• daniele (5/5): Nice big apartment with great potential once management is sorted - Perfect location, 5 min walk to Stephanplaz, nice pub opposite the flat. Unfortunately, the heating never really got going, and we had some cold nights in Vienna. Also, for some reason, the owner showed up a couple of nights to check, but I'm not sure what. Felt like there are some management issues, but the flat is great and definitely has got potential.

• Sacha (8/5): Overall, a very nicr apartment. Very reasonably priced and perfect for what we needed. Absolutely fantastic location. - Fantastic open space living/ kitchen/ dining area. Great for socialising. Underneath the beds were filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The lack of blinds in the living room meant that those sleeping on the sofa bed and on the Mezanine were woken up by the sun.

• Natalie (8/5): Tolle Wohnung für Gruppen oder Familien an top Lage - Grosse, schöne Wohnung an top Lage! Mitten im Bermudadreieck aber dennoch nicht laut. Super unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out. Es stand sogar ein Wilkommens-Wein da🥰. Nur ein Bad und eine Toilette für bis zu 8 Personen. Toilettentür lässt sich nicht ganz schliessen. Dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Waschbecken sind eine Fehlkonstruktion😅. Wenn man das Wasser etwas mehr als das Minimum-Getröpfel einstellt, verspritzt man das ganze Bad und sich selbst😅, so was falsch gebautes hab ich selten gesehen. Aber sie sehen hübsch aus😂. Bie Nachbarschaft mag wohl keine Feriengäste. Man sollte sich wirklich ruhig verhalten.

• XENIIOS (8/5): Η τοποθεσία και το μέγεθος του δωματίου ήταν καλή. - Η τοποθεσία και το μέγεθος του δωματίου ήταν καλή. Φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ, είχαμε και μικρά παιδιά μαζί μας. Ήταν δυσκολο ο εντοπισμός του κλειδιού Αντί που ήταν κατω στο πεζοδρόμιο δίπλα σε σκαλιά (που ούτε καν φαινοταν) πιστεύω θα ήταν καλύτερα να υπήρχε θυρίδα στην είσοδο του κτιρίου. Να αναφέρω όμως ότι όταν πήραμε τηλέφωνο τους υπεύθυνους και μας βοήθησαν. Επίσης να αναφέρω ότι το σκέπασμα στο ένα κρεβάτι είχε λεκέ από αίμα. Το ανσανσερ πολύ μικρό Οι περισσότεροι βγήκαμε με τις σκάλες Χωράει μια βαλίτσα και 1 άτομο ακριβως Πηραμε

• Calixia (9/5): Aside from the stunning apartment, the staff deserve a special mention. When we were lost, they responded to our message - Great location, beautiful apartment, wonderful and accommodating staff. Lukewarm water in the shower and a little challenging to locate (thankfully the staff responded very quickly via the Booking.com chat).

• Sandra (7/5): Good value and location at this apartment. Interesting building and rooms. Best for 4 people. - Location was good! Quiet street. Good value. Skylight shades did not work so no privacy or ability to block light at night. Pillows were flat and could use refreshing. Sofa had stains.

Има само една спалня с врата, всички останали спални ниши се отделят с пердета. Има само една тоалетна и една баня. Асансьора постоянно прави проблеми!

• Orla (9/5): - Apartment is gorgeous, warm and very clean. The location is perfect, in a very trendy and central location. The hot water in the shower seem to run out quickly and there was no instructions on how to get more. The key box can be hard to find in the dark and 10am is a very early check out.
• Marvisa (8/5): Pleasant stay! - The apartment was in a great location, 4 min walk from Stephansplatz and 3 min walk from Bus station Val2 which takes you directly to the airport. Clean sheets, specious apartment. The shower area was uncleaned, brown from the grime. The toilet was also brown on the inside, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned with detergent in ages. Strange apartment configuration. In the first floor there is a toilet, a shower, 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen and a stair that brings you upstairs where there is a small bedroom with two beds and a small separate area next door where there is a double bed that looked from the stairwell down in the living space.

Appartamento di design, accogliente e silenziosissimo, perfet - La struttura, il design, la posizione, la grandezza dell’appartamento, la disponibilità dello staff e la facilità di accesso. Manca una tenda per oscurare un lucernario nella seconda camera matrimoniale; c’è il velcro , magari di solito c’è e semplicemente era a lavare o in riparazione. In ogni caso, viaggiando sempre con una mascherina per gli occhi non ho avuto problemi.

It was quite dusty which could be bad for people with allergies. Also there were no doors on the upper bedrooms which made it quite uncomfortable resting when there were people in the living room!

• Amanda (5/5): - Location was great. Bathroom was lovely. directions to the property were bad. Not even a property name on the buzzer at the entrance to the property. The bedrooms and beds are strange and the property is better suited to a group of partying friends, younger group who simply want a bed for the night and no much more.
• Oiva (9/5): Overall, a very clean apartment in a fantastic location — great value for money. We had a wonderful time in Vienna! - The location was excellent, in a beautiful building close to all services. The staff were very friendly, and communication went smoothly. The apartment was modern and stylish. Only minor or trivial things to note: the bathroom and shower doors didn’t seem to close properly, and there was no cheese slicer. The apartment might not be the easiest to access for someone in a wheelchair.
• Balázs (10/5): Perfect for a downtow stay for couple of days with friends or family - Cool flat with enough space for sleeping and some social interaction in the living room. Everything is superclean and made of high quality materials, especially the shower and the kitchen. It would be cool to have one more toilet and could open some more windows(or maybe we didnt figured it out how)

• Armen (3/5): - Location and staff (online) the room is dirty, the furniture is old and dirty, there is a feeling that the room is aggressively used for parties and is not cleaned properly , no curtains, the sun heats up the living room, the coffee machine was dirty upon arrival, pay attention to the super early check-out, if you have a day or evening flight you have to take your luggage and go to the city.

Klimaanlage ist super, Lage großartig, Leider nicht so sauber: auf den Lampen im Wohnzimmer liegt echt viel Staub! Die wurden sicher schon 1 Jahr nicht geputzt. Das WC braucht mal eine Intensivpflege. Beim Waschbecken im Badezimmer durfte man das Wasser nicht voll aufdrehen, weil sonst alles nass war! Es spritzt überall hin. Der Weinkühlschrank ist zwar da, funktioniert aber leider nicht
• Hunter Woodrich (6/5): Okay Apartment at in Okay Rate in an Okay Location - The place had a unique layout with lots of character. The massive skylight windows in the living room/kitchen were neat. It was generally clean, well prepared for our stay, and directions to get the keys and into the unit were pretty clear and precise. The biggest issue we had was very little hot water. The water heater/boiler would not turn itself on when someone was in the shower. There was only enough hot water for about 3 minutes. You need to turn off and back on the boiler, located in the bathroom, to get it to start heating the water again for the next person. Though it was generally clean, it was worn out and needed a deep dusting. Everything about the place felt renter-friendly and used so heavily for many years that it could need some refreshing. It feels as though it was made into a rental many years ago and has never been touched or kept up beyond the absolute needs to keep the rental money flowing.
• Vanessa (6/5): Könnte eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in guter Lage sein. Preis Leistung aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit extrem schlech - Lage sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Für 5 köpfige Familie sehr passend. Die Wohnung ist leider ungepflegt, in die Jahre gekommen und schon seit langem nicht mehr richtig geputzt worden. Überall liegt Staub; auf den Fensterbänken, Schränken, Türrahmen, Spiegel und Fernseher.

• Puteri (2/5): Find a better stay elsewhere - The location was excellent, very near a Spar and walkable to the Hofburg, Graben, etc 1. Steep stairs to access the building door - you have to haul your luggage up these stairs 2. Faulty door lock, we struggled each time to unlock it 3. The host, Vienna Lights, are online-only and not accessible after 9pm, so dont expect them to help you with the stupid faulty lock 4. Cheap mattresses, linens and pillows, torn in some places 5. There is only one bedroom and the rest of the beds are in curtained alcoves 6. When we arrived, there was a load of washing going in the machine and it stayed like that until we left (hello, do you want us to finish the load of laundry for you?) 7. There is no iron/ironing board

• Arbenm (10/5): Fantastic stay in Vienna - Big apartment. Modern design. Plenty of beds, spacious toilet, separate wc room from shower room. All amenities that you need. Fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk from Stephansplatz. The lock device to get the key. Needs a simpler one.

• Fanis (10/5): Beautiful decorated apartment in an ideal neighborhood. - The location is ideal!Right next to Stephansplatz,in a nice neighborhood.We would stay here again. A kitchen towel would be useful.Also a shampoo and a shower gel. Minor things that didn't affect our stay as we had a wonderful time.

• Simon (10/5): Excellent, modem, great location. - There was plenty of room the location was great. The apartment was very new, stylish and clean. The facilities where great. Drop box was different to the one in the picture and it was quite dark as we arrived at night. There was only 1 toilet could have done with another, especially if more people where staying. The lift is quite small, I always had to use the stairs. No toaster.
