• Ingrid (8/5): Es war sehr angenehm. - Es war sehr angenehm. In der kleinen Duschkabine lief das Wasser hinaus auf den Boden. Die Handbrause hat nicht funktioniert.
• Emilie (7/5): Du bon et du moins bon - Appartement moderne, très bien placé, au cœur d'un quartier jeune et animé, à proximité des sites historiques, propre, au calme et agencé de telle sorte que chaque occupant voit son intimité respectée (coin mezzanine, 2 salles de bains). Les bémols : tout d'abord le site de check-in en ligne du gestionnaire italien fonctionne très mal, impossible de signer les contrats et donc d'accéder au paiement de la taxe de séjour et de finaliser l'enregistrement. De plus ce même gestionnaire ne répondant pas à mes mails et à mes messages envoyés via la messagerie booking, m'a contrainte à le contacter par téléphone alors que les appels sont payants depuis la France vers l'Italie avec mon opérateur. N'ayant pas eu toutes les réponses à mes questions, et pour éviter un deuxième appel payant, j'ai dû faire intervenir le service client booking pour obtenir une réponse à mes questions envoyées par message. De plus, ce même service de gestion ne nous a pas prévenues que l'appartement n'était pas prêt à 15h comme prévu pour le check in. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû aller faire un tour le temps que le ménage soit fini. Les deux bacs à douche fuyaient et la pression de l'eau était très fluctuante. Les nombreuses marches pour accéder à l'appartement au 3eme sans ascenseur sont difficiles à monter avec les valises.

• Frauke (9/5): - Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung waren toll. Gute Restaurants und Cafés ganz in der Nähe, Zentrum schnell fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Schneller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter mit hilfreichen Informationen.
• Elisa (7/5): - Die Lage im.Viertel San Frediano und die Nähe zur Piazza Santo Spirito war sehr gut. Auch konnte man das Centrum von Florenz aber auch mögliche Ausflüge mit dem Bus nach Siena waren durch die nahe gelegene Bushaltestelle problemlos möglich. Das Appartement hatte zwei Badezimmer was sehr vorteilhaft war da wir ein Paar vom zwei Frauen waren. Für florentinische Verhältnisse war die Wohnung auch relativ ruhig. Check -In und Check -out klappten problemlos doch es wäre schön gewesen, einmal jemanden persönlich zu sehen. Dass man 65 Stufen zum Appartement ohne Aufzug überwinden musste und die Stufen auch relativ steil waren. Wir waren eine Woche im Appartement und hatten je nur ein Handtuch und ein Badetuch für diese Zeit, außerdem gab es besonders in der Küche wenige Steckdosen. Ich war schon einige Male in Florenz aber das Prozedere mit der Anmeldung (Reisepass, Hinterlegung aller Daten) fand ich etwas anstrengend. Im kleinen Badezimmer ließ sich die Türe der Dusche nicht komplett schließen sodass der Boden beim Duschen immer ziemlich nass wurde. Die Gardinen verhakten sich in der Mitte der Gardinenschiene.

• Alicia Luiters (8/5): Perfect location in Santo Spirito - Modern apartment, great location in an amazing neighborhood. Spoiled for choices of shops, bars, restaurants and lots more within walking distance from the apartment. Ponte Vecchio also just a short walk away. Nightlife in Santo Spirito is tops! Complicated door access, make sure you have an e-sim. You need to phone someone when you arrive to open the building door. Lots of stairs for suitcases, flat pillows and very uncomfortable sofa bed. Leak in en-suite shower. Coffee machine with coffee supplies would be appreciated. However, we all would stay here again!

• Sarah (10/5): Praktisches Apartment für die Erkundung von Florenz mit der ganzen Familie. - Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartment liegt in einer sehr angenehmen aber auch lebhaften Gegend von der sich fußläufig über die verschiedenen Brücken das Zentrum leicht zu Fuß erreichen lässt. Umliegende Bars und Restaurants lassen, kulinarisch nichts zu wünschen übrig. Dass das Apartment im dritten Stock liegt und kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Der Telefonkontakt zum Öffnen der Haustüre war nicht ganz reibungslos, hier könnte man noch an einer etwas zuverlässiger Methode arbeiten. Die Matratze im Doppelbett war sehr durchgelegen, und die Federn des ausklappbaren Sofas haben bei jeder kleinen Bewegung gequietscht. Diese beiden Dinge wären leicht nachzubessern und abgesehen davon ist das Apartment perfekt.

La rue est calme tout en étant à deux pas des meilleurs restaurants et de l’ambiance florentine. L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec une décoration soignée qui donne immédiatement d’être chez soi. C’est adresse que je vais garder précieusement pour mes prochains séjour à Florence
• Iwona (8/5): - Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Dodatkowym plusem są 2 łazienki. Cisza w mieszkaniu. Łóżko w pokoju zapadnięte (ciężko było na siebie nie wpadać). W łazience podczas brania prysznica woda ciekła aż do pokoju. Zameldunek trzeba dokonać przez internet. Wymagane jest również przesłanie zdjęć wszystkich osób, które będą przebywać w apartamencie. Bardzo dziwne tym bardziej, że się nie wie komu są one wysyłane i do jakich potrzeb.

• Michelle (7/5): Great location and modern build. Minor defects but fixable. - Location was perfect and the apartment is nice and modern. Area was quiet and had a lot of good restaurants nearby. the main bed could use an upgrade. the middle is sunken in so my boyfriend and i kept rolling into each other. the pillows were rock hard as well but i switched them out for the pull out bed pillows. i think that bed was probably more comfortable but i didnt want to sleep in the living room. the main bathroom shower doesn't drain quickly so you end up standing in 1-2 inches of water, a minor nuissance but worth mentioning. and the secondary shower, the door isn't sealed properly so water ends up all over the floor. The key/lock to the street entrance was really tricky, we couldn't figure out how to unlock it for the first two nights but we prevailed... each time we phoned the helpline to open it remotely, they always answered and were very polite. they even brought us an extra set of keys but at the end its the lock that needs replacing. not really their fault.
• Solveig (1/5): Would not recommend to stay, due to lack of security and poor customer service - The apartment looks like the add. But we left the appartment right away due to lack of fire safety, unsecure main staicase, lack of airconitioning / mosquito nets to be able to sleep with windows open. I have read the answer from the agency, it is nt correct that airconditioning was on, it was offered to be put on again the day after. This is again proof of bad customer service. No airconditioning, no mosquito nets, loose railing in a very shabby, steep staicase, also the only way out of the building in an emergency. The owner had no interest in putting airconditioning on and did not see the need of mosquito net, although beds are placed right under the roof. The owner had no interest in any dicussion about firealarm, fire escape or even discuss how to get out of the buliding in a fire. We booked another hotel, and have not got any refund for the stay. We even paid double citytax, since we had to stay somewhere else in Firenze. They charged full cleaning fee just for beeing in the apartment,no beds or kitchen were used.

Staff were super helpful and overall would definitely reccomend to anyone going to Florence. Apartment was well decorated and equipped and there was staff always available to call if we needed help. We could walk everywhere we needed to in just a few minutes and there are some really nice restaurants and bars just in the next street. Really great apartment thanks. The front door key was problematic for the door at the entry way. The staff were helpful to send a new key and buzz us in but even the new key did not work so well - I think it’s common with the old doors in Florence
• George (9/5): Superb - Loved this apartment, the locationis the best, lots of cafe'sandrestaurantsnearby and verysafe. Plenty of room, great bathroom and shower, very clean and comfy. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. The bed could have been more comfortable, we both sank to the middle of the bed but still slept well. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location- close to all places one would like to visit and yet quiet from the city crowds. Very professional client service - all our needs were addressed in a very timely manner.
• Rabie (8/5): Very good - Very spacious apartment, perfect for a family. The apartment is fairly close to the center of the city. All of the monuments are a 15-20 min walk away. It's also close to a lot of good restaurants. The apartment was clean. It's however on 3rd floor with no elevator. The kitchen is well equipped, same goes for the rooms.   Check out at 10 am! So don't plan for a sleep in. Felt very frustrating to be rushed to check out that early. The bed is not very comfortable, the mattress needs to be replaced.

• Jennifer (5/5): Loved location and apartment layout. Significant issues with power outages and beds are terrible. - Location is fantastic. The accommodations are modern and lovely. Property management company was very kind, polite and quick to respond to calls and messages. We travelled Italy for two weeks. I was most excited about this apartment, its accommodations, location and modern amenities. It fell far below expectations. When you arrive, you are instructed to call a phone number to be let in remotely. That did not work. The property management team was responsive and arrived in about 20 minutes to unlock the door. The remote entry failure was the first sign they should have relocated us that first night. When we entered the apartment, there was no power. Another call to the property management company directed us to the circuit breakers and power was restored. Unfortunately, that happened 6 times over the course of our 4 night stay. Power would go off overnight or when we were gone during the day when nothing was plugged in or in use. No power also meant no hot water. They came onsite a couple of times and looked at the boiler, perhaps adjusted the hot water setting, which helped, but it was a constant and wearing struggle between the two. This affected our ability to charge phones, which housed tickets, maps, itineraries, etc., and made this leg of our trip more stressful than it needed to be. There are also reviews about the beds - the bed frames are actually bent, and are extremely uncomfortable. The responsiveness of the property management was excellent. They gave us a few bottles of wine to compensate us for our troubles, and I am still waiting on a credit for the hassle. Before you book this property, please inquire about the electrical issue.

The property owners are very well organized and they did think of plenty of small details (such as tabs for the dishwasher). The only downside is related to the air conditioning unit. Which does not go below 24 Celsius during the summer and above 19 Celsius during winter. So, for winter time that is ok, but for summer it's a bit hot. We had great weather and it was cool outside during the night, but in warm summer nights, it may be an issue

Obviously, the persons in charge are making great efforts to make sure their clients are satisfied. We agree that the beds are not too comfortable, especially for persons with a certain weight. For kids there are no problems.

Well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an extra space upstairs which us handy for luggage. Great accommodation in a good part of Florence. Small sarchets of salt, pepper and olive oil that came in very handy when we cooked. Large fridge. The fact that there is a limit on the temperature allowed, as we were sick and it was quite cold. Not enough hot water for five people. And beds are not that comfortable.
• Francisco (10/5): Nice, modern and well located apartment - The apartment is located on a quiet and very well conected street in Florence, walking distance to main landmarks such as Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. We are a family of 4 and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us. It seems like it was recently renovated because it is in very good condition and presents a modern and good taste decoration, just like it can be seen on the pictures. It has 2 bathrooms which was very good for all of us. I certainly recomend staying at this apartment if you go to Florence. Everything was fine

There is a lot of natural light, it is quiet at night, 2 bathrooms, bedroom is separate - great for family with kids (still beware the stairs climbing if you have lots of luggage). The staff was very kind and helpful. Thanks, we had a really pleasant stay! Sofa-bed in the living room could be more comfortable.

• Graham (8/5): Fantastic apartment with lots of room and a good location. - Clean, large apartment, nice bathrooms. A bit hot and the bed wasn’t the comfiest but it was still nice.
• Priya (8/5): Very good - well maintained apartment, felt new. great use of space it was located at the top of the building. over 70 stairs to climb, with 5 suitcases and hand luggages. this should have been disclosed. the main door lock didn’t work well. was not convenient to just leave the apartment and go get anything “quickly”. parts of the apartment wasn’t cleaned (counter tops ). the towels were old and very used , some were dirty. the fact that cleaning wasn’t included in the price. items such as : towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, soap etc we’re all “extras”..: meaning that we had to pay for all of it once the initial set ( which was minimal) was done. the staff were gracious and gave us some complimentary. I would have preferred to have the cost of this included in the overall price initially. the stairs in the building were not clean nor air conditioned.
