AJAY (1/5): - Very bad experience. Didn't like anything except the location. The photos were misleading. The rooms were different from the pictures. The kitchen window was broken and fell off its place. The door locks were not working. The apartment was very old. There wasn't even a microwave..very poor experience
Mansoor Ali (6/5): We stay 4 days - We like the property location is quite Was not clean professionally, service was horrible reason as there is no light in the bedroom and bathroom imagine how frustrated as I have informed the management but they were only chatting but no work has done, fridge freezer was full of ice as I have to dig and clean it, kitchen area was not very good clean… etc I have all the proof of chatting, video and pictures etc . I would request to get our refund for our stay.. I look forward to hearing soon from you Thanks

Syed Muhammad (10/5): - Location near to tram. 20mins away from the main city. Close to all amenities. Apartment was clean and had all amenities. Just to add one more fan for the 2nd room, cz family with more than 2 needs fan i the other room.

Elisabeth (7/5): - I booked two apartments- one was quite modern while the other was very old. Both were both very comfortable though, except for the fact that there were many bedside lamps with no sockets. The toilet of apartment 0002 had no light, we had to bring a bed side lamp into the toilet to be able to have light. Other than that everything was wonderful! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Lack of sockets for bedside lamps. There was no tv,no microwaves to heat food,.
Shahab (5/5): Staff were not updated. Noise, broken sofa bed, price was more, plate with crack, guarantee deposit kept us under strain - Size. No. Of beds, good enough extra towels, bed sheet. Spacious apartment. Back yard. Balcony. Apartment was not ready. I was given late check inn. After 9:00 p.m. Wrong information was given to stay in alternative apartment. The apartment was beside the original booking. I was told it was 800 meters. I had to go to main road hired taxi and taxi driver brought me on the same location after a round and charged me CHF 20/-. Further, a building is under construction opposite to our apartment. Every day from 7 morning noise was coming, not good to sleep longer or relax during holidays for us.
Thomas (1/5): Very bad opinion about this apartment. Without previous. information they collected the security amount, we given 4 comp - Nothing Staff behavior, communication, bathroom, rooms facilities etc……
Allen (3/5): A very disappointing experience. - The key did not work in the door. We contacted the owner and they sent someone to help within 30 minutes, which was good, but they had to demonstrate how to make the key work, which involved pulling the door at a particular angle. The apartment was advertised as having a double bed. It did not have one. It only had single beds. It was also advertised as having an electric kettle. It did not have one. We had to boil water in a pot on the stove to get water for tea and coffee. The electric toaster did not work. We contacted the owner about the kettle and the toaster and asked for them to be provided, but after three days they still had not been provided. To their credit the owner gave us a voucher to a local supermarket.
M (8/5): Very good - Very nice property - super spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. 10-15 mins walk to the Oerlikon station and decent places nearby to eat. Had all amenities and we were able to cook meals too. Many windows didnt have curtains which was the only uncomfortable part of our stay. Floor makes creaking noises, but that didnt bother us.

Only one set of towels per person when we were staying 3 nights. No paper towels or towel in bathroom. No amenities- iron, blow dryer etc All in all this was a disappointment

Margherita (5/5): Passable - The location Is great. Decently clean There was conflict info on the check in time, was not clear if it was at 2pm or 4 pm, this was a bit disruptive of our organisation. The hairdryer was listed as a provided item but was not there, the staff brought it up one request but it was too late for when I needed it. The facility is not well maintained, several drawers are hanging by a thread and the beds are built in a way that the mattress is surrounded by a wooden frame which makes the bed a bit too short for people above 180cm

I opened up windows , which didn’t help much I had to buy a air spray to suppress it Bathroom window curtains were missing Toilet flush was not working properly

Daniele_r_325 (8/5): Pleasant stay good price/quality ratio - The place is cozy spacious and well equipped for everything The neighbourhood is very quiet and well equipped you have groceries, ATM, public transport few steps away, also the parking availability and cost is ok (easypark payment method feasible). The walls are very thin so the noise of the neighbours is pretty loud Rules for silence are strict but many youngsters are present in the neighborhood and the first night the noise was loud

Abubakar (7/5): Served us well during a family holiday trip. - Clean property. Spacious. Good links to transport into the city centre, train station etc. Fairly quiet area (outside of the house noises). Good amenities as far as cutlery, coffee machine and stove. The wooden floors were very noisy to the extent that upstairs neighbours could be heard walking around (particularly at night).

I would need to open all the window and need to be in front of window to breathe properly. It’s an old house, so it even has cracking sound at night. The fridge smells rotten so not able to use. Instructions extremely unclear, and there’s no elevator. It looks all god, and nothing wrong on the picture, but the feel is very bad. Worst stay ever
