• Marie (10/5): - The location is excellent as it’s walking distance from the main sights; the appartement has great taste combining design and modern furniture with more homie touches; the terrace is amazing: spacious, with a view and with a little pool for cooling down during summer afternoons. The only reason for not recommending it is out of fear of it becoming unavailable for next time I visit Seville, which is going to be very soon!

T - We really enjoyed this good quality, beautifully designed and appointed apartment in the heart of Seville. It is ideal for a couple who want to be in a lively, energetic, central location, near the bull ring, cathedral, palace, bars and restaurants. The city did not sleep when we were there! The views of Seville are amazing from the roof top split level terrace. Very clean inside, with regular housekeeping, decent toiletries, and welcome food and ‘housekeeping’ packs. An amazing property that needs some simple updating. The split level roof top terrace is stunning, however, needs TLC, the glass and awnings need cleaned, walls need whitewashed,plunge pool needs maintained, outside furniture needs dusted down and plants need looked after. Also there was some damaged decking which needs fixed. Master bed - small double bed, en-suite small and again tired needing a bit of maintenance with limited hot water. • Jastine (9/5): Great stay - We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a great location – very close to restaurants and the cathedral. It can be a little noisy at night. The little plunge pool would be great in the hot summer (it was a little chilly for us in April). We had a problem with one of the doors/windows, but it was fixed the same day which was great. We travelled with our six-year-old who really liked the apartment, but I think it would be more difficult with a child younger than this, as there are open stairs and a few places where a child could fall.
• Hamdi (10/5): Excellent Stay in the Heart of Seville - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seville. The location was excellent (central yet quiet) and everything was within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained and exactly as described in the listing. Marco and his team were extremely kind, responsive and professional. You can truly feel the effort they are putting into managing and improving the property. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but this apartment made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Seville. Thank you again for your hospitality!

• Pawel (10/5): - Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, czuliśmy sie tam wyśmienicie. A taras i basen na dachu z niesamowitym widokiem robi ogromne wrażenie. W tej cenie jest to rewelacyjny wybór.

• Davis (10/5): - The apartment is amazing: a little modern luxury in the middle of the old town, 5 min walk to the cathedral and other sightseeing places. The view from the rooftop terrace is incredible, especially in the evening when the cathedral is all lit up. Check-in was easy: We arrived earlier than planned, and a local person came within 30 minutes and gave us the keys. Air-conditioning was already turned on when we checked in, so the apartment was cool. An umbrella by the couch on the terrace would make the area more enjoyable in the summer.
• Ana Maria (8/5): Excellent location with great amenities. We had a wonderful staying at this spacious apartment. - The apartment was centrally located, clean and very spacious. The small pool on the rooftop was nice. The entertainment center and air conditioning were of top quality which was important due to the time we spent indoors escaping the summer heat. The upstairs mattress was very hard, Kids ended up sleeping on the couch. The wood planks on the pool deck were damaged and we were afraid to go through the roof when walking on them.

• Sylvain (1/5): It's a scam (considering the price)! - Apartment well located. Nice TV with Netflix. Nice and large terrace with nice view. The rooftop pool was not in service (photos and descriptions from the booking site are misleading). The washing machine and oven were dirty (spent a few hours cleaning them). Equipment on the terrace (chairs, tables...) not very clean. Had to wait 15 min outside for someone to come and give the keys, while we were in contact via WhatsApp since the landing of our plane and during the transfer by taxi. The mattress of one of the two beds is very hard and all the pillows very uncomfortable (very hard too). A lot of small maintenance are required. Neighboring streets can be noisy at night on the week-ends (when there is a corrida, sport events...) as locals will stay outside drinking and chatting until early morning. Can be a problem for noise sensitive people.

• Jane (9/5): Modern apartment in an excellent location. - Good information and contact. Paula was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location. Both the Triana and Santa Cruz areas are a few minutes walk away. The design is quirky which we liked and the pictures of the inside of the apartment are accurate. However, definitely not suitable for children or anyone with mobility issues. The view from the terrace is lovely and the pool was heaven when you come in from 40 degrees! We had breakfast up there watching the sun rise over the cathedral 😍 Air con was also excellent. I agree with previous reviews about the upkeep of the terrace. It didn't really spoil things for us but it's so frustrating as it would take so little to make it perfect. Just fix the broken floorboards which could definitely cause an accident. Wash or change the cushions on the sunbeds so that they don't look like something you would sleep on in jail!! The pool is not dirty in an unsanitary way but the surface is crumbling which makes it look dirty. It just needs tiling. With just some simple maintenance and attention to detail, the reviews would be 9 or 10 every time!
