• Fred (9/5): Overall we liked it, we appreciated the cleanliness, the comfortable layout and the private outdoor space. If the two po - Very nice property, immaculate apartment and responsive nice staff. Close to restaurants (you do need a car). The private pool was great as was the terrace. We enjoyed our stay and would come back except for two things. The mattresses on the guest room are super loud, especially one. If someone moves it will wake up the rest. I don’t think is the bed, we think it was the mattress (as if the coils are either rusted or too tight). Also, the water heater is tricky. Sometimes we had warm water, most times not. It’s unreliable.

• Sandra (7/5): Although the apartment had some nice touches, we would not return. - The layout of the apartment, with a bedroom at each end, was perfect for friends traveling together, and the patio with its outside, covered dining area was ideal. An honest telling of the location would have been much appreciated. The building is located far from Crespo, which was advertised as the location. A 40 minute expensive taxi ride was required. Under apartment amenities “hot tub” was the first item listed. There was no hot tub or bathtub in the apartment. There was, supposedly, a jacuzzi in the building, but we were told it was out of service. The tight security in the building was appreciated, but demanding that a paper bracelet be worn 24/7 was ridiculous, resembling the custom of low-end all-inclusives. The owner insists on payment upon arrival at the apartment, rather than the customary payment through Booking.com. Further, the amount requested was more than $300 more than the approximate price on Booking. Because the amount was close to $2,000 for the one-week stay, and charges in Colombia are apparently closely scrutinized by banks and credit card companies, 3 of my cards were rejected. And the international numbers on the back of the cards did not work from Colombia. Luckily, my Bank of America ATM Visa was accepted. Most stressful!
