• Ruth (3/5): Mala - Primero la llegada fue un desastre , están construyendo una estación de metro en la puerta . Por lo que es difícil llegar . Tiene tres códigos para entrar a tres puertas diferentes y sin un video y aplicación no se puede entrar . Lo que puede sevseguro pero cansados o sin WIfi es muy difícil y nadie vino ayudarnos ni nos llamó . La pésima comunicación con la empresa ya que no es un anfitrión

• Mike (9/5): Fantastic apartment with a great location. - Very clean and updated. Immaculate. Great location - access to all. Bathroom was tight for a family of four. A bit of a challenge to effectively manage wet towels w/o a dryer for multiple days.

• Ruth (8/5): Very good - The big advantage of the apartment is undoubtedly its location and its general quality [renovated and clean overall and located in a beautiful building]. However, when you plan to arrive, remember to bring with you all the basic things you usually find in rental apartments - salt, sugar, and oil [which were not in the apartment at all], toilet paper and dishwasher tablets [which were few]. Communication with the property manager is not always fast enough and the instructions are not entirely clear. Naples is stunning and overall the apartment is recommended

• Helen (8/5): Good but see above - The building The doorman/ concierge was incredibly rude. I would say obnoxious. He wouldn’t allow my 91 year old mother (with a walking stick) to rest on the edge of the fountain. He was very rude and shouldn’t be working there.
• Fusayo (10/5): Beautiful place - It was very clean and comfortable. Close to the metro station. I felt safe staying there. The staff were very helpful. We didn’t see anyone but when we asked few questions they answered promptly. Thank you so much. Nothing dislikes.
• Alptunga (7/5): comfortable nice but the check in must be improved also the bathroom too small - the modern furniture and location to come in si due to check in is very diswturbing too much trouble instead sending the documents per wap you have to fill many documents not good..to charge for everything not good
