La totale mancanza di professionalità si è palesata ancor prima dell'arrivo. A causa di una grave e documentata emergenza medica familiare, avevo chiesto la possibilità di una cancellazione o di una modifica. Nonostante la mia disponibilità a mostrare i certificati medici e l'appello alla cortesia professionale, la direzione ha scelto la strada del silenzio. Dopo giorni di messaggi ignorati, si sono limitati a inviare un testo preimpostato, ignorando il problema e nascondendosi dietro scuse procedurali che, conoscendo i sistemi di Booking.com, so essere false. Hanno preferito intascare 840€ piuttosto che mostrare un briciolo di umanità. Il soggiorno ha purtroppo confermato la totale approssimazione della struttura: • Insonorizzazione pessima: Le pareti sembrano di carta. C'erano costanti rumori molesti provenienti dai vicini; sembrava letteralmente di averli in casa, rendendo impossibile un riposo sereno. • Servizio e dotazioni: Avevo richiesto dei cuscini extra al momento della prenotazione. La richiesta era stata accettata per iscritto, ma all'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nulla. I cuscini in dotazione erano sottilissimi, praticamente inconsistenti: un'esperienza imbarazzante per questa fascia di prezzo. • Comunicazione inesistente: In camera non c'era uno straccio di cartello o di foglio informativo con le istruzioni per il Wi-Fi. Al telefono non ha mai risposto nessuno. Ho dovuto mandare una mail per avere la password e la risposta è arrivata ben 6 ore dopo. Assurdo per una struttura che gestisce self check-in.

• Brice (10/5): - Emplacement idéal pour visiter les différents quartiers de la ville. Quartier calme, appartement confortable et bien équipé.
• Catherine (7/5): Good clean self catering studio room. - Location near to shops and tube. Good clean bathroom. Extremely thin pillows and blankets. TV oddly positioned on the wall right beside one bed making it very uncomfortable for that person to watch and the room is too small to sit anywhere else. Road barrier in garden and some patches on walls making it less ‘stylish’ than pictured. Also smaller than it looks. UHT milk sachets would be appreciated so you can make a cup of tea or coffee.

It was clean and had a microwave, mini fridge and cutlery, etc. It didn't have shampoo or conditioner or any extra garbage bags. Those would have been great or just if the description of the rooms said that those are not included.

• Jacob (6/5): Good if you’re not staying in the room - Price, location (2 minutes to a bus and then easy access), and renovated room. Bed linens weren’t clean on arrival (hair inside). Bed extremely uncomfortable and the pillows had been almost completely compressed flat. The bathroom wouldn’t dry out at all, and the shower had a drainage issue.

• Green Pear (7/5): No parking - beware - Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Clean, modern, powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Everything you needed for a short stay. Very close to Lords for the cricket. It is very small but we were aware before we arrived. Our biggest disappointment was the parking. Listing states parking available - I had set filter at properties with parking. I checked this as most important part of our stay and was assured "plenty of street parking available " This was totally misleading and the Booking.com listing needs amending. It did put a damper on our break.

• Steve (9/5): Really nice place to stay for the price. - This was a simple access procedure and the room was perfect for my stay. The location was great for my work and the facilities were good especially the fact there were teas and coffees so I could have a drink when I arrived. There was no mention of the wifi code in the communication, I must admit I didn't ask for it as I have unlimited on my phone. Also the people downstairs could clearly be heard talking when they arrived after midnight.

I ended my stay early. - Nothing The property does not match the photos or description: - There was an overwhelming smell of chlorine upon arrival that didn't disappear despite constant venting. It is clear that aggressive bleach was used to mask significant mould growth on the windows, in the kitchen, and in the shower. - The extractor hood is broken, making it impossible to cook without opening the windows. The shower mixer is defective, meaning the water never gets beyond lukewarm, and the showerhead attachment is broken. - The furniture and bed are heavily worn and filthy; the walls are stained, and the towels are frayed and bleached. The crockery is partially broken. - The 230V electrical system in my room has not been maintained for years, which is a major fire safety concern. There are also unsecured cables hanging from the roof of the building.

• Taina (10/5): Pieni, suloinen majoitus. - Ovikoodilla pääsi helposti kirjautumaan sisään. Linja-auto pysäkki oli lähellä ja lähellä oli paljon ruokapaikkoja(kebab) ja yksi hyvä ravintola. Linja-autolla oli helppo löytää perille ja läheltä sai otettua pyörän vuokralle. Huoneessa pystyi laittamaan ruokaa. Huone oli tosi pieni, juuri kuten kuvauksessa, mutta siinä oli kaikki tarpeellinen.

• Nathan (10/5): Great property, highly recommend! - The room was great, everything was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a solo-traveller, close to train stations and nearby shops. I stayed for a week and didn't get sick of the place or location. The facilities were great, shower was hot and good water pressure. The kitchen was fully operational with everything you'd need. Just the right amount of room for 1 person, but could be suitable for 2. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling/working in London who wants their own space. As a tall guy, the bed was a little small. Thats the only negative I found.

• Matúš (7/5): Cenovo dostupné ubytovanie v kľudnej časti neďaleko viacerých liniek metra, ale s plesňivým stropom - Apartmán má dve pohodlné manželské postele s kapacitou pre 4 ľudí. Apartmán je vlastne jedna veľká izba rozdelená na obývaciu časť s posteľami, televízorom skriňou a stolíkom a druhá časť pozostáva s kuchyne a stolu pre 4 ľudí. Kúpeľňa je moderná a nová, ale vetranie mierne slabšie. Súčasťou apartmánu je aj kuchyňa s chladničkou, platničkou a iným potrebným vybavením na varenie. Tiež je súčasťou apartmánu aj terasa, ktorú ale pre daždivé počasie človek nevyužije vždy Poloha ubytovania je veľmi pokojná časť Westminsteru. Neďaleko sú rôzne zastávky autobusov, ale hlavne sú v 15 minútovej pešej dostupnosti viaceré stanice metra (okolo 5+ liniek) a viaceré železničné stanice. Hlavným (a asi jediným) mínusom ubytovania je vlhkosť. Pobyt bol síce vo februári počas daždivého obdobia, no sme v Londýne, takéto počasie je tu úplne bežné. Na víkendový pobyt to nie je nič hrozné, no klimatizácia vnútri nie je, chvalabohu sú tu aspoň radiátory, vďaka ktorým sa dala vlhkosť trochu znížiť. Okrem toho sa stalo že po noci bolo oblečenie mierne vlhké. Taktiež tie plesne znižujú o dosť kvalitu vzduchu. Škoda, inak by to bolo takmer 10/10 ubytovanie.

Literie propre, bien aménagé et décoré ! un peu à l’étroit avec mon partenaire mais bon, si c’est que pour dormir ça passe ! Il manquait du shampooing et du gel douche donc on as dû en acheter..prévoyez à l’avance des versions voyage !

• MONTSE (7/5): Normal, nomes per dormir, no hi tornaria. - Estava a 15 min del centre, la calefacció funcionava molt bé. la Zona no és molt friendly, el lavabo per 4 molt petit, les fotos semblava tot novissim i més gran i no és aixi. Esta a 15 minuts del centre i al fer el check out no hi ha lloc per deixar l'equipatge, el vam haver de portar tot el dia. No hem estat malament però no hi tornariem

Estúdio pequenito mas com tudo o que é necessário para a estadia (toalhas, lençóis, serviço de loiça para dois, panela, frigideira, microondas, placa, secador). Estúdio acolhedor e ideal para pequenas estadias. Aquecedor de toalhas na casa de banho e aquecedor no quarto a funcionarem. Chuveiro com água quente e água com pressão. Tinha um adaptador para as tomadas. Localizado numa zona segura e recatada. Nada de negativo a apontar. Se estivesse situado numa zona mais central, seria um 10 :)

The location was perfect and it was very well connected to public transport. If you are not travelling as a couple beware that the photos before booking show two beds but once booked and discovered when we arrived it was one small queen bed. For this reason I’ve put fewer stars for comfort.

• Riccardo (10/5): Viaggio di coppia - L'host è stato sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza,il check-in/out è facile e veloce tramite codice pin dato dal propietario. La struttura è pulita e perfetta per 2 persone con tutti i servizi necessari. La posizione è ottima perche c'è sia il servizio autobus sopra l'appartamento,sia la metro a 10 minuti a piedi,molto comodi entrambi a seconda della destinazione.
• Ilona (5/5): Dieses Zimmer ist auf jedenfall den Preis nicht Wert gewesen - Das einzige was gut war, die Lage nicht allzu weit weg vom Regent‘s Park. Das Bett brauchte den kompletten Raum, das Zimmer war im EG direkt an der Eingangstür. Musste das Rollo immer unten lassen, weil es keine Vorhänge gab, sonst hätte jeder reingeschaut und konnte somit auch das Fenster nicht offen lassen, denn es lag ein gammliger Geruch in der Luft. Die Wände waren sehr schmutzig, leider ist man meiner Bitte nach der Fernbedienung für den TV nicht nachgekommen auch nicht nach mehrmaligem Schreiben.
• Jorgen73 (2/5): Frustrating stay! - Close to bus stop We had issues during our full stay (10 days). -Without fridge for 4 days leaving us to eat outside much more than planned. -No washing machine in the room as stated -No wardrobe in the room and only 4 hangers overall. -Zero cleaning during 10 days! -Wrong marking of property, saying it's a stylish room near Regent Park. The location of the property is very dodgy and doesn't feel safe (especially at dark).

• Theo (5/5): Prima locatie voor kort verblijf in London. Helaas verkeerde andere gasten. - Klein net appartement, goed voor paar dagen in Londen. Heel gehorig. Als de andere gasten rustig zijn is het perfect. Maar tijdens mijn verblijf luid bellende jongeren, midden in de nacht blijvende herrie, ook na langsgaan. Ofwel met deze jeugd twee avonden weinig geslapen. Host reageert op berichten als wifi, maar niet op klachten zoals bovengenoemd. Ofwel je moet geluk hebben met wie de andere gasten zijn.

The lines sheets were dirty as were the pillows. Room smelled damp and musty a horrible smell coming up from the drain in the shower. The latch at the front was hanging off on the inside. Disgusting place and paid £142
