The bbq was very dirty and struggled to light with one burner not functioning due to a broken knob. It was bad enough to the point that gas was flowing without a means to turn it off apart from turning the actual gas bottle off.
• Speirs (9/5): Perfect Margaret River location between the beaches and town. Large house with great amenities. - The location and scenery around the property are brilliant. TV, couches and dining area are all very large and comfortable. Many streaming options and internet was pretty good. Heater worked just fine and made the house very comfortable. Loads of cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery for a great cook up. The BBQ was pretty much a mess. Unable to get it going and gas ejectors were covered in grease.
• Tyren (8/5): The house is great but needed improvements on accessibility into the house steps to get in with no r - Hope nice the house was and the accessibility inside for me in a wheelchair was great Being a disabled access house the inside was ggod. But there was not good access into the house. A step in the front door was too high and you could not access the outdoor area as the lip on the sliding door was way too high. There should be ramps provided to get in and out with a wheelchair. Also the BBQ did not work.
