- Ismail (1/5): Unfortunately, The Booking did not deal seriously and responsibly - The payment details for my stay are clearly outlined in the “Price” section of the booking confirmation. As shown there, I was automatically charged CAD 300 for a pet fee and CAD 220 for a cleaning fee. However, I did not have any pets with me during my stay, and according to the “Important Information” section of the same document, the pet fee should be CAD 200 per pet per stay, not CAD 300 35 days ago and many emails The booking were not processed properly which is against the laws that protect the customer
- Torrence (10/5): Absolutely excellent. - We loved the neighbourhood and the location. The property was amazing, so much space for us. The 5 girls actually all slept in the master bedroom. It was huge and spacious and luxurious, they loved it. Loved the open plan of the property, able to prepare breakfast and be part of the conversation. Host were responsive when an additional pan was needed.
- Jo-ann (3/5): Very disappointed. - Lovely home in a nice neighbourhood. No toilet paper provided. Not well stocked at all in regards to kitchen supplies. Wi-Fi didn’t work. No dressers in bedrooms; had to keep everything on the floor. Hostess response time very slow.

- Radim (9/5): Very clean and comfortable house in the suburbs - Although the location itself is just a suburb with not much there it was perfect for us being in between of Toronto and Niagara. The house itself was great for us, also very clean. There is a wifi password on a sticker on the router but in fact the wifi has different name and different password altogether. Took me some time to figure out it can be found in the router settings.
- Anna (5/5): Stressful - Clean Dealing with the property owners and getting nailed with an unexpected $400 CAD pet fee and being made to feel very stressed with having well behaved pets. Please take your property off the pet friendly listing, does not sound like you want pets on your property.
