• Roman (10/5): - Luca was an amazing host which made sure we had everything we need during our 10 days stay. We’ve found the apartament very clean and organised, with many useful things that made our stay very confortabile and easy even with a baby. Will definitely come back. Everything was perfect.

• Gary (10/5): Perfect property in the heart of the most fun part of Tenerife! - This place was perfect for me. It had all of the amenities you could wish for. It was clean, comfortable and good value. Luca was equally amazing and friendly. Sometimes checking into these places can be challenging but he was on the end of the phone at all times to answer questions and help during the stay. That’s hard to say because all of it was good as far as I was concerned. I guess it’s in a busy area so if you are after complete silence then this would not work for you. It’s also on level 3. That gives you a great view from the balcony. There is a lift so I’m clutching at straws here to be negative.

Vista sia sul mare che sulla strada principale dove ci sono tutte le attrazioni. Piscina riscaldata di acqua salata ottima per i giorni incerti. L'appartamento è carinissimo dotato di tutti i confort di cui si possa aver bisogno per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza.il proprietario, una persona squisita , sempre disponibile e attento ad offrire il meglio x gli ospiti. Qualsiasi richiesta è stata sempre accolta.potrei continuare con una lunga lista di cose positive ma concludo dicendo che è stato veramente ottimo!

• Gunnar (10/5): - The apartment was really nice, everything was spot on from the host who was easy to get in touch with and met us in the lobby when we arrived to hand over the keys and show us the apartment. The apartment was in the best place possible, a supermarket in the same building and within minutes to the beach, resturants bars and everything. You could stay within the same 500 metres throughout the stay without ever needing anything. The pool at the building was extremly nice and we left there knowing that if we were to come back we would like to stay again. Nothing really to complain about, the only small thing there is to point out is that you don't get a lot of sun on the balcony which can also be a positive since you can sit in the shade outside when it's too hot.

• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic apartment and host. - The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The little finishing touches were lovely. Luca was the best host and couldn't do enough to ensure we had the best stay. I would definitely recommend staying here :D
• Harri R (5/5): Viikko aurinkoa ja pulikoimista. - Siisti huone ja uima-allas alue. Paljon ruokapaikkoja lähellä. Supermarket aivan vieressä. Onneksi matkalaukun kanssa autettiin, kiitos paljon, koska hissi oli rikki. Hissi oli korjauksessa, jouduttiin kävelemään rappusia kolmanteen kerrokseen. Kadulta ja käytävästä kuuluva melu häiritsi yöunia aina aamuun asti. Allasravintola kiinni aina sunnuntaisin ja maanantaisin.

• Elles (10/5): Prima verblijf wb het appartement dat was prima, wb omgeving zie boven. - Het appartement was prima, alles wat nodig is was aanwezig. Het was schoon en had genoeg keukengerei en een prima bed, fijn was een wasmachine. Restaurants en shoppingcentra op loopafstand. De locatie: we zaten aan de doorgaande straat met alle restaurants , cafe's en clubs waardoor er de hele nacht veel lawaai was van schreeuwende dronken mensen, er is geen airco in het appartement dus als je de balkondeur dicht doet is het erg warm. Er was geen lift terwijl op Booking.com staat dat het rolstoeltoegankelijk is.
• Alberto (10/5): Un posto dove tornare sicuramente - Posto davvero super, in pieno centro di Las Amercicas, ottimo appartamento , piscina fantastica , host gentile e attento, non poteva andare meglio. Wifi perfetto e veloce.
• Lisa (10/5): Great apartment with the best view - Perfect location, stunning views from balcony, hosts were available for anything and left lovely gestures of welcome such as wine, coffee etc. We had everything, we didnt utilise what was on offer but the balcony was a huge highlight when we were there. Pool was sensational and has a lovely bar with such nice staff. That the lift in the building was broken and I had a buggy and toddler and was on the 3rd floor. But it was being worked on while I was there and will be ready in November they said. Only a small downfall.

Eravamo in quattro e abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni senza alcun problema: lo spazio era sufficiente sia per dormire che per mangiare. All’interno abbiamo trovato già coperte e asciugamani per tutti, oltre a pentole e tutto l’occorrente per cucinare, davvero molto comodo. Il personale è stato gentilissimo: al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare due Pepsi, due birre e dell’acqua fresca in frigo, un’attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. La posizione è ottima, centrale, con supermercati vicini e discoteche facilmente raggiungibili. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio tantissimo a chi cerca un appartamento pratico, accogliente e in una zona strategica.

Mini market near the entrance was very handy Pool was lovely and bar on site was great value for money and toilets and pool area were spotlessly clean. Luca the host was very communicative and friendly and always contactable if we needed advice or information. No fault of the host, but it was pretty noisy at night time. Apartment balcony faces a busy road with bars etc and a kebab shop on ground floor out the front so lots of late night noise.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Great host, Great holiday. - The location is excellent. The apartment was Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Freshly decorated to make it homely. It was equipped adequately for the two of us. I must say we were impressed with the greeting with our host waiting outside the property.. Our only gripe was the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable especially when you are an octogenarian (80+) the main bed was spacious and very comfortable, so ideal.

The area is vivacious, and all restaurants and eateries are nearby. Beaches are also nearby. The property is a bit outdated and could have been more in line with the current time.

The pool is lovely. Luca also left us complimentary tea and coffee which was very thoughtful. He also left washing pods for us The balcony is spacious and a great view of the mountains on one side and perfect photo opportunity for the sunset on the other. Luca answered any query or worry that we had throughout the stay with a quick reply. Will definitely stay again.
