CAMINANDO SE PUEDE LLEGAR AL CENTRO EN 15 MINUTOS. TAMBIEN BUENA COMUNICACIÓN CON PARADA DE TRANVIAS MUY CERCA. EL ALOJAMIENTO MUY OSCURO, LA CAMA DURA COMO UNA TABLA DE PLANCHAR, EL MOBILIARIO VIEJO, LA COCINA VIEJA DESDE LUEGO NO APETECIA PREPARAR NADA NI EL DESAYUNO Y EL BAÑO CON HUMEDADES, NO FUNCIONABA NI EL SECADOR DE PELO. AL ESTAR EN EL PATIO MUCHO RUIDO CON EL ENTRAR Y SALIR DE LOS VECINOS Y SOBRE TODO CUANDO VENIAN A SACAR LOS CUBOS DE BASURA SUPER TEMPRANO. DIEZ MINUTOS ANTES DEL CHECK IN NOS AVISA LA PERSONA DE CONTACTO QUE VA A LLEGAR TARDE POR UN CONTROL RUTINARIO DE LA POLICIA, LLEGO EN PATINETE ELECTRICO UNA HORA MAS TARDE LO QUE NOS PARECIO UNA EXCUSA.
