• irene (6/5): - Ubicación increíble La casa podría ser inmejorable y sin embargo da la sensación de dejadez absoluta. No me refiero tanto a que esté o no reformada, las casas antiguas tienen ese encanto especial, pero estaba llena de polvo, la nevera llena de comida, en el salón hay instalado un radiador que ni siquiera se molestaron en recoger los escombros del suelo, las toallas no estaban limpias y el sofá cada vez que te sentabas se te llenaba la ropa de un polvo blanco que no sabemos si era porque acababan de pintar o estaba totalmente para tirar. No me gusta poner comentarios negativos, pero de la misma manera que los inquilinos nos comprometemos en el cuidado de la vivienda durante el alojamiento y el pago del mismo, creo que los propietarios deberían de ser responsables a la hora de mantener la propiedad en condiciones aceptables

• Nicolas (9/5): Great place to stay - Location is great. Very nice apartment. Spacious and convenient. Great place to stay. My only downside was with the water heater that did not provide enough hot water to take a shower more than 1 minute. Probably some issue that can be easily resolved.

• Sabine (9/5): - Super sweet magic old Asturian House with 2 floors and a sun terrasse. All super clean, the umportant things are new like matrasses and blankets, some pieces are older like kitchen or cupboards. And this mix makes a great atmosphere.
• riviere (10/5): Génial! - Logement dans le vieux Grenade... Sur deux étages avec une terrasse sur le toit. Vraiment sympa et un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel! L’hôte nous attendait dans l'appartement pour la remise de clef. Attention on accède au logement que à pied. Rue trop étroite pour les voitures et zone à accès restreint. Il faut se garer au parking municipal à la limite de la zone, et finir à pied (10 minutes de marche dans des petites ruelles magnifiques) Puis vous pouvez tout visiter à pied depuis ce logement ! (Même l'alhambra pour des gens qui marche un peu!) L’hôte vous donne un plan à votre arrivée et vous conseille sur le parcours à suivre , en fonction de la durée de votre séjour : Ces conseils sont vraiment super !! Rien. Excellent séjour!
• Jing (10/5): It was a good experience for us to stay here for our visit in Granada! - Perfect location! In the center of Albayzin, walking distance to Alhambra, cathedral, the caves and many other tourist attractions. We were here in Nov., the house is well heated with three heaters and air-conditioner. There are two bathrooms. The Main bedroom is spacious with good sunlight. There was a rice cooker which was a nice surprise for us. There were also salt, sugar and many other cooking ingredients. Also shampoo and shower gel were provided as well. We appreciate our host Nacho allowed us one hour later check-out. He was very friendly and shared many useful information with us. He also booked a taxi for us in the end to go to the airport. Only one thing. The second bedroom is not really a room. It’s in between one of the bathrooms and the main bedroom. Also there is no door after coming up from the stairs. So for us it was not that convenient.

• Meinerzhagen (7/5): Gute Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt in lebhaftem Viertel. - Die Lage mitten im Albaizin-Viertel ist wunderbar. Die Gasse, in der die Unterkunft liegt ist nachts sehr ruhig. Nach einem kurzen Missverständnis zur Check-In-Zeit konnten wir den Schlüssel entgegennehmen. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und über WhatsApp sehr schnell. Mit dem Auto kann man - zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten - in die Nähe der Unterkunft (100m) fahren, was beim Check-Out sehr angenehm war. Fußläufig sind ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fischgeschäft und ein Gemüsemarkt sowie viele Cafés/Restaurants. Die Betten sind für Menschen über 1,70 m etwas kurz.

• Parra Briones (5/5): Comentarios constructivos. - La ubicación de la casa. La casa te ofrece una terraza tipo chillout en la cual la escalera de subida es un peligro está super empinada con la consecuencia de tener qué bajar de espaldas, imposible de frente y encima no tienes luz ni tan siquiera un enchufe para conectar nada. En la página pone qué tienes unas vistas a la Alambra y no es así.. El aseo de la planta superior muy bien, pero el de la planta baja pésimo y la ducha sin comentarios!!!!! Por lo demás pasable!!!!!!

• Hardbattle (4/5): Dated and in need of total renovation. Much better for your money in Albaicin. - Location is great and just off Calle Panaderos and close to El Mirador de San Nicolas, Sacramento. Bus stop nearby to take you to the main centre. There are two good air conditioning units, one in a bedroom and the other downstairs. We were allowed an earlier check in which we appreciated. Make no mistake, this is somebody's home who lets it for money. It is very, very old and dated and in need of a total renovation. Doors not opening and closing properly, TV remote not working, very uncomfortable double bed with very old sheets that need throwing away and replacing. The main bedroom was dark and depressing with old dark furniture. There were broken, loose and dangerous tiles on the roof terrace. No light on the roof terrace which makes going up and down the almost vertical metal staircase very dangerous. The co host/cleaner was miserable. We wouldn't return.

We were very thankful for the 3 small heaters, in any case
• Ouarda (10/5): I had an incredible stay in Granada, with perfect accommodations, great local recommendations ! - During my stay at Kazue's place, I felt right at home. The place exudes authenticity and is located in the heart of the Albaicín, a charming and historic neighborhood. The apartment is situated on a cute cobblestone street near a square with restaurants, shops, and more. It’s spacious with a fantastic rooftop terrace that I found amazing and thoroughly enjoyed. The check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. The parking is conveniently close to the apartment, and you won't find a better option in Granada. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you leave your vehicle for 2-3 days as the rates decrease over time. Despite being centrally located, it was incredibly quiet. Nacho welcomes you with a smile and provides great recommendations on restaurants and fun places to visit. For flamenco, don’t hesitate to follow his advice and head to Casa Ana. He also shares his deep cultural knowledge of Granada and notes all the must-see spots. Nacho was very available for any questions during the stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. I loved staying in this apartment, and having someone as knowledgeable and generous as Nacho made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return on my next trip to Granada!
• Ka (9/5): Superb - Design is authentic and lovely. Manager Nacho helped in many aspects. Convenient to visit by bus or on foot the sightseeing places. Just a little noisy at times on the street side but is ok.
