- بنان (5/5): - الموقع حدا ممتاز الشقه نظافة ليست بالمستوى المطلوبه ويوجد فيها صراصير بكثره خصوصا غرفة المستودع اللتي بداخل غرفة الماستر مليئة بالصراصير ريحة الممرات والاصنصير كريهه جدا بسبب عدم نظافة الفرشات يميزها الموقع فقط

- Jenny (10/5): Good location and nice apartment - This apartment was very well located and extremely convenient for public transportation. The property managers were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.
When I had trouble turning on the heater, they came right away to assist me. On another occasion, I accidentally locked myself out, and they quickly helped me get back in without any issues.
The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this place, and if I return to London, I would happily stay here again.

- Captain A B M (2/5): Terrible. Wasted our time. - Location and it was clean. Hot water wasn’t working. The curtain rail in one room was falling apart. We had to keep on calling maintenance to fix it and wait around for the maintenance person to come and fix the issue. Thus we did not enjoy our holiday .

- Eng.Talal (10/5): - قريب جدا من شارع اكسفور والهايد بارك ، يوجد العديد من المطاعم العربية ، ومحلات القهوه ، بالإضافة إلى صالون حلاقة ، وتأجير للسيارات ، يقع ام الشقه مباشره " Tesco” متجر لبيع المواد الغذائيه .
- Youssuf (9/5): Great apartment with great location - Not our first time to stay here, but it was much better, a big thank you to Mohammad who helped us in, he was so thorough and informative yet, he didn’t take so much time explaining as we have just arrived and needed to settle in. The apartment has a great view on the sixth floor, the rooms were good size and three bathrooms with Shattaf was the best thing. We felt right at home. The kitchen was great also, lots of pans and pots to cook. Washing machine and dish washer were great and in a working condition. Location was great too, lots of restaurants and shops and Tesco was right across the street. Overall the best apartment you can choose on this street I would recommend setting traps around the apartment as we saw a mouse and some cockroaches and it’s totally understandable as some people would leave their food laying down .

- Dimitrios (5/5): Spacious, great location but needs repairs - The flat was very spacious: living room, kitchen, rooms all very comfortable. The fact it has 2 toilets is extremely helpful when more than 2 people are staying.
Obviously the location is almost great and relatively safe: Marble Arch is 5 minutes walk away and there also lots of groceries in the area. In the flat we were given, maintenance work needs to take place yesterday. There are a lot of dirty items, walls with stains/holes which make the stay unpleasant. There also several things that make the experience uncomfortable, such as most of the lamps missing an actual lamp to work!
On a more important note, the deposit system is absolute rubbish and one of the worst I have experienced in my decades of travelling: three different security deposits (As if the prepayment was not enough for them!) were held for a total stay of 6 nights, with the holds being lifted after 2-3-4 weeks respectively. After checking, this has nothing to do with my bank so bear in mind that your liquidity will be affected for quite some time after booking there!

- Abdul (9/5): Superb - Extremely convenient as it is within close proximity of grocery stores and restaurants. It is also within a short walk to Primark and Oxford Street. There were 2 full bath in the apartment. Second one pretty small but still useable.

- Nawaf (1/5): Unless significant change is applied, never pay and stay in this property. - Nothing. The property unfortunately was abysmal and poor in terms of the furniture, location, access gates, elevators and cleanliness.
The pictures are of high resolution and are a complete misrepresentation of the place as a whole. The reality is that the property is very poor in terms of quality and certainly it’s value displayed on Booking.com does not correlate with the charged prices per day for a stay.
The staff were one of the worst people I have ever encountered. They were Entitled, Rude, Disrespectful, Lazy and extremely Incompetent.
