• gilles (6/5): Bien situé . Accueil inexistant ,géré à distance par une société - La proximité du centre vraiment top Accueil inexistant . Agression verbale par une voisine qui refusait de nous laisser malgré la procédure compliquée pour pouvoir obtenir les clés . La literie est hors d’usage le matelas est de 140cm , le sommier de 160cm . On sent tous les ressorts du canapé.

• Gianmarco (9/5): Bellissimo appartamento attaccato al centro - Ottima posizione, arredata molto bene, super accogliente, fornito di tutto il necessario. Staff disponibile e gentilissimo. Prezzo un po’ alto per essere metà settembre. Boiler che finisce l’acqua calda troppo velocemente.
• Antonio (1/5): Orrendo, da non ripetere mai più. - Situato in cima ad una salita ripida, appartamento al primo piano con scale strette, molto difficili per chi abbia anche solo il minimo problema deambulatorio. Camera singola con soppalco di legno scricchiolante e soffitti bassissimi. La scaletta per salire al soppalco (dove si trova il letto matrimoniale) è totalmente fuori norma ed impossibile per chi abbia più di 30 anni e non sappia arrampicarsi sugli alberi! Il secondo letto è in realtà un divano letto ad una piazza e mezza, estremamente scomodo e non pronto per l'uso. La stanza è talmente stretta che se apri il divano letto la occupa da parete a parete e diventa impossibile andare in cucina o in bagno! L'unica finestra affaccia sulla strada, il serramento risale ai tempi di Matusalemme, con vetro singolo e non offre alcun isolamento da caldo, freddo e rumori. In strada passano motorini a tutte le ore, ed il rumore è talmente forte che sembra di averli in stanza! ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE.

• Vivien (8/5): Un vero appartamento fiorentino - A room that lives up to its description. Charming. The location is perfect for a short city break. It was clean, equipped with clean towels and Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable. It is more suitable for 1-2 people. Communication was easy and direct, and the key was easy to find. The sleepingsofa was not comfortable.
• david (6/5): Proche des lieux historiques - Emplacement parfait à proximité du centre historique. Tous se fait à pied Pour notre part,aucun accueil en présentiel. Communication par messagerie à l’arrivée et personne très prenante pour l’enregistrement alors que nous venions de faire 1000 km en voiture. Ne parlant pas anglais et réseau 5g chaotique dû à un mauvais roaming, ça etait galère pour communiquer à notre arrivée. Fallait s’enregistrer et payant le complément avant de recevoir les indications pour obtenir l’endroit où se trouve les clés ( boîte à clef) Finalement tous c’est réglé après 1 heure d’effort. Pas de parking et attention si vous voulez laisser la voiture dans un parking public, les tarifs sont exorbitants. Heureusement la propriétaire nous a indiqué un emplacement résident pratique dans un rue ( Via dei Bardi)plus bas ,pas payant mais pas sans risque aussi (contrôle) trois jours , aucun soucis. Petit déjeuner plus que basique ☹️ Nous étions 3 ( un lit double en mezzanine et un canapé contente bas). En plein été, la climatisation du bas ne rafraîchit pas du tout la mezzanine. Nous avons du dormir à 3 sur le canapé. De plus le lit de la mezzanine a vraiment besoin d’être changé (matelas vieux et inconfortable) Le canapé déplié obture le passage pour aller aux toilettes, salle de bain la nuit Connexion wifi 80 Mbps. J’ai marqué le code wifi sur le carnet de notes car c’était pas le mot de passe. Baignoire un peu bouché, l’eau ne s’évacue pas bien ( très souvent qu’on remarque ça dans les locations. Les propriétaires négligent se point la. Pensez à déboucher l’évacuation car les cheveux s’accumulent est bouche le siphon) Pour ce qui est du canapé lit, je vous suggère le lit IKEA HEMNES ça prend moins de place Sinon l’appartement est coquet

• Emmanuel (9/5): Appartement proche du coeur de la ville - L'appartement est situé très près du Ponte Vecchio (300m à pied, 4mn en descente, 10 en montée) et près d'un supermarché (retirer une minute de trajet). Il est bien équipé pour 3 personnes (ou 4 avec un bébé) avec une kitchenette séparée et fonctionnelle. De quoi prendre un petit déjeuner est fourni (beurre, confiture, cracottes et croissant). Pas de quoi sauter au plafond mais cela rend service (surtout en cas d'oubli du pain...) Contrairement à certains avis récents, le wifi fonctionne. Trois points importants: - La clim fonctionne mais refroidit surtout le bas. Hors, le lit principal est en mezzanine et cette partie est chaude voire très chaude (à noter que notre réservation était courant juillet). - Il n'y a pas de parking - contrairement au descriptif -, ce qui nécessite de réserver dans un parking attenant (facile à faire mais frais supplémentaires). - Pas d'armoire disponible pour ranger ses valides (la seule ouverte contenant du linge de maison) A 3 (ou 4 avec bébé), l'appartement convient mais à 4 avec deux enfants (ou plus vieux), j'hésiterais car l'appartement est prévu pour 3 (il n'y a que 3 chaises par exemple). A noter en point neutre mais très important, l'appartement est en côte (costa dei magnoli) et situé en haut d'un escalier. A éviter donc en cas de problème de mobilité.

Acqua calda pulizia Per 4 persone piccolino perché all'apertura del divano letto, raggiungere il bagno è difficile, ma è trascurabile

• Yuliia.kyiv (1/5): Bad - The only good thing about these apartments is the location. The only good thing about these apartments is the location. Everything else was a complete disappointment. On the day of our arrival, we received a message demanding that we pay the tourist tax via bank transfer to an account (IBAN) registered in Lithuania (!) — only after which they would send us the check-in instructions. This goes against the standard practice in Italy, where the tourist tax is paid at check-in, either in cash or by card. Due to banking restrictions in our country, we physically couldn’t make such a transfer, so we offered to leave the cash in the apartment. They eventually sent us the instructions, but at the same time, the contact person falsely informed Booking that we were refusing to pay the tax. That was untrue, dishonest, and completely inappropriate. And that was just the beginning. A week before arrival, I had written to request three full bedding sets for three people: three pillows, three duvets, and two sheets. However, when we arrived, we found only one set. We were told to "look for the rest ourselves." The remaining bedding was thrown in a pile in the wardrobe, wrinkled, poorly washed, and clearly un-ironed. It was disgusting and unacceptable by any standard — especially for accommodation listed on a travel platform. The apartment itself is very old and poorly maintained. The “breakfast” they advertised turned out to be a packaged croissant and cheap coffee — difficult to call that a breakfast. There was no Wi-Fi at all — the network didn’t even appear on our devices. When we reported this, the contact person simply said they couldn’t help. The check-in instructions were outdated and inaccurate — for example, they stated that the key box was outside the building, when in reality it was inside the entrance hall. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress upon arrival. Communication with the contact person was extremely difficult. She doesn’t speak English, is rude, unhelpful, and fails to perform her basic duties.

Smooth check in Dark apartment, musty smell, very flattering photos on booking.com website, obviously not 40sqm, difficult to reach the room when the second bed is opened, bathroom with few hotwater when you take a bath… and we didnt appreciate the owner texting us : «  can you please leave the apartment » at 9.21 am (while we were actually leaving). An overall very disappointing expérience, even in that range of price.
• Viktor (7/5): Good - The location is perfect. Supermarket nearby. The breakfast was good, but equal for all days. Self - serviced. Only sweets. The place is most comfortable for two people. With the sofa spread out, there is no room to pass to the kitchen and the toilet. The toilet cistern is difficult to flush. The bidet and toilet bowl are very close and create inconvenience. With the stove, kettle and air conditioner on, the electric fuse blew. If this happens to you, go downstairs before the metal door and open the wooden cabinet next to the mailboxes. Lift the fuse that is on the left at the top. On top of all that, the owner informed us that we have to vacate at 9 am in the morning.
