• Heinz (6/5): - Die Lage Es wird nur oberflächlich geputzt, die Terrasse wurde anscheinend in diesem Frühjahr noch gar nicht geputzt und war für uns auch nicht zu nutzen. Der am Anreisetag reklamierte WC Deckel wurde zwar bedauert aber nicht repariert. WC Deckel liegt nur auf und wackelt hin und her.
• Bohdan (8/5): - Absolútne všetko bolo vporiadku ale matrac a vankúše nehodnotim dobre lebo matrac bol moc mäkký a vankúše moc tvrdé a na vankúšoch proste sa nedalo spať. Ale ten non-reception prístup sa nám páčil niskym netreba sa komunikovať jednoducho prídeš zadáš kód ku dverám a už si na izbe.

• Alexandra (6/5): 2 Nächte ok, mehr aber nicht! - Die Lage war einzigartig, nur wenige Meter zur Stadthalle, trotzdem eine super ruhige Lage! Die Matratze war nicht schlecht! Es war leider einfach nur alles schmutzig, überall liegen Haare und auch die Ausstattung ist so runter gekommen und gehört unbedingt erneuert bzw. renoviert! Am Balkon stehen Blumentöpfe, die Blumen haben schon ewig lange kein Wasser mehr gesehen!

• Seyedeh Maliheh (4/5): Great location, but poor cleanliness and insufficient supplies. - The location was good and convenient, with easy access to nearby places The place was not very clean. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned at all — there was still dirt, trash, and cigarette ash left behind. They only provided one dishwasher tablet for a three-day stay. The overall cleaning of the apartment was very superficial. The couch was old and felt greasy. The toilet door needs to be repaired, and there were only two coffee capsules provided.

• Olha (8/5): За такою ціною, дуже добре. Дякую! - Розташування, спокійно та затишно, інтернет, гарна кровать, все необхідне є на кухні . Навіть принесли нам праску. За це дуже дякую. Почистити б трохи диван, бо є неприємний запах. Та в туалеті був запах неприємний, непогано б було його теж глибше очистити.

• Ximena (8/5): Buena opción - La ubicación es buenísima, cerca de todos el transporte público, un centro comercial a la mano, la cocina es muy completa. Todo el proceso de check in es facilisimo. Con el fin de ser aportativa. La regadera no tenía el dispositivo para sostener la manguera y fue incómodo. Sugiero ampliar la vajilla con platos pequeños, pues para un pastelito usábamos el plato enorme. Fuera de eso estuvimos muy bien

• Robby (8/5): Wir waren 2 Nächte in Wien und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. - Die Nähe zur Stadthalle und U-Bahn ist super. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung sehr leise, da sie zum Innenhof liegt. Strassengeräusche sind nicht zu hören. Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktionell. Der Allgemeinzustand des kompletten Gebäudes des Centers ist renovierungsbedürftig und die Treppenhäuser sind schmuddelig.
• DM221 (10/5): - Ein sehr schönes Apartment. Sehr gut gelegen und der Preis ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :) In der ersten Nacht, hatten wir leider einen nervigen Nachbar in der Wohnung über uns, der bis tief in Nacht extrem laut war, so das man kaum schlafen konnte. Leider war auch der Fahrstuhl während unseres Aufenthalts ständig defekt.

• Tamara (9/5): Pleasant stay with everything you need - Everything was great — the location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, and the apartment has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth; they were very receptive and easy to reach. Some guests mentioned the sofa bed being small. It’s true that it’s not a queen-size, but it’s still a perfectly decent size for two people. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

• Stephanie (10/5): Einfach perfekt - Tolle, sehr saubere Wohnung, nur 3min zu Fuß von der Stadthalle entfernt. Sehr ruhig obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Einziges Manko für mich war die Matratze da ich es gewohnt bin hart zu schlafen, aber dies ist nicht als Minuspunkt zu werten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr zu den Erste Bank Open wieder. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt und vor allem innerhalb von Minuten. Alles in allem einfach perfekt! Nichts zu beanstanden

• Lidijaa S (10/5): - The location was good, well connected to public transportation. It is located above the shopping center, a great option. The staff was available for any help and information. Quite decent accommodation.

• JOSEP MARIA (7/5): Aceptable - El apartamento, en general, está bien equipado y la cama es cómoda. Nos gustó tener terraza para poder salir a relajarnos después de visitar la ciudad. Está situado justo al lado de un centro comercial con un supermercado Billa en el que se puede encontrar de todo (cuidado que sábados tarde y domingos está cerrado) y tiene una estación de metro a 2 minutos El sofá cama no era cómodo y un poco justo para dos personas. Las sábanas y toallas no olían a limpio. El inodoro estaba en un cuartito aparte y no tenía tapa. La bañera es muy alta y no había cortina como se muestra en las fotos. La vitro no detectaba una de las cazuelas y, por tanto, no calentaba. Referente a la zona, no parece muy segura.

• Simona (9/5): Perfect if you want to be close to Stadthalle. - We were there for a concert at Wiener Stadthalle and we choose this location because is near. The mall near and the parking under the building. Were clear instructions on how to get there.

• Renata (7/5): Skeleton clique - Very cool apartment in a good location and with a very nice large balcony. Middle of the city but peace and quiet, and in the morning birds singing. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, hence the lower rating.

• Chiara (5/5): There's better places in Vienna to stay - The flat was quite spacious and had a nice setup. The parking lot underneath the building (18€/night) was convenient too. The property definitely could have been cleaner. The towels had a damp smell to them, the shower lacked a curtain and the toilez seat was broken. Unfortunately, we only got 3 coffee pods for 2 nights and 3 people and even after having contatcted the host, the issue still wasn't resolved. We didn't get a single tea towel and the TV in the bedroom didn't work. A small lamp for indirect lighting in the living room would have been nice or functioning controls for the overhead lamps. We stayed in Vienna several times already and there is far nicer places to stay.

It was warm in the flat, and we had everything what we needed for our short trip. Coffee was provided as well, it was really nice for the morning. --

• Aleksandr (10/5): Fantastic! - Location is really close to the metro station and buses/trams. The apartments itself are big and have a nice balcony. Despite of mall on the same building it was really quiet. You have all what you need for short and long term stay there.
• Stephanie (8/5): Convenient location and covers all basic needs - Location was good and convenient for walking to the city centre or taking the underground. The apartment was renovated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking, with a mini fridge (with small freezer), oven, microwave and stove. There was a small veranda which is great for having a glass of wine and relax in the summer evenings, although it would have been even better if there were actual plants in the planters instead of weeds. Lastly, we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment earlier than check in time, which was extremely convenient. The apartment felt a bit aged despite it being renovated: kitchen tiles were damaged, toilet was in separate room to bathroom with no sink (so you have to touch door handles with dirty hands to wash hands), the light in the bedroom didn't light up fully and the veranda could be upgraded significantly simply by planting some plants in the planters.

• Mr.bungle (8/5): Good, basic accomodation with great value for money - Spacious apartment in a perfect location for exploring the city.Close to Westbahnhof with all the shopping facilities, restaurants etc. Public transport in walking distance. The apartment was OK. Interior a bit worn down but absolutely tolerable. Mattresses are good, too. There's a capsule coffee machine (that unfortunately uses capsules unknown to me but as said - there are shops close by) What I really did not like is that you could not put anything next to the bed (Like alarm clock, bottle of water etc) because it is crammed between the door and the wall. No space for a nightstand... worse was that there are no lamps for the bed. You had to use the big light which is inconvenient. Ad then to close the light you have to leave the room because the switch is outside. A board over the bed with 2 small lamps would help a lot.
• Vittorio (6/5): Lovely stay with excellent customer service! - The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. We were 4 adults and it fitted well. There was nothing missing and we enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed was a bit small for 2 adults.
