Douglas (5/5): Its clean but not overly comfortable, somewhere to spend the night but not much else. - Very clean Entrance is in the back, there are two doors but nothing telling you which one is correct. There are no chairs outside to sit around. The rooms are clean but its not a place you want to hang around and spend time. This is ok if you just need somewhere to stay the night but not actually spend time in the unit. The parking is tight unless you are a small car.

Gary (10/5): Clean spacious one bedroom suite with ample parking in a nice neighborhood. - Location, parking availability, cleanliness of property, spaciousness, stocked with necessities (e.g. dish soap, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent) and convenient keyless entry. If you use the side entrance from the front of the house down to the suite entry, you use a sloped pathway made of gravel. When raining, the rocks will become wet and slippery and could potentially cause a fall. It was nice to have the option to park in the back and then use the back fence gate to get to the suite - which is on a level surface and pathway made with pavers.
